Don't forget to put some EVs into Sp.Def. or Beacon will be able to knock it out.

What did you put the other points into then? It's speed and Sp. Atk are pretty useless so I'll guess 255 Atk 255 Defence.
edit Still a good counter for Electric moves though. Also you can absorb a Stone Edge for relativly little dasmage. ^_^
