The scene with Dali was entertaining. Henrietta had no idea what he was saying, or what he meant, but it sounded absolutely adorable, so she looked interested anyways.
Then Eunmi came back and Henrietta nodded. "Right." She stood up and said, "do you want to count, or should I just go?"

"I want you to show me each kick once, each side," Eunmi said. "If you've practiced, they should all be perfect, so I should need to see multiples of each."
She crossed her arms, looking intently at her, a brow slightly raised as if she didn't think Henrietta could do them perfectly anyway.

((I twisted my ankle and proceeded to complete two shits of work on it, so I don't even give a ******** what my posts look like.))
Henrietta performed the snap kicks, side kicks, side turning kicks and rising kicks, one per each leg, with efficient perfection, as she was taught by Eunmi.

Eunmi glanced at D-Vee and Dali. The otter looked impressed, and D-Vee gave a solemn nod. The teenager stepped forward, paused, and then quickly shoved her on the shoulder to check her stance. If Henrietta budged, Eunmi wouldn't go through with the rest of her instruction. If she didn't, Eunmi would turn away and take a step away.

Henrietta, who had learned the last two times Eunmi had nudged her, had gotten her stance right and, in the end, did not budge. Because, to put it simply, she learned from her mistakes. That ad she didn't want to be totally lame, getting pushed into stumbles by single fingers, as was almost the case last time.

Eunmi, her back to Henrietta, grimaced. She didn't really feel like teaching today, mostly because she wanted to focus on training Dali and D-Vee. But they needed to rest for now.
"Cha Rutt," Eunmi said, calling attention. She would not explain what this meant, as she expected Henrietta to remember from their previous lesson that it meant to stand in attention, in the parallel ready stance with her fists together in front of her.

Henrietta did indeed remember. She had recalled the various words Eunmi had said, and while she could not think of their meaning, or even guess at it, she did know how she was intended to react when Eunmi said the words. At attention, in the proper stance that I'm not describing, Henrietta waited for Eunmi.

"Kyung yet," Eunmi said as she took the stance as well. She paused a second to let Henrietta react, waiting for her a moment before bowing, arms spread at her sides. "Choon bee."
This meant, of course, to return to the ready stance, fists held at the waist. Eunmi turned to face the same direction Henrietta was facing, standing next to the pink haired girl.
"We'll focus on arm movements now, specifically punches and blocks," Eunmi said. "But first, I want you to explain momentum to me."

After a few intense battles between Steelix and Blitzle some of the area surrounding the area where they fought was chard and crushed and tossed around a bit. The two pokemon stand there in front of each other looking a bit exhausted as Kijin walks over to Steelix and pets it lightly,"Thanks for your help buddy now take a break." he says pulling the pokeball out and recalling the large pokemon and looked at Blitzle,"Ok Now that you have worked out a bit of your stress how about we get some trainning done?" He says walking over to the pokemon smiling lightly as he strokes the pokemon seeing it was too tired to fire off any sparks at the moment. He pulls out a bottle of potion and sprays the pokemon over a little making sure to get any cuts or bruises that it may have got from the battle. "Now then lets get your aim down."
He walks over to a nearby tree and pats it lightly,"Ok Blitzle I want you to try and hit as many leafs that come off this tree and try to only hit the leafs." He says as he kicks the tree knocking some of the leafs down, as they slowly fall down Blitzle launched a arch of lightning missing of the leafs but only hitting one. This would continue for a good while.

Luka looked at his watch. Noon was still so far away. So, what was the plan? Test out his synaesthesia? It had helped him out with a couple of the battles so far and it would be interesting to see how it worked in the happy yellow buzz of the people around him.
"Tayla, Squirt. Start sparring, ok?"
The two nodded and leapt into action. Tayla began by firing razor leaves at Squirt. The movement flashed red in Luka's vision and he shouted for Squirt to duck and roll. The timing was a little off, so Squirt did take a leaf or two to the shell, but, on the whole, Luka had been able to notice the leaves quickly enough, he just needed to quicked his and his Pokémons' reaction time. Hopefully that shouldn't take too long to get it at least a few seconds quicker.

