*He had totally lost track of the time the last couple of days, still poiuring over the thousands, perhaps even millions of tomes collected in the library. At this point he's barely made a dent in the massive collection. Weary from days with out sleep he opts for a break, grabbing a few books, including the Book of Ancients and heading for the Inn's bar.*

*he walks in and starts to pick up the mess of books he had left laying all over the room. Part of him thinks he should keep looking that she may return someday. Another part argues that even if she did, she would want nothing to do with him and the pain he causes. For the moment all of him agrees to just take a rest. After he cleaned up his messes.*
