Alluri placed her naginata on her back and took a brush from the bag at her waist. she began brushing her long wavy hair.

Kanoshi walked down and saw Irene. He ran to her and asked "are you ok?" His parentness was taking over now that he knew where his goddaughter was.

Irene looked shocked, never moving. She just let the others lead her. "I-I can't believe I just did that..." Irene lowered her head and got onto her knees. "I froze like a frightened princess! I can help the town and those I care about from bloodthirsty killers and money loving thieves, but when I saw that demon and that creature..." Irene understood that she had never seen that before, but she couldn't be a hero to her town if she ever froze like that. Still, she was thankful her friends were there.
