The only way it COULD be gotten out of is through a liberal application of "inaccurate" and "deus ex machina".
Check the Review thread, page 3, for my review of it.

The Fiend of the West I'm not bitching at all, bro. I am explaining the mechanics of an armbar with Vizzle for fun. Bitching would be this. "No, you are wrong. You are dumb. Shut up. No Vizzle. Shut up. You stupid Native American. No. Shut up. No. Umad?" Also would like to add though, without a shoulder to support Sin's weight he would actually slip off your arm since it got destroyed and the entire triangle simply doesn't happen. But then we are getting way to technical. At the point when the arm-bar happened, the shoulder was still in-tact. Sin had sent the spikes into Vince's hand/fore-arm, which would eventually go up his arm and into the shoulder. Why not, then, go ahead and risk the already ******** up arm to deal considerable damage to your opponent?

Man, if some 70 lb kid could arm bar me..
I would seriously probably sponsor him to fight in MMA.
Because you know he'd be a ******** animal when he got older.

See, you don't seem to understand what you, yourself did.
He fully extended the armbar on the floor.
You posted to your knees and stood.
Technically speaking, the moment you lifted his weight you lost your shoulder completely irrelevant of spikes or whatever. The ligaments would tear, you'd get a dislocated shoulder and your elbow would end up facing the wrong way.
Because you gave him the leverage to do this and you added his ENTIRE body weight to it by standing.
This would result in your arm being utterly useless. Dragon or otherwise. It would go completely and utterly limp. It wouldn't even move.
Then Sin would slip off.
And you'd be standing over him.
And then you'd knock his face in repeatedly.

Well see, he didn't post that, and I would have accepted that reality, actually. Vince's other hand held his sword; that would have even been a favorable situation and could have been decently repaired before the second round. Instead, he clung to whatever was left and, ACTUALLY, he transitioned to the triangle hold when Vince got to his knees, so that's kind of void anyway. Regardless of how it happened, the arm was ******** either way, so Vince forgot about it and tried to capitalize.

The Darth Vizzle Man, if some 70 lb kid could arm bar me.. I would seriously probably sponsor him to fight in MMA. Because you know he'd be a ******** animal when he got older. There are actually two I can think of. Renzo's youngest son, who I forget the name of is nine. He frequently comes to tournaments in Jersey and submits guys around 200 lbs with things. He is very very good, because he is small and impossible to pin down right and has great shrimps. And the Brazilian 9 and under Champion, who I do not know the name of at all. He apparently submitted Roger Gracie in an exhibition match, with an armbar. Roger Gracie is a 210 lbs MMA fighter right now. Edit: Striker: I'm not arguing about your fight at all. I'm just explaining the armbar he SHOULD have done to you, instead of spiking you in the skull.

Isn't Roger Gracie in Strikeforce right now?
Anywho, show me a video of Renzo's son doing this cause to be honest seems too unbelievable to see occurring, though for me mostly for its lol replays of it happening.

I need to check out the fight right now, but for some reason I keep checking back here because people were still talking about it. So I'm just doing to put my official thought on it.
Because...well...I'm an official panda.
@Sin: The way things stand there doesn't need to be any resignation or forfeit. You tried to kill a character, and it was ruled as a kill, so you're disqualified. Nothing more can be said about that, and it's good to see you cooperating with it.
@Vincent: Although judging the fight is going to tell me more about whether or not the hit could have been taken differently and what could have been done, unless Vin changes his mind about situation then it still stands the same. I guess, rather, it'd affect what kind of penalties you'd receive in the next round.
Even if I were to reverse it, going for a killing shot alone would be a big enough deduction of points. There's no point making a CSI case out of it.

I'm actually taking the words out of the Horses Mouth.
Souza claims he armbarred 200 lbs black belts in his youth at 11.
Roger Gracie is indeed in Strikeforce, as is Souza.
Gracie subbed Randlemen after dropping him with a left.
Souza just won a decision.
