Them: "What is it?"
Me: "Well, it's an anime--"
Them: "--Ew no. Why would I want to watch those stupid cartoons that just show boobs all the time?"

ninja My mom won't watch anime of her own free will, but she'll sit down and watch it with me and my sister if we ask her to. I had my dad liking the Rurouni Kenshin manga for a while, but he got bored with it. sweatdrop Anime isn't really his cup of tea. ninja

My mom used to love video games. That's how the whole family video game craze started. She's collected Nintendo Power Magazine since the first issue, and recieved an original NES for her birthday when it was released. She used to stay up all night just to play video games.
But now she plays for about twenty minutes, twice a year or so. sad

My mom won't watch anime by herself. Usually it was we rented it, and asked her to watch with us. Althouigh she usually didn;t have time, she'd come watch occassionally. And when Angel beat FFX, she same and watched the ending with us. :3

My parents arent into anime.. They might watch it with me if i say its good.. but I will have to explain to them that not everything is like Pokemon LOL
