Is it too much to ask for friends that actually care about you?
I'd much rather hear "Oh, what do you want for your birthday?", than "Oh, do I have to get you something for your birthday? I don't want to spend my money.".

And as for getting help from my friends, I may ask for it a lot, but that's only because I'm dumb. I'd help them if I could, but most of the time I don't know the answer. When I do go out of my way to help them, they don't even thank me. Is it too much to ask to be thanked?

I lived in a duplex and he was our landlord. He was about to lose his house, so told us he wanted to move into the duplex and we could take over the house's mortgage. Legally we didn't have to, but my parents did anyway. So now my parents are renting to own the house. Now the landlord is saying since my parents were late once, they have to give him the money directly instead of sending it to the bank, which goes against the contract they signed. My parents said they're not giving him cash so he told us we have to move out. So we're probably gonna end up in court.]

Ah, court is a pain. Unless you're in danger of losing more money outside of court (or if you can make a decent amount of money from it), I would try to avoid it.

Now every time I use it, they're gonna say "GEE WHIZ, ISN'T THAT THE BATTLE SYSTEM DEVELOPED BY THE MODERATORS AT ******** you Uncle Kenny, I worked for months trying to find the perfect health-to-dice-roll combo!

This being said, I don't want to admit it because that would make me a hypocrite. I've always been a firm believer in giving up my ideas/art to those who want to use them, without me receiving any credit whatsoever.

When time comes that I use said method again, people are going to assume it came from modmas.
That is what pisses me off the most.
Not the fact that they changed it slightly, not the fact that they used it without permission, but the fact that people are going look at it and assume they created the platform.

I don't get that feeling much here. You guys are cool. But in real life, I get the feeling all the time. Mostly because I get interrupted constantly and often times people don't really listen to me. It's actually become a sort of inside joke with me and my friends, that whenever I start talking I always end up interrupted.

Flash is a b***h to learn. Everyone I know who has dealt with it has told me the same thing.
