Riley's plot worked perfectly, since Kaleb completely forgot about his short conversation with Reno. "Yes!" He said eagerly, getting up and fidgeting excitedly. He had expected a bit of a wait while Riley finished whatever he needed to get done, but this was certainly better than sitting around.

"Let's go then." He straightened up and headed for the door. He crossed his mental fingers and hopped that Reno would keep his yap shut or that he'd be preoccupied with something.

Kaleb nodded happily and followed behind Riley. Staying behind his partner was better than being let in front, this way he wouldn't leave Riley behind and have to wait for him once he got to the gym.

He stalked though the main office and ignored Reno and Rude talking about something with Tseng.
"Hey Kaleb." he leaned on Rude and grinned. "Make sure ya don't let him in yer pants so easily. Make'em work for it" He got glared at by Tseng for that one and Rude sighed.

Kaleb paused and turned when he heard his name, but the only reply he had for Reno's 'advice' was a confused expression. He huffed a little and turned to catch up with Riley, irritated that Reno was just messing with him again and saying stuff he wouldn't understand. It seemed like a familiar thought, but he was pretty sure Riley wouldn't fit in his pants.

Kaleb blushed brightly, but he was even more irritated since he was sure now that Reno was just messing with him. "I-I can't not heal him, because if you hit him he'd hit you back, and then you would have to hit him again to make up for it, and then eventually I'd have to heal you both."

Kaleb huffed again, his enthusiasm for practicing completely overshadowed by his dislike for healing needless injuries. "Are you sure that wasn't the plan last time I was called in to heal after you two were fighting?"

"Nah, tha only plan there was to beat his a** into the floor." It hadn't worked as good as he'd wanted it too but he'd done a pretty good job.

Kaleb just frowned and folded his arms in front of him, not understanding why Riley would want to do something like that. If he just needed to release some tension or something, there were things he could beat up on elsewhere.
