Xol Rintala Walk away, Xol. You missed the conversation. You know... for someone who seems to outwardly dislike the guild and most it's occupants you seem to do nothing but cause strife. Why don't you just leave. If I was the captain I would have banned you already. sweatdrop Now now... no fighting or riling people up xp Not to say I don't get the same feeling though sweatdrop I tend to get more complaints and insults than solutions, from my point of view. If 9 were still in charge, I think KB, Hes, and Teg would have been out of here long ago ^^; But I seem to notice that for every one of their bad moments they have a good one.... so I just wait it out.

Haha, that's hilarious. I seem to remember me managing to do some amount even as a normal member without being a mod. Took you what, 3-4 months to make that battlye system? Now don't get me wrong, it's good, but I could've done it in one.
In any case, my complaints aren't senseless. I mean, your barrier is a GMing piece of trash. That was one complaint, whats the solution? Well, I suggested making it feasible and giving it weaknessess, you said no pretty much.
Your fault.
On the subject of lack of guild activity, I'd mentioned we could try promoting in some of the guild sections. Then we discussed how we were both pissed that half the people that joined would leave right away, and you mentioned being more concerned about having the current members actually posting than getting new ones.
Not your fault, but I'd made a suggestion. I don't just sit back and say you suck at what you do, because OOC you're great at running the guild. You just drag your OOC position IC and make a complete asshat out of yourself.

EVERYONE SHUT THE HELL UP AND FOCUS ON WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. QUIT ARGUING! (Sorry about the size, but damn... Aren't we old enough to be a BIT more mature?)

I've also been sending out activity letters to those currently inactive. A few have PMed back, with their "reasons", and will be PMed again at another time for activity again, after which I would suggest another member list cleaning. 3nodding

Nana this isn't a review of qualifications, it's someone saying that I only b***h and whine but never make suggestions. Which is, complete BS to sya the least. I may do my fair share of complaining, but mostly all of it is regarding how things are being run IC because of OOC things.

Nana_Wing Yes, and I'm just pointing out, that things are being done. *whispers* But I don't think that's what Dusty's getting at. I think it's more of Twi saying that KB doesn't do anything but b***h, when he does actually try and do something only to be ignored or outright rejected by Twi?

Indeed. Member recruitment has been handled by Nana. And I didn't mean that everything I got was just empty yitching. If it was then I'd probably have lost my patience by now sweatdrop I'm just saying I get about a 1:9 ratio of suggestions/solutions to empty complaints
But yeah... a good lot of gaia is less than intelligent, so to speak, so I'm not enthusiastic about proactive advertising in places like the chatterbox.
yes well KB I'm sure you could have made the system in less time. Fact is, you didn't and I did. You made a prototype chart, but overall it really doesn't do anything except give people meaningless labels.
Of course I can't exactly brag about the success of my system since it has yet to be implemented.
