Charena though of her past. "I'm cursed" she said in a low vioce. "I can't love, no matter how much I try." Tears ran down her cheeks. She went back to the edge and drew closer to falling.

Reina sighed. "It was all perfect. I went to bed on Christmas Eve, dreaming about what presents I would get and stuff like that. After I fell asleep, some man broke into our house. His name was Peter Gresen. He was a convicted rapist, murderer, and robber. Since my parents had such a high social status, our house was a big target. Anyways, he had stolen our car and my parents' credit cards. He raped me and my sister, killed my sister, and strangled me because he wanted to know where my parents were. They, luckily, were on a business trip. We were with a baby sitter. She was killed, too. It was the most horrific thing that ever happened to me," she said with sadness in her eyes. "My sister was 2 at the time."

Charena got to the very edge. "Jump" she heard someone say from behind her. She turned around to see Luiz there. She shreeked and fell from the edge.

Charena screamed. "I don't wanna die, I don't wanna die" she repeated over and over. She opened her eyes to see that she still lay on the roof. She turned and saw Luiz. She screamed again, and then, he was gone. She looked around frantically.
