"Well If you hurry it will only take a few minutes to eat." Ayira said. She had been made to but a less reviling dress on and was slightly cranky from being too warm. "Because if you don't eat i'll have to forse feed you."
Rei gently tapped bakura cheak "Lets get going ok?"

Seto was still listing things off, but he knew it wa hopeless. He took a bite, glaring darkly at Ayira. At least, he thought to himself that he was glaring darkly. He was actually pouting. Bakura gave Rei a slightly confused look. "Are we going to see the pharaoh?" He asked in a small voice, still looking confused.

"No." Bakura shook his head furiously. "I need to go." He broke off, shaking his head and bowing it down low. Mariku sighed, running a hand through his hair. "He is out of his mind. You want me to tie him up, Rei? It'd be easier to move him that way." Mariku offered, looking around for rope. "Unless you poisoned it." Seto said, taking another bite grudgingly. "I wouldn't mind if you did. It'd be the only way for me to get some sleep."

"Maybe after this whole thing is over with." Seto said, pushing the food away with a bored look. "You don't seem to understand what a big deal it is to make sure everything will go perfectly. If something bad happens, it is because the gods are angry. And blame will fall to the pharaoh, who angered the gods. Have you been practicing your music? You're going to have to perform for five nights." "To pharaoh?" Bakura asked, getting to his feet. He wobbled slightly, then held on to Rei. His eyes flashed slightly, then narrowed. His posture changed, somehow, in the slightest way, making him look quite different. "A festival, hmm? I hope the pharaoh enjoys his little party when it lasts." He said in a low tone, smirking.

Seto reached up, gently taking a hold of Ayira's wrist. He brought her hand closer to his mouth and ate it, his lips and tongue gently brushing her fingers. He kept eye contact with her as he did this.

Bakura shook his head, waving his hand slightly. "No. I know what I'm going to do. I won't go after the pharaoh, he'll be too heavily guarded. But that priest needs to die. Seto. Everyone will be busy, nobody will notice if he's gone for a while. When it's noticed he's gone, they can't pin it down on me. A lot of people probably want to kill the b*****d." Mariku sighed heavily, followed by a facepalm.

A small blush had appered on her face but she smiled. She took another piece of food and took a bite heerself part of the food hanging out of her mouth.
"Bakura...do we really have to do this now?It's to dangerous..." rei said.

Seto stood up, unable to help himself. He had put this off for far too long. Putting a hand behind Ayira's head, he pulled her close, kissing her deeply, the food forgotten. "If not now, when? I'm not going to sit around and do nothing. He's the one who wronged me, not the other way around. You deserve justice, my dear." Bakura smirked, looking over at Rei. It was clear he wasn't himself. He had the pharaoh in mind at the beginning, but after realizing how dangerous that would be, wanted to go for the second best option. "I swore I would have my revenge on the royal line, after all. He's related to the pharaoh, I know that much."

This had shocked ayira because she had thought he had no feeling for her. After the shock had cleared she returned the kiss her arms wraping around him.
Rei grabed his hand "Bakura cant we just stay out of sight for a month or two intill they forget about us?"

Any thoughts of the impeding festival were lost to Seto as he finally got what he had wanted for weeks now. No... it was more than just lust. As time had passed, his feelings for Ayira had grown into deep affection, until it hurt him to be near her, knowing that she would soon be the pharaoh's. Pharaoh. Seto's eyes snapped open when he suddenly remembered, and he forced himself away from Ayira, one hand going to his lips. He stared at Ayira in shock, as though she had been the one to kiss him. "Atem... He..." Seto said, feeling his chest tighten. He couldn't do this, not with her. But he needed to. Torn, Seto didn't know what he was supposed to do. Bakura ripped his hand from Rei's grip. "No. I would be a horrible husband, as I believe I mentioned before, if I allowed him to poison you without getting payback. They're probably too busy with their party to worry about us. It'll be fine."
