I like DC a lot more than Marvel and my bf makes fun of Marvel all the time because he is basically in love with Batman in the creepiest way possible, haha. Of course, both DC and Marvel have some ridiculous and stupid characters, but at least DC makes decent movies out of its characters... kinda lost faith in Marvel movies. sweatdrop
But I have tons of dinosaur toys. Jurassic Parks ones are the best. I have the big t-rex that you can feed him stuff and them pull it out of his stomach. x3 And yeaaaah.
And spaghetti is delicious.
And I am loving all the drabbles on the journal lately.

Dc and Marvel are sorta comic rivals I guess? Marvel= X-men, Ironman, Hulk, Spiderman to name the movies. DC= Batman, Superman, Teen Titans, Flash, Green Lantern, and lotsa other I cant even think right now. x_x
Last night I watched tons of disgusting videos. Not a little disgusting, like gross porn/fetish weird stuff. I dunno why, I just regrettably looked up the first video and the watched more and couldn't stop. Like, guys cutting off their p***s and stuff... I like to think it's all fake, but figure it's really not.
Anyways, people are disturbing, and will do the craziest stuff for money and fame. I guess most of it doesn't phase me, it's like a weird fascination... like dismemberment videos and such... TMI, TMI, I know, anyhooooow...
I was in a Magic tournament today and won first place so I am feeling pretty awesome. :3

We're definitely Marvel girls in this house. xp 98% of Kat's comics are Marvel. (I despite DC not because I dislike their comics, but because the Internet tells me I must support one or the other. XP I'll read anything that isn't Frank Miller, because Frank Miller frightens me. gonk )
Stan Lee (Marvel's founder and the creator of most of their big comics) is a god regardless of the content of Marvel's recent movies. X3 But I agree.. when it comes down to the X-Men movies versus, say, Dark Knight.. DC kinda wins. sweatdrop When judging based on my personal movie tastes anyway.
And Wolverine being PG-13 REALLYREALLYREALLY pisses me off considering all the promises given last year.
@Cassy: "********" makes me think of very gross things. X3
I sometimes echo Reg's swear words. "Cockshit" most often.

I think I agree with you on basing it on character likes, Cassy. I'm a Marvel fangirl, as much as the next, but if they didn't have Deadpool, Doctor Doom, and Gambit I don't think I'd be as crazy over it.
I have a decent amount of DC comics in my collection too. Like, I have all the Lobo comics. Ugh, Lobo rocks so hardcore.
I like the DC/Vertigo stuff too.
I also really like Spawn, but he's not Marvel or DC. He's just win.
I love all comics if the characters are good and the story lines are decent...
I do agree with Jess on the Frank Miller bit... He's a bit too... Okay, I just don't like my Batman saying b***h and punk every other word. He's a little out there. I'd rather he stick to Sin City. 3nodding whee

Darrell showed that video to me ages ago. heart I'm not much of one for comics, aside from artsy ones that don't make any sense. Artsy graphic novels = win. I love them. 4laugh
Summer vacation is mixed happiness for me. A lot of my friends are leaving me next year . . . and I have a lot of responsibilities to fulfill next year, my LAST year of high school . . . it's kinda daunting.
And it's official: my parents aren't approving of me dating someone who isn't in college. And if my parents don't approve . . . :/ I dunno how to tell Darrell. I dunno what to do. Blehhhhh.

@Janine: I won't comment because I don't know your parents and I know most people don't appreciate it when I insult their relatives.
It is up to you whether or not you want to judge him for it. It seems that you occasionally struggle with the urge to. I suppose it is because you were raised in a different environment than I, and have sorted your priorities differently. As a human you have that right and I have respect for it. 3nodding
As someone who had to struggle to get her mother to approve of my choice of companion, I would say it ought not matter what your parents think. If their opinion sways you in the least, well, some deep soul-searching is in order. 3nodding
@Cassy: I had that issue earlier; I'm assuming it's a site-wide error.
I shared an RC car with my brother once. It was one of those Radioshack exclusives that charged on their own remotes; it was pocket-sized and bright blue. He and I got into an argument and he smashed it though DX

And as someone who dropped out of her last year of high school, I have little to say on its daunting nature XP Except I am glad to have avoided it. The American education system is built on principles I don't agree with anyway.
I am glad my parents did not pressure me in regards to college. I much prefer domestic violence to years of pressure and the instilled fear of 'not good enough' that many of my college-bound classmates suffered; bruises heal, disappointment in one's self often does not. In my case at least - and I understand I am probably very unusual. XP
