Yeah, Johns has really been keeping up his "write The Flash without The Flash" thing going. Maybe he should hand the reigns to someone else and make a new Rogues title.
At least the art's gotten better.

Well, he's technically there, in a few panels anyway, but he's kinda playing the role of the humans in Jurassic Park.

I'm sick and tired of his whole let's remake all the old villians scheme and bring back to life all the dead heros. Where's the originality in that?
