Almost happened to me but i didn't actually buy it i read it in the store and the owner got mad at me.

You get all the master materia by lvling up all your materia
your afraid of Sephiroth burning down your hometown and messing with your head by rebuilding the entire town back up and replacing all the citizens with creepy people with cloaks and tattoes.
you beat the game more than 15 times
you mistake people for Jenova
you get arrested because you claim that you are Sephiroth and you stabbed some guy with blonde hair on the streets because of it
you get carpol tunnel from playing the game to much
you go blind because of playing it to much
You get into heated debates on the forums of who is better Sephiroth or Chuck Norris and who could beat whom (Sephiroth would kick Chuck Norris's butt by the way and i'm willing to defend this statement)
you cry at the scene where Aeris dies
your dressed as Sephiroth or any other Charector from FF VII right now
you know the lyrics to one winged angel by heart in Japanese and translated in English.
