Ellie rolled her eyes a little bit, a she took a sip of the tea. "This is wonderful, my love. Happy anniversary." replied she, setting down the mug, and starting to pull at the pancakes with her fork. "I really appreciate this, love. I will have to spoil you, now. And, also, your presents." teased Ellie slightly, as she leaned sideways a little bit, and extended a forkful of pancakes to his mouth. "Wanna bite?" Her smile was genuine, as her eyes shone with pure happiness. This man really was more than she could have ever hoped to have or dream for.

Baizou smiled and wagged his tail as he leaned in to take the bite from her fork. "Thanks, love." He said after chewing and swallowing. Not too bad if he said so, himself. A little over-cooked, but not burnt. "What should we do, today? I was thinking along the lines of a picnic on the beach. We could get some last minute fun in before it starts getting chilly out."

Ellie proceeded to eat the fantastic foods, which were cooked to perfection, according to her tastebuds, as she listened to his suggestion. With a gentle shrug, she smiled at him. "I suppose that would be alright. I was almost hoping to stay home, though, celebrate it with everyone, perhaps? But, it is our day.. I mean, whatever you want to do. The beach sounds great, too." she said, sipping at her tea, and letting her wings go lax behind her, between her back and the headboard.

"Hmm? Well, I was happy with whatever we did. If you want to stay home, then I would love to stay home." Baizou said, reaching over to run his fingers through the feathers. "I think it would be fun to spend it with everyone. We haven't really had a chance to talk to the others in a while."

Ellie laughed again, as she set down the tea, and picked at the remaining food. "Ano, love, I did not mean to squash any plans you had hope to make, and we can always see the others... Staying home for a while, and then taking some time for ourselves, perhaps?" Her hand that had not been using the fork slithered over to his lap, and entwined with his hand, as she held out another biteful for him.

"I was being honest when I said I didn't mind." Baizou assured her, letting his hand fall to rest on top of hers. "I want to do what you want to do. And that is a fact." He said, sliding one hand over her cheek. He leaned forward and kissed her lips before sitting back and taking the offered bite.

Ellie let him finish the bite before kissing him again, her hand squeezing his. Pulling back again, she grinned, and set the fork down. "I think that I am done, and I think that taking some time for ourselves later is a good idea, and celebrating with others until then is a fine plan, then." Smiling, she took a few drinks of the orange juice, and patted her belly. "All full, now. This was wonderful... I love you, Mr. Uehara."

Baizou nodded, "Then that is what we will do!" He said, taking the tray to the side so that she could get up if she wanted to. "Sounds like fun, actually." He murmured, tapping his chin. He perked his ears and crawled from the bed. "I am going to get these washed up, okay?" He announced, kissing her cheek. "See you a bit, okay?"

Ellie nodded, standing on tip toe once she got up to kiss him again. "I will be down shortly. Thank you again, my love. It was fantastic." Walking back to the bed, Ellie started to fix the sheets and blankets, and make it neater once again. Once the bed was made, she sat on the edge of it, trying to figure out what she'd wear... Also sort of making a plan of course of action.

Baizou filled the sink downstairs and took a few minutes to clean off the dishes he used. He set them in the strainer to dry and wiped his hands on a towel. He sighed and poured himself a cup of coffee. Today was going to be absolutely perfect.

Ellie pulled on a pair of comfortable bleached out jeans, which were mostly straight cut, but fit her quite nicely. Also she pulled on a nice black clean polo, the top button undone. Brushing out her hair, she tapped her chin. Something wasn't quite right. Murmuring the sizing spell, her wings were hidden from view, and her shirt mended itself to have a whole back. Satisfied, now, she changed her hair from its given greenish blue to a softer, gentler brunette. Popping out of the room and coming down the stairs, still barefoot, she sneakily approached her husband. Though he could have felt her emotions, she acted before he could react. Jumping onto his back, her legs clinging to his waist, and small arms pulling tightly around his chest, she laughed blissfully, face nuzzling into his shoulder.

Baizou laughed and tilted his head back. "I should have seen that coming." He shifted his tail up a little bit and wagged his, "Ellie has a taaail!" He teased, pulling his hair to his shoulder so that her body didn't pin it down. He shifted her up so that he could hold her better.

Ellie laughed, and shook her head, as her face nuzzled into his shoulder again. Holding on tight, she managed to plant a kiss on his neck, and laugh. "We are silly." she cooed, arms going a little slack, as her legs let go carefully, and she landed on her feet. Stepping in front of him, she smiled up, and ran her hands along his crisp shirt. "I think that you wore buttons just to make me take it off later, my love." she teased, smirk playful, and eyebrow suggestively quirked.

Baizou smirked, "Maybe I did." He said, sliding his hand under her chin. He pulled her face up as he leaned down to kiss her. "But not until tonight, hmm?" He suggested with a small laugh. "Not at the beach, either. As good as people try to make it sound, it probably is not." He chuckled and stretched comfortably. "You look quite nice today," he added.

Ellie let out a soft chuckle at his suggestion, or rather, shoot down of that situation. Taking a step back, and her hand on her chin,she looked him up and down with a smirk played across her lips. "Ah, you look better." she said, stepping forward and snuggling into his chest.