While Salieri trained Wukong and Liuye on their teamwork and combinations, Chen Zhen was off at the waterfall in the northernmost part of the route. Underneath the falling waters, his meditated with his eyes closed. While meditating, he entered a state of calm in which he was able to focus on controlling his spirit. Oddly enough, when he was in this state he could not talk, much like one of the three wise monkeys of legend. As the waterfall cascaded around him while he sat on the rocks alone, he fell into a state of enlightenment, which was said to be healthy to the inner spirit. Peace and tranquility- [Hey can I sit here with you!? This place is neat!] The meditation ceased when Salem’s voice loudly rang through the cavernous waterfall in an effort to be heard over the crashing sounds of water. Chen Zhen opened an eye and looked over to her, trying to think of what to say but not able to formulate the words. [This place is really cool!] she yelled while trotting over to him. The Pansage’s cheeks flushed pink as he undid his meditative pose for a more casual sit down. [Uh, s-sure you can sit right here. I mean, if you want to.] The Eevee plopped herself down right next to the Pansage, close enough that her freely swinging tail touched and tickled his side. His cheeks turned pinker. [I like breaks like these. Salieri likes to take things up to the next level all the time. Which is nice, I guess but she needs to calm down.] Chen Zhen said nothing, so Salem sighed and continued. [Liuye is cool, but he’s too quiet and kind of a loner. And Wukong is cool too, but he’s way too full of himself.] She picked her head up to look at Chen Zhen. [I feel like you and me are the only normal ones.] Me and her? HER AND ME? Is she really saying that, she can’t be serious. Despite his inner voice telling him it was too good to be true, he couldn’t help but ask. [R-really?] [Yeah, I guess.] She giggled, which sounded a little like a meow. [You’re still kind of weird though.] The Pansage almost fell over, looking defeated as he let his head hang low. Salem now gave him a full blown laugh. [I mean in a good way, silly. You’re not like the others, you’re a leader. They’re always fighting and you’re always ready to fix things.] She stood up and got into his face, making him even more nervous as he tail slapped happily against the ground. [Hey, that thing you did with Recycle before was super cool.] He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly. [Well, I, uh, just thought it would work and it kind of did. But, uh, it’s not perfect or anything, I’ve still got a lot to work on-] [Yeah?] She turned around, which made Chen Zhen’s heart sink a little because he knew she was going to leave. [Maybe you can show me next time?] And then the pink faded away from his cheeks, and Chen Zhen genuinely smiled a more confident smile. [Sure, I’d love that.] She smirked, showing off her sharp teeth before walking out of the waterfall. As soon as she was gone, the Pansage sighed loudly and flopped onto his back, rubbing the side of his face where her tail briefly brushed him. [D-did I say I’d love to? I said love? Wow, I don’t know what’s gotten into me.] He held up his hands to look them over. …maybe I could get really good at this.

Henrietta was given quite the task. Take the definition of a word and explain it from her own understanding of it. "M-momentum is the speed or force of movement," she said. A textbook answer, really. "S-so, going into motion creates momentum, a-and speeding up builds it," she explained. Which was the best she could do.

After a few hundred shots of electricity Blitzle was now completely exhausted from the combination of the battle with Steelix and the aiming exercise, over the course of the training Blitzle got a little bit better but still managed to miss a good chunk of the leafs but managed to strike down some of trees near the river. "Uh ok Blitzle lets call your training done for the day, return." He pulls the pokeball out and recalls the pokemon back into its ball then sighs lightly.
"Hmm now which one should I handle next?", he says looking at the other two pokeballs looking at the two before choosing one and releasing the pokeball. The pokemon that appears was the recently captured Venipede, he looks at the pokemon and kneels down to the creature."Hmm I wonder what moves you already know and what I can train you on?", he asks before pulling out his pokedex then once out he presses one button and gets a listing. "Hmm so poison sting, Pursuit, Protect and Screech huh?" He soon closes the pokedex and taps his chin, well lets see what I can do with you but lets get idea for your power. He looks over at downed tree then smirks,"Alright Venipede attack that tree with poison sting." The pokemon looks at the tree and opens its mouth and fires a furry of needles to the tree hitting it with the purple colored needles causing a slight dent in the tree.
"Hmm not bad but lets try your next more, go use Pursuit.", he cries out and the pokemon quickly runs in the direction of the tree hitting it hard in the same spot as the poison sting making a bigger dent in the tree but not completely breaking through."Hmm your aim is really good but your power needs some work which I think we might be able to handle just need to find a boulder." he says picking up pokemon he would carry the Venipede a little of to the side of the Pinwheel forest finding a large boulder.'Here this is a good spot alright lets go Venipede." He sets the pokemon down and points to the rock,"Lets do this Venipede hit that boulder with everything you got."

Eunmi nodded.
"So in order to create momentum when you move from a still position, you need to shift your weight accordingly."
Eunmi demonstrated what she meant, in slow motion. She rose her foot, bringing it to her center line as she stepped out into a front facing walking stance. The stance is where your front leg is bent, back leg is straight, and both feet point forward. The knee of the frontward leg does not bend past your foot, making the lower portion of the leg straight up and down. Eunmi shifted back to the parallel ready stance.
"When you do this movement, you lower your body slightly and then push up as you step down."
Eunmi repeated the movement, this time dipping down as her foot met her centerline and then rising back up as the foot moved out from her center line.
"When you combine that movement with a punch, you are essentially thrusting your weight into your arm," Eunmi explained as she shifted back to the ready stance. This time, she rose her left hand, fist closed, held straight out to her center line, palm down. She started to move her right foot towards her centerline, twisting the left hand counter clockwise as she moved it down to her waist, her other hand raising from her waist, palm up, also twisting counter clockwise into a punch, extending it completely as she made the full movement with her feet.
"The preparation movement here is soft," she said, repeating the motion, opposite side, pausing as she stood, her foot at her centerline, each arm held out slightly, one returning to the waist and the other prepping to extend out. "But then the last bit of the movement is hard."
She quickly completed the punch, force thrusting forward.
"Obviously in a real fight, you react to what your stance is and how your opponent is positioned," Eunmi said. "But you need to know how to punch first before you can do that. Do you understand?"

Henrietta watched Eunmi move. Fists out in legitimate punches. She'd done it before, tried punching, but hers were likely laughable. She'd have to ask N about it. She watched and, hesitantly, mimicked the movements as Eunmi did them, trying to get them right the first time. No more embarrassing herself like she did when she learned to kick.
"I understand," she said.
