Malaryush I'm one inch taller than Stream! whee heart And probably about 150lbs...and in horrible shape. However, with the way I eat, I'm just fortunate that I don't weigh a great deal more. I've got an extremely nervous temperament, so I'm always in motion...guess that burns off calories. sweatdrop It does actually. Motion, no matter how small, expends energy, and if you're constantly moving it's as good as that 10k steps a day thing.

3.14 dot_com Streamjumper Peppermint Elf xShatteredSoulx Shoujo Phoenix On the topic of weight: I'm supposed to weigh 115 for my height. Tee hee hee. That would have to make me anorexic. But my license says 125 and that would be cool to weigh that again >< My goal right now is to drop 5. Just...5. gonk Aaaaand, that concludes backlog! -collapses and drags Shattered with me- 160 at 5'8"? Yeah. I need work too.
-is dragged...happily- xd heart eek You're the same weight and height I am! I feel short again... sad 5'6" and 180lbs... but only sleightly overweight... I'm stocky enough to have 145 as my optimal weight. eek 5'4" at 105lbs... I don't know what my optimal weight is...but...the doctor said I was slightly under-average height and over-average weight... crying I suck...*runs in a corner and cries* I'm 5'5 and 107lbs. -cries in corner with you- *hugs pi* cry crying

Well, I'm somewhat in shape. I can walk maybe 10 miles and be fine (but I'll be feeling it later). I've made a small resolution not to use the campus elevators this year. I've only used the elevator 3x's so far (mostly because I got lost/was late) since classes started. whee Once it gets warmer (ie. snow melting), I'll take the bus halfway home and walk the rest at least once a week. That's a good 4-5 miles. 3nodding
Nabs likes walking. heart

Anywhere carrying jeans, flannel, t-shirts, and Doc Martins is just fine. I don't shop at Old Navy, A&F, or Goth-in-a-box. EVER. but Hot Topic has nifty Zim shirts, and Jhonen/Dirge Comics. And even some of the good old school punk CD's! surprised

I ask this because I go up over 160 steps a day. sweatdrop

Just makes me feel less alone. sad If you're competitive jogging with a partner's good too because then you force yourself to keep pace with them (or beat them) and to never stop before they do. Of course that's assuming you have a partner who's around your own physical ability.
