Ada cheered up when Akemi was happier. She wouldn't want anyone to be angered or gloomy around her. She stared in wonder at Akemi's powers. Perhaps it was because Ada's magic was rather invisible, being that it was wind. Ada stood up and became more aware of her surroundings. Her dress rustled a bit as she started to move again. Ada smiled at the peach-colored fabric and didn't care if others thought of the flowing dress as weird. "Then let's go!" She was cheerful at the thought of not being alone.

Ken laughed a bit and nodded his head. "Domo Arigato, Akemi-chan." He bowed his head for a moment then noticed they were both ready to go. He waited for them to walk near him before he began walking himself, moving towards the gate and into the building. They eventually ended up in the Training Room.

Ada, since she was the last to get up, had been a bit late in realizing they were going right that minute. She followed Ken but was in such a hurry that she couldn't look at the side surroundings. They were going to the training room? Ada wasn't sure if she was ready to fight, but that was their location so there was nothing she could do about it.(Exits to Training Hall)

Labryna walked through the woods in a sky blue robe that brushed the ground softly. Embroidered in an intricate design of beads it was a beautiful gift from her father. Possibly even more beautiful was the staff strapped across her back that her mother had given her. Made from Prismatic Magic it glowed brightly in sunlight, but always dimmed to a soft glow when Labryna tried to go to bed. In all honesty Labryna could not think of a better way to walk into the next stage of her life than accompanied by the two things that reminded her most of the family she loved.
As the trees thinned Labryna caught her first glimpse of Tenshi University in the form of a giant iron gate standing expectantly open, flanked by walls that dwarfed the trees she had been walking through. She pulled an envelope out of her robe and looked at it again. Her mother had to have known that she wouldn't be able to fully teach Labby, and so made sure that arrangements had been made for her to attend class here, which made Labby smile. She was sure that she could continue training without a teacher, but out of respect Labby was going to give TU a chance untill her Mom could return and be with her. Swearing that she would make her mom proud of her abilities Labby finished walking to the gates and was greeted by a grey uniform clad woman.
"Hello, my name is Laura. Welcome to Tenshi University!" The woman said.
"Thank you," Labryna replied, "My name is Labryna." She looked around now at the interior of the campus and saw many different buildings of various shape and color and felt a little lost. Feeling lost was fine by her, but she thought she might as well ask the question most important right now. "Could you tell me where food is served Laura?"
"Of course. The Dining Hall is right to the left behind the Dorm building." Laura pointed out the building. Labby thanked her with a small bow, and started walking in that direction.

He went to the entrance gate as fast as he could, his telekinetic floating causing him to go even faster. He ignored everyone else at the gate and went straight to the forest, looking up into the tree that he felt the energy emanating from.
It was Adamina. A girl that the Illaeli tribe he had lived with had taken in while he was still in training. He had finished his training before he was enrolled in Tenshi, but he had left to take on the Trial of Talamh. He had wanted to get to know her, but he had left for Tenshi before he could find her. He found her... attractive, sweet. He knew of her origins, but that only aided his attraction. He shook his head, burying the thoughts deep in his mind. He sighed and nodded. This was his chance.
"Mina?" He reached out telepathically, hoping she would respond. He felt the resentment towards his race when they took her in, but he hoped that would blow over.

Mika was used to being late. She did not like being late but no matter what she tried, she somehow always ended up being late. She was not so bothered by it any more. Instead, the entire way to the iron gates, she had repeated in her mind, 'I will not punch a teacher. I will not punch a teacher. I will not punch a teacher. I will not punch a teacher...'
Unlike the other schools she had attended, this was a place she wanted to be. She would not ruin it with old habits.
After a bit of mumbling at Laura (she was too nervous to ask the woman clearly) she hurried off. 'Damn, I need some air.' Never mind that she was outside, the feeling of so many people surrounding her made her nervous.

