Nyl nodded slowly. "I see. Would it bother you if I relieved you of some of your nothing, or should I just turn around now and go make tea?"

Clow looked away and sighed, closing his eyes.
"Go make some tea...we'll talk about it over a cup or two."

You better be aware you're the only person I'll take this from.
She turned on her heel and headed into the kitchen. She did wonder, though, if he realized she'd been offering both ijutsu and silence.

Clow sighed, and slowly began to follow her out, heading for the kitchen. He was slower because of his crutches.
"I know Nyl...and I apologize for my rudeness..."

She made tea the fast way (by heating the water with Ho) and poured two mugs, putting one on the table for Clow. She took the other one and sat in the chair across from the one left over for him.

Finally getting into the kitchen, he leaned his crutches against the wall near the table, and took a seat. His slightly bandaged hands gripped the mug, as he took a good long sip of it.
"Ah...You always make good tea. Much better than Seph's...Heh..."
He then sighed, and looked up at her.
"I guess I could use some fixing up. Fen tried to help...but...I'm not sure if it did anything..."

She grinned slightly. "I think, in your case, anything is better than nothing." She sipped her tea, smiling wider. "I agree. I make better tea than Seph. ...Too bad it can't give me my voice back." She laughed. "Is there anything else you feel you need to say?"

Clow smiled slightly and sighed, looking down at the table.
"Sort of..."
He then looked back up at her, almost ashamed.
"There -is- a reason I look like this..."

Clow took in a deep breath and stared down at the table again emotionless.
"Heh. It's sort of a long story. Orochimaru...wanted me to join him. The curse seal was getting harder to control. In that sense, he contacted me somehow through my own body...and told me he was sending many of his minions. I swear there was hundreds of them. I beat the majority of them...and broke through to Orochimaru...but by that time...I was badly injured...and I had to flee quickly...Hence...here I am..."

"Here you are, indeed." She looked at him, tilting her head slightly. "You know, I don't have that...erm...very unique thing Seph can do with his eyes. But from what I can gather, you're lucky you're here at all. ...So why are you ashamed?"

"I wanted to do it on my own so no one got involved...but I realized...One's not enough...A Team is needed. I just didnt want to see you guys get hurt..."
