ultraraichu this can be the christmas pokemon. Too vauge. It's either Jynx (mostly because it appears in the Christmas shows), Stantler (Hello? Reindeer?), or even Delibird (it looks like Santa!).

delibird is the answer I'm looking for. stantlar is also good but sometime raindeers are not the first thing that comes to mind. santa's the main guy for chirstmas. point goes to Sui Kune and zeekslider (answering at the sametime) next question.
