The sound of the shurikens spinning widly thorugh the air was still pleasing. Maverick's breathing, however, was labored. He was almost at his end and he knew when it was time to call it quits. He moed a bit to the side, dashing still at full speed to catch the two Fuuma Shuriken on their return trip and as he did, he reached within his cloak and let loss one last kunai toward the head of the first dummie.

Maverick finished off his training by plucking the shuriken from the air. He hit the ground, solid beach ground, and rolled a bit from exhaustion. He had spent himself with all the training. He just...needed....some rest...

Takara was pumped. She wanted to--no, she would--finish her punishment soon, no matter what! She just needed to put more effort into it. Yet her mind could not help but wander. How could it not? Mizu, her best friend ever, was finally put in a genin team! She was excited to know that her friend would soon catch up to her, and maybe even exceed her. She could not wait until they fought again. Still pumped, Takara ran up the wall and back down.

Takara stopped suddenly and pondered upon her mood. Why was she so happy about fighting Mizu? She tried to think back. When was she not happy to fight? She let out a gasp at her sudden realization. I love to fight! ...But why? It only confused her more. She shrugged and tried to push it out of her mind. She would find out one way or another. First, she needed to finish up. With that in mind, she ran up the wall and, just as quickly, ran back down.

Only two more, Takara thought with a grin. Two more and she was finished. She would be able to train, and maybe she could sneak in another fight, maybe with Hiro? If he was not busy. She nodded her head, then shook it. No, she wanted to learn another jutsu first. Up the wall she went. The question popped into her mind again. Which jutsu? She was no good with shuriken, and she was not quick enough. She ran down. Of course, training could fix that.

Quicker, huh? If she worked on her speed, she may be able to become as fast as Mizu, or maybe even quicker. She snorted. Yeah right. Mizu would easily catch up to her if she only worked a little bit on her dexterity. Unlike her. Takara subconciously tried to run up the wall. However, her foot slipped and she was snapped out of her thoughts as she went falling down. Cursing, Takara flipped to land on her feet.

Takara was unfazed from her fall. She was used to it, considering how many times she had already fell from the wall. Instead, she only moved to try again. This, time, she did not fall. She landed on her feet lightly and grinned at no one. Yatta! she thought, I'm finally finished.

After not knowing what she was waiting on Mizu decided to do some more training; that’s why she was here right. She went toward the tall trees that surrounded the grove. “I’ll start with Jumping thorough the trees to up my speed.” Mizu stated. Once Mizu was up in the tree she crouched down to get a look at her surroundings. “I’ll start that way, looks like it starts out closer together but gradually spreads out. Mizu stood back up and leapt forward to attempt to jump the next three branches. DC: 14 Formula: 8 + 6=14 Train: 1/10 1.

Curious again, Ame walked over to Maveric. "Are you okay?" He looked pretty worn out,but she knew he still had plenty of life in him.

Mizu took the first and second branch with no problem as she began to skip to the third one she trip over her own foot but she made the landing. “I almost lost my footing.” Mizu said a little embarrassed. She looked down from the tree she was standing in “And its along way down, I need to be more careful.” She told herself. Mizu peered out at the next three branches in front of her; it seemed simple enough so she decided to jump one more branch in addition to the three. “Okay, here we go.” Mizu dashed from the tree she was in attempts to speed though the next for branches. DC: 14 Formula: 14+ 6=20 Train: 2/10 2.

Mizu swept though those branches with ease. She once again paused and looked at the next branches that presented themselves “Okay those five next.” She pointed out the branches with her finger. “Wow this seemed so much harder during my academy days; I use to trip much more and get scraped from the tree bark when I landed on my knees, and then the time I almost feel out of the tree.” Mizu chucked out loud as she thought back to her days at the academy. Though it wasn’t that long ago but she was happy she could laugh about it now, it was terrifying then. “That’s enough of that.” She told herself; it was time to get back to work. Mizu glanced over her shoulder as she gracefully landed on the fifth branch. “I went a bit quicker with that one.” She said. Mizu wondered if she would be able to handle jumping ten at a time. “Yea I know it’s doubled but you never know unless you try right?” Mizu reasoned with herself. “Okay then I’ll try to do the next ten.” She said. Mizu examined the next ten that was set in front of her it. She noticed that the sixth and seventh branches were a bit thinner then the rest but not much more; she would be jumping on the middle of them that looked like the weak point. “Well all I should really have to do is speed up during that part.” Mizu leapt forward. DC: 14 Formula: 14+ 6= 20 Train: 4/10 4.

Maverick looked to the girl that had come to him. It was his teammate. She spoke to him as if she actually expected a response. Sitting up for a moment, more like a spring to sit up, he nodded a bit. He had just exhausted his chakra and needed a moment to recover. He was still a bit tired though.

Maverick looked to her for a long time. He looked Ame up and down a bit and then finally nodded. After doing so, helaid back down in the sand to rest a moment.
