Vairocana finally felt the loss of blood effecting her and she wavered a little her eyes clenched shut. 'Not now. Just a little longer. Until Ryou returns.' A woosh of air told her that someone was there. She opened her eyes and Yami Bakura was standing in front of her.
Yami Bakura watched as Vairocana tettered on the brink of falling. Knowing that Kaiba might take this to his advantage he leapt down from the branch he was in and placed himself between Kaiba and the girl. 'Ryou return soon she's going to die without medical attention.
Ryou ran as fast as he could. 'I have to get back.' He pushed himself to run faster.
Vairocana staggered forward. She came up next to Yami Bakura and held a katana out to him. Yami Bakura took it and held it tightly in front of him. Vairocana took a step back to regain her balance and held her own weapon in front of her. 'He's not fighting alone.'

Seto laughed and jumped up, hidden in the branches of the tree. He jumped from branch to branch, a continuous movement until he jumped down behind Vairocana and one hand grabbed her hair and the other grabbed her wrist, holding it down. He pulled her hair back, exposing her neck to him. He slid back slightly, pulling her along.

Yami Bakura spun around. "Vairocana!" He watched as she could do nothing against the vampire holding her.
Vairocana cried out in pain as her hair was pulled by Kaiba. She switched the direction of the blade and pointed it at the vampire and made a jab at him. It missed having been unable to aim properly.
Ryou was close enough to see what was going on and ran straight towards Kaiba. He slammed his shoulder into the taller and stronger vampire trying to break his grip on the young girl.

Seto stumbles but places his hand on the ground, doing a flip to prevent him from falling. In doing so he let go of her wrist but kept a tight hold on her hair, hopefully dragging her down to the ground when he fell. He grabbed her wrist that was holding the weapon and sqeezed it hard, drawing blood with his nails, trying to make her let go of it. He glares at Ryou. "Tryign to be a hero boy? It wont work..."

Vairocana cried out in pain. 'I'm going to die-' Her thoughts were cut off as she passed out.
Yami Bakura shouted in anger and in surprise as he watched Vairocana slump in Kaiba's grip. Her eyes were closed and he knew that she had passed out. 'No! She'll die soon. Or worse!' Yami Bakura rushed forward the blade raised above him.
"Yami Bakura no! You might hit Vairocana!" Ryou shouted dashing forward to stop him. He stepped closer to Yami Bakura until he was face to face with him. "We need to think of something else." he turned and saw that Vairocana had woken up but only to cough and when she coughed blood sprayed from her mouth. She looked at them tears flowing from her eyes before she passed out once more.

Seto chuckled, pulling her up by her hair. "Maybe I should finish her off by draining whats left of her blood." He says and licks the side of her mouth where there was some blood from when she coughed. He grabs the sword out of her hand and points it at her neck, looking at Bakura and Ryou with amusment.

The workers made sure Fay was comfortable and mokuab as well. They were worried when she passed out. They made sure there was meat in her room when she woke up.
Fay was dreaming of Seto why she didn't know it was probably because of the event that day. She laid there breathing but not moving.

Yami Bakura growled unable to do anything. "Fine you can have her." 'If he falls for it then my plan will work.' He looked at Ryou and nodded. They leapt into the trees above them and jumped from branch to branch making it look like they left. yami Bakura jumped down about ten feet away from Kaiba and slowly crept forward so if Kaiba tried to bite the girl he would surprise him.
'This is such a risky move. What if Kaiba doesn't take the bait.' Ryou thought as he followed Yami Bakura.
Vairocana had been concious during the whole event from when Kaiba licked the blood off her to Yami Bakura's leaving. 'They're actually going to leave me? To die?' Vairocana wasn't sure if she should cry or hold in her tears. 'If I cry he'll know I'm awake. I don't want that to happen. I guess what they say is true. If you try to protect someone they may end up betraying you. This is how it ends.'

"Hmph well thats no fun." Seto says, dropping her and standing straight. he holds up the sword, ready to lob her head off, he had other prey to feed on.

Vairocana cried out as she hit the ground. Trying to get up she looked behind her to see Kaiba raising the sword he had taken from her. Her eyes widened and she screamed.
Yami Bakura ran from his hiding spot which was 8 feet away. He charged at Kaiba while Ryou came from a different direction to grab Vairocana.
Ryou was pushing his muscles to their limit as he ran for Vairocana. 'Don't stop just pick her up and run.' He thought as he leapt over a bush.
'I don't want to die just yet!' Vairocana thought as she tried to crawl away.

Seto smirks. He swings the sword down, fast and hard. He didnt even see Bakura or Ryou comming, he thought they had left her. After all a vampire couldnt have feelings for a human, right?

Ryou lunged at Vairocana and shoved her out of harm's way. He himself was lucky enough to not get sliced as he picked up Vairocana and ran off.
Yami Bakura slammed his shoulder into Kaiba's back putting all his weight into the hit. "Don't you ever come near her again. Or I swear it will be the last thing you remember!" Yami Bakura jumped into a tree and leapt from tree to tree away from the place. As he caught up to Ryou he could smell the tears that Vairocana was holding in. 'I guess she heard us.'
Vairocana didn't know what had happened. One minute she was about to be killed the next she was being carried away by Ryou. 'They came back. Was this part of a plan. It must have been. Kaiba didn't even see them coming.' She couldn't hold in her tears any longer and held onto Ryou's shirt as she cried.

Seto had fallen to the ground. "Hmph cowards." Seto says with a snort. He tosses the sword and stands up, heading home. He would catch his prey tomorrow, and now he had a new prey.

By now rei had cleaned up the wine stain and had done five loads of laundry.She was working on her sixth at the moment.She carfuly rubbed her sore neck a small sigh comming for her lips.

Fay woke up the next morning and did not recognize where she was. "Mokuba?!?" she called out scared not knowing where she was. She wondered where he was.
