Slannen cocked his head to the side, listening to see if the cat guy would wake up, but apparently he was getting weakened. Slannen smirked and grabbed the man's arm and bit into it, aiming to rip off the flesh. Althoug, before he could do any real damage, the angel charm Lurtz had, drained Slannen of his powers all at once and left a sickening taste in his mouth. He leaped back, hissing and wiping his mouth. His red eyes rippling at the edges with black. He glared at the charm and spat the taste from his mouth.
" Disgusting sonova-"

The angel charm on Lurtz's collar that he had snatched off of Slannen burst into flames and disappeared. It was no longer on his collar.

Gabby still didn't look at him, being a little stubborn, but she nodded slowly. "Alright... I'm sorry Roiben.... I didn't mean to just run off... I had Uncle Kelly here..." The butler nodded grimly in Roiben's direction. She then turned around and hugged him, burying her face in his shirt. "Well I want just one more... But I don't know who... Will you help Ruby?"

Slannen wiped his mouth and stayed far away from the foul tasting cat guy, his tongue feeling numb. Although when he noticed that the guy didn't even barely moved when bitten, Slannen became intriqued. He cinched his way over and realized that the neko must have had some impure blood in him for the charm to take such affect. A normal demon like himself could stand the affect, but any other would go under in less than three minutes and then die in five. Slannen considered letting the cat man die, but then remembered the help he was given without a thought and so with a sigh Slannen rolled up his sleeves and began charging his powers of electricity in his hand. He then grabbed the charm and began charging it with his powers enough that it became white hot in his hand and seared into his flesh before melting away.

Backing away, sweat crossed his brow and he felt tired, very tired. He slumped down and fell into a deep sleep. The still searing flesh in his palm forever marking a cross on his flesh..
