I know there are alot of cool materia out there but i'd have to go with the lightning materia....you just cant beat the classics 3nodding

Hmm, it's a toughie. I'm not sure if Kadaj used a materia for this, but if so, I would like the materia to summon Sin Bahamut. If we're not allowed to choose summons, I'd have to go with either time or chocobo lure. No one can tell me that deep down they don't want to ride a chocobo XD

Time, so I cna cast haste to make the day go by faster. heart Maybe a healing one...that would cut the cost of medicine and doctor visits greatly...

The_Hist revive (i'd like to see me grandpa) oh my god that's so sad crying I never would have thought of that...this can be a whole other topic thread....because I don't know if a phoenix down or a life spell would work on somebody who has been gone for a long time. I know in FF: Crystal Chronicles that when a teammate dies the player can still command his "spirit" until you toss him a phoenix down. So it would only work if it's done soon? hm, not sure...In any case, I would definitely want a Revive materia, whereas before reading this post I probably would have just said Knights of the Round,

If i could have one... it would have to be ice! that would be awesome to be able to freeze the enemies and walk right by them and be like.. HI! 3nodding

Korena grabs a cool green materia and tosses it into the air, catching it in her other hand. "Cure Materia for me." She grins and grabs two more, juggling them playfully before letting the two extra she grabbed fall back into the pile.

For real life, practical solutions, either Time or, most likely, Restore
For just plain coolness, any Bahamut or KOTR
And like someone else already said, you know you want to ride a Chocobo
