Soon morning came but Luke was not in his classroom. He was in bed with the doctor checking him out. He was sick. Horribly. Some of the maids were chatting once more. The doctor seemed to diagnose it as the meat he had been fixed had spoiled, making him this way. And he couldn't teach for a while. The poor wolf was confined to his bed.

Kaya was teaching as usual, when she caught a conversation as her students left after the last class. Apparently, Luke was confined to bed, being in a dire health condition. She frowned, disturbed greatly. She wondered if that meant Kaitani would be uncared for. Concerned, she went straight to Luke's room first chance she had and knocked on his door.

A servant opened the door and let her in, seeing it was a teacher. Seemed they had posted servants in his room to keep him from getting up and teaching anyways. But it was as the maids had overheard. Luke was tucked securely into his bed, though looking rather pale. He didn't feel good either as he groaned softly. His skin was clammy and his stomach churned angrily, paining the host as punishment for feeding it such garbage.

"You look rather bad," Kaya said honestly, moving to sit beside Luke's bed. "And I suppose you can't get up to take care of anything, can you?" she said, implying Kaitani with her vague sentence.

Luke jumped a little, hearing Kaya. He hadn't really heard the door open or anyone come in. But at least someone besides his family or doctors had come to see him. It made him feel a little loved. "Tell him I'm sorry.... Could you get him his dinner? The cooks will know what to make." he mumbled, looking to Kaya before groaning again as his stomach made a very angry grumbling noise.

Kaya frowned some at Luke's condition and nodded. "I hope you feel better soon," she said. Before she stood to leave, she leaned down and kissed Luke's forehead, before heading straight to the kitchens. Sure enough, there was already food prepared, and she took it, going straight to Kaitani's cave from there.

Luke blushed a little as he felt Kaya kiss his forehead. She was sweet. To look after him so. And to look after his dragon too. She was so kind. The wolf smiled softly and drifted right to sleep as she left, his stomach calming some.

When Kaya got to the cave, Kaitani was quick to come out and greet her. She told him that Luke had fallen ill, but he'd be alright with rest and care. She played with the dragon for a little while, before heading back to the castle.
However, ever since she'd kissed his forehead, the maids had sent rumors running around. And they'd gotten back to Demetri. Full size again, the wizard walked up to his wife, wrapping his arms around her and resting his chin on her shoulder. "Did you hear Luke ane the new teacher are together?"

Lunora, also back to her original size, thought some as ehr husband cuddled her. "Don't trust such early rumors, dear. They might not be true." she said, kissing his forehead softly, running her fingers through his hair.

Lunora whacked Demetri right in the head with the spoon she had been using to stir some soup she had made for the wizard. "There will be none of that. My brother is sick and he needs all the rest he can get."

Lunora sighed and rolled her eyes, putting the soup in a bowl. "Now now, dear. You can go ask when he feels better. Alright? Now eat your soup." she said, smiling and putting the food on the table.

Lunora nodded and sat in the chair next to Demetri. "Seems we'll have more grandkids in no time. Unless a certain wizard wants another kid." she said slyly, glancing over at Demetri.
