I'm 5'6"-5'7"..and weigh a lot. surprised
Also..for those watching the super bowl, did anybody else hear the Star Wars song..? I just want to see American Dad. crying Meeee toooooo.

And, someone explain this to me, these guys play a game in front of all kinds of people. They get paid tons of money for playing this game. Then, they win, and all kinds of people get a free car to go with their piles of money? I don't get it..

Skizzors L0k1 but Hot Topic has nifty Zim shirts, and Jhonen/Dirge Comics. And even some of the good old school punk CD's! surprised Zim shirts stop being "nifty" when you have about fifteen of 'em. That makes sense....The only Zim shirt I really want is the "Dib has a pencil up his nose" shirt. I love that exchange between him and Mrs. bitters. heart

L0k1 Skizzors L0k1 but Hot Topic has nifty Zim shirts, and Jhonen/Dirge Comics. And even some of the good old school punk CD's! surprised Zim shirts stop being "nifty" when you have about fifteen of 'em. That makes sense....The only Zim shirt I really want is the "Dib has a pencil up his nose" shirt. i love taht exchange between him and Mrs. bitters. heart

WhiteJoker It does actually. Motion, no matter how small, expends energy, and if you're constantly moving it's as good as that 10k steps a day thing. Yeah, I remember reading a study some while back on diet. They took a variety of people and put them on several different diets, ranging from a weight loss diet to one very high in fat & calories. The people who tended toward nervous habits and a lot of fidgeting didn't gain weight, no matter what diet they put them on. sweatdrop

I got it a looong time ago. Invader Zim is so...goth trendy now. Foster's > Zim. surprised Billy and Mandy is up there on 'this show is awesome' list too.

Peppermint Elf Well, I'm somewhat in shape. I can walk maybe 10 miles and be fine (but I'll be feeling it later). I've made a small resolution not to use the campus elevators this year. I've only used the elevator 3x's so far (mostly because I got lost/was late) since classes started. whee Once it gets warmer (ie. snow melting), I'll take the bus halfway home and walk the rest at least once a week. That's a good 4-5 miles. 3nodding Nabs likes walking. heart Walking is definitely good. 3nodding Aside from fidgeting, that's the rest of my exercise plan. xd I can easily walk 10-15 miles in a day without too much ill effect -- sore feet and pain in my arthritic hip. I just collapse into a wheezing heap if I try to run for any distance. gonk

WhiteJoker dot_com I go running usually in the spring/summer/early fall time. Only when it's nice outside...and I prefer going jogging with someone else. Just makes me feel less alone. sad If you're competitive jogging with a partner's good too because then you force yourself to keep pace with them (or beat them) and to never stop before they do. Of course that's assuming you have a partner who's around your own physical ability.
