"I'm looking for something to do." He simply replies. "I have next to nothing in my dorm. I can't afford anything." He says. "And I'm bored."
Komlon looked around the courtyard, and found he missed Hana and Krissy.

Susie walked out into the courtyard, her arms crossed over her chest. Her long purple hair swayed slightly as she walked slowly towards the water fountain located in the middle of the large courtyard. Her blue eyes scanned the area and she only saw a few students who looked new. She sighed slightly to herself as one of her black fox ears twitched and her three black fox tails wagged slightly but dragged behind her.
She walked with her large boots with buckles on the sides making a thumping noise on the ground. Susie finally reached the water fountain, sitting down on it and looking into the water. Her icey blue eyes stared back at herself through the water. Scratching behind one of her ears with one hand, with the other she softly moved her finger through the tip of the water.

"Neither do I. I was looking for somewhere I could practice, or anything. Do you fight at all?"
Glancing at Komlon's hands, which had been the source of the trouble in the cafeteria, Zero smiles, something of a rarity for him nowadays.
"You could do some damage with what you have, ability-wise. What do you say to sparring me?"

"A spar? Well, uh... I guess I could... but I can't really control my powers..." He says. He really didn't want to spar, but he also didn't want to be rude. He had never sparred before, and it could be fun.

Susie then folded up her arms and sighed to herself. "Hm... What to do tonight..." She was a little bored since Uwasa wasnt around, as he hasnt been lately. But she tried to put all of that aside. But, her attention suddenly pulled over to the two guys who were with her in the courtyard.
Her ears perked up when she heard them mention sparring. A smirk spread accross her face and she watched them intently, her three fox tails wagging slightly. "Interesting..." Of course, when she heard the other one say that he couldnt control his powers all that well, it worried her some. She knew what that could lead to, even if she didnt exactly know what his powers were. Her blue eyes still gazed at them, listening on with interest.

Smiling once again, Zero sees Komlon's unsure guise, but he disregards it.
"I think I could help you a bit with it. Ready?"

"Wait, here? Now?" He says, stepping away from him. He was uncertain of this, and he didn't want to break anything or get in trouble. "Well uh... I guess I'm ready..." He says uncertainly. He looks around and sees that Susie is watching them. He looks at he and smiles nervously.

She grins at them both, knowing that they were new. It was good to actually watch someone else sparr instead of her having to do it for once. She still had a few scrars on her shoulders that were exposed from her wearing a strapless wrap around her chest. A bruise on her cheek was still there as well from fighting with Uwasa, but she didnt really care.
Susie kept on watching them with interest from a ways. She knew that Komlon noticed her, and she didnt really care. But, just incase something went wrong with it, she knew how to handle it. She rested her head in her hands that were pinned up with her elbows, and waited.

Komlon looks back to Zero. "Okay, three... two.... one... go..." He says.
The first thing he does is use his ice manipulation to freeze the ground, so that Zero wouldn't be able to walk easily. That might not work for long though, since it would melt eventually.

Katie sighed heavily and entered the courtyard. She'd stayed up too late last night, reading her book, and had now just woken up. And, of course, there was her mother, calling every five minutes to check on her.
You'd think I was nine with the way she acts.
She looked around, greatly enjoying the breeze and temperature. She wished there was a storn. She laughed outloud. She storms more than anything else, while hot humid weather made her cringe.
Let' see something ruin this day.

"Don't worry Komlon...there isn't much around here to break, and I don't think we'll be caught. If someone comes, just get out of here and don't let 'em see your face."
Still looking him in the eyes, Zero shifts to his left foot and launches towards Komlon. No attack intended, he was just looking for what Komlon intended to do.

Feeling ice under his feet, Zero recompensated by putting both feet down and sliding, maintaining his same speed. Reaching Komlon, Zero jumps to the side, clearing the ice patch that encircled Komlon. Now, with firm footing, he once again pushes off both feet, jumping and clearing the ice, coming down with his foot out towards Komlon's head.[/color]

Komlon didn't stand still during this whole thing. He jumped on the ice, where he was quite balanced, having been in this position several times. He concentrates and tries to freeze Zero's foot to the ground when he inevitably lands. He messes up though and freezes his own foot to the ground. "Oh crap!" He exclaims, trying to get his foot free. He tries to melt the ice with a fire near the ice, but lights the leg of his pants on fire. "Crap!" He exclaims again, smothering the flames with his sleeve like he did earlier to his lunch.

Seeing Komlon's trouble, Zero strains himself to make a mid-air correction, landing inches away from Komlon and slamming into the ice. Cracks snaked there way quickly through the patch, dislodging some thin peices.
"Don't worry, you'll get it Komlon. Don't focus so much on getting it out, just act like the power is part of you...like an appendage. Doing something with it is just like moving an arm, or a leg. Concentrating makes it seperate from you, and you don't want that. You want it to BE you."

Susie watched intently as she smiled from seeing Komlon use ice. "Wondeful..." She nodded slightly and continued to observe their fighting styles. Her eyes then narrowed as she watched what happened to Komlon. "Uh oh..."
She spoke quietly and continued on watching. Though, she quickly stood up, ready to do anything if he needed help. Since, after all, she too was a master at the elements. Probably more than he. But, she kept on standby, not wanting to interfere since he did have to learn on his own anyway.
Though, she listened on as Zero spoke. She smirked a little and shook her head. "Well, I always concnetrate.. It helped me a lot when i first began.." She shrugged her shoulders as she spoke to herself, still watching the two of them.
