Looking at both of them, Neko and Seph, from the main room only to notice Nyl walking to join them. The cow simply continued to sip its tea as it watched from the couch.

Well, normally when someone's chakra flow is completely cut off, they can't move or use any jutsu, though it's possible to still move when your chakra is blocked. And with enough chakra you could force the passageways back open, but that'd take quite a bit of energy -=Neko blinked a few times, then raised his eyebrow=- ...Why? ((Sorry about that, I had to make my first blog post ever, technically....I feel so dirty. I think I'm gonna take a bath. But it was funny.))

Well he's a chimera or something, right?...Maybe he had an adverse affect to it. I -know- that he doesn't have enough chakra to break a well-done block. What else was on your mind?

Well, I just know a few basics. Just enough to keep someone alive, for a few hours at least. I can stop bleeding, diagnose, and seal cuts and scrapes, but nothing too big.
