This is my lab on Legion World. The scanner is in the corner over there. It's quite non-invasive, currently. I may be rebuilding it later to be a bit more...thorough in it's application.
But at the current stage, it is perfect for analyzing your genetic makeup on a microcellular level, if you would please step inside...

*Steps over to the machine and looks around at it.*
Alrighty then ... fire it up!

Cancer? Ah, archaic terminology describing a number of mutageneous maladies.
You are incapable of contracting 'cancer,' my friend.
Preliminary scans are complete. I am now going to introduce some elemental compounds into the chamber that I would like to see you attempt to replicate. The first is quite simple.
::Several coins materialize in the chamber::

::Several coins materialize in the chamber:: Just absorb their ... element and shift into it? No problem.
*Holds his hand down as the coins liquefy and float to be absorbed by his hand. His body then shifts into the element that they are made out of*

Copper, nickel, silver. Very good. Now, to be more complex.

That good?

Excellent. I am now introducing a metal not present on Earth during your time period. This is Inertron, the hardest most durable substance in the universe. Superman cannot bend it, Matter-Eater Lad cannot digest it.
::A block roughly the size of a fist materializes in the chamber::
To manufacture a block of pure Inertron of this size takes literally years. Can you replicate this element?

*Shift absorbs the elements in his body fully and changes to his normal state. He touches the block of the material and looks it over.*
Hmmm, now this ... this is interesting....
*His fingers liquidate and start to meld with the block of Inertron.*
Okay, okay so that's ... that's what it's made of...

Wow ... this feels very wrong ... cool!
*He sets the block down on the ground, looking at his fingers. He moves them around having changed them into Inertron.*
Ummm, well awesome! But ... but this is all I can do. Probably with more time...

Hmm. I need to parse through the data I've recorded already, so I will release you for now. You can keep the Inertron. It's....my gift to you, for being so helpful in forwarding the boundries of science.
::All of the machines power down, and auxillery lights boot up::
The gate back to the Bistro is to the right. I have to sort through this data and then continue catalogueing my...collection. Farewell! biggrin
