Clow coughed a bit before he closed his eyes again, and then smiled a little bit.
"I didn't...let you down...I came back..."
With that he rolled his head to the side towards her but couldn't open his eyes. He was either to weak or lost consciousness again.

Seph nodded his head to the side and stretched. Oi! That breeze felt good! He smiled softly, gazing out at the forest. "The leaves are turning golden." He said, as if to no one.

Nyl walked pensively down the hall of the medwing, turning through the main room and heading out to the backyard, staring at what was left growing there. Pumpkins and apple trees - anything else started this late would have been foolish.

Seph disappeared, but was back at his spot atop the dojo, this time with a leaf in hand. He looked it over. This one was yellow, crunchy. Autumn was well on it's way, and Seph could hardly wait! His gaze fell to Nyl, and he nodded his head to the side.
"Yo!" He called down to her, waving high above his head.

Nyl turned around quickly at the sound, almost seeming startled. "Oh. Yo, Seph." She waved back.

He hopped off the roof and made his way towards her, twirling the leaf between his fingers. "What's up, Doc?" He put his hands behind his head and smiled at her.

"I'm not growing carrots." She 'picked' an apple from one of the trees.

A sly grin grew on his face. "Nope, I guess not. Not in season?" He too moved to an appletree and picked an apple, still twisting the leaf between fingers.

"Who around here besides me eats carrots?" She looked at the leaf in his hands. "Setting up for something?"

"Nyeeh." He shrugged, then took a bite of the apple, looking at the leaf. He swallowed and held it up. "Mmh. Maybe." He smiled, twisting. It took off into the air, spiraling upwards quickly. Out of sight, it caught fire, then exploded. Much like bottle rocket, only colorful.

He looked back at the forest. "Really? That's not very nice of them. Did they ask the forest if they could clear the land?"

"Apparently not." Nyl frowned. "But there's little I can do about it now." She turned around and sat down, leaning against the trunk of the tree. "Have you ever wondered what it would be like...if you couldn't do anything ninja-like at all?"

Seph took another bite, then gave her a leveled look. Something was up, he could tell. "No.. I guess we kind of take this power for granted."