Adamina watched the proceedings below her with interest, not really understanding what they were talking about. Even though her language skill was lacking she caught some of what they were saying, and she listened with interest not knowing their customs. However, an exceedingly bright and cheerful voice interrupted her concentration startling her. Giving a little shriek, Mina lost her balance and only saved herself from a long fall by gripping a branch that lowered itself to her. She hugged the branch to her, part to regain her balance and part for comfort as she gazed at the newcomer with wide eyes.
He had pointed ears, but he wasn’t like the Illaeli that took her way. His hair was auburn, and though he was taller than her, he was definitely short compared to other Elves. She looked at the outstretched hand warily, and concentrated, her brows furrowing, as she tried to figure out what he had said. Unsure what she was supposed to do, she tentatively stretched out her hand and lightly touched his palm with her fingertips, letting her telepathy answer him. Though she didn’t need to touch someone to use her telepathy, it made the image stronger for the receiver as she wasn’t the best at it yet.
She sent him various images of people calling her all the names they had given her, and she gave a timid smile at his compliment. Continuing her use of telepathy, she sent over thoughts instead of images realizing that some people found words easier to understand rather then feelings and pictures, ‘Hi…Rand. I am called Mina. I am…,” her thoughts trailed off. She was unsure of how to explain how she was, and as an after thought wasn’t even completely sure that she had used the same Language. Then again, her knowledge of it was so primitive that she had to settle with whatever limited vocabulary she knew. Settling with sending feelings over, Mina gave him part of her emotions. She sent over her excitement of being in a new place, her unhappiness at leaving her forests, and her confusion of all the new things. Finally finding the right word, she sent it over uncertainly, ‘…bewildered.’
She gazed at him intently wondering if he would shun her, too, but before she could find out a vaguely familiar dialect entered her consciousness. Mina gasped her eyes zooming in on the strange-eyed, blue-haired Illaeli. She thought she recognized him, but that might just have been because of the same traits everyone from the Illaeli were given. She felt her insides freeze in fear, and the ridiculous thought that they had sent someone to take her back to the tribe went through her head. Mina shook her head. She wouldn’t go back. She wouldn’t let them take her. She grabbed the tree branch above her head, and started feverishly climbing moving steadily farther away from the ground. She climbed hurriedly, not paying attention, which resulted in a couple shallow scratches on her unprotected form from stray sharp twigs, but she persevered not stopping until she was near the top and hidden in the leaves. She looked down through the branches catching sight of the auburn-haired elf that she had left behind with some regret, before her eyes once again focused on the threat. ‘I won’t let you take me back,’ she cried telepathically back as she grabbed the branches around her as if her meager strength could keep her rooted to the place she now sat.

Some of those that burn crosses . . . Rand’s eyes widened as the blue-hared girl shrieked and tumbled backwards. Oh no! His Elvish instincts kicked in and he extended his outstretched hand further to grasp hers, expecting her to catch it so she wouldn’t fall; however, he was more than surprised as he watched a branch break her fall instead. “Ai Elbereth…(*kind of like ‘oh my goodness.’)” he breathed amazedly. She could do magic! He found himself slightly envious at her skill, since his were so underdeveloped, but mostly fascinated, even if he could tell she was a bit wary of him. He was a bit more hopeful of her acceptance of him when she appeared to accept his hand. Once again, he was surprised by her as she used her telepathy. His mind reeled at the images that were sent careening through his mind, and he almost lost his balance himself had he not been so well grounded.
When she finally stopped the images, he was grateful and a bit woozy. He’d never been sent images telepathically before. Sure, he knew of other races who could use telepathy — his ada had taught him well, after all — but the Sindar wasn’t one of them, and he was only half Sindar at that. The words sent telepathically were much easier to stomach. Mina! A lovely name, he thought. She seemed to be using another language, of which he couldn't identify the name of, but he understood nonetheless; his ada had taught him basic terminology of languages of the people he might one day encounter, though he was only fluent in a couple. The fact that she was bewildered didn’t surprise him; he was a bit bewildered as well. Still, he retracted his hand and opened his mouth to say something else when he heard the faint footfalls of another person, someone on the ground. Amber eyes darted to the source, seeing another blue-haired person with racial similarities to Mina. His second encounter! Maybe the two were related, or—
Well, that’s not how you reacted when meeting family, so maybe that wasn’t their relationship. Mina was wary of Rand, but seemed to completely and wholly reject the presence of this other boy; he supposed that should make him feel a bit better that she hadn’t had that reaction to himself, but now could only wonder what their hostility was about. Or, well, Mina’s hostility; the boy on the ground seemed pretty neutral. Well, he wasn’t quite sure what to do now, though her harsh reaction to the blue-haired boy gave Rand a bad taste in his mouth. His instincts, however, told him to help before he judged. “Manieh raika? (*what is wrong?)” he asked tentatively. He turned to Mina in the branches above his where he couldn’t see her, but could hear her. “Carel le ilya forya? (*are you all right?)" . . .

Gaoth had been wondering what was to become of Mina after she had been taken into the tribe and he left for Tenshi. He, honestly, wasn't expecting to see her at the very school he enrolled in. He had been expecting his tribe to train her in their ways for a long time before letting her loose. He hadn't dreamed of them just enrolling her in Tenshi along with him. He forced the thought out of his head as he saw her scrambling up the tree she was in, shaking his head and sighing softly. He felt the ridiculous amount of fear pouring from her. It was enough to make him start shaking. He tried to calm himself by taking a few deep breaths before looking to the other elf next to him. He gave him a courteous nod of respect and greeting before looking up into the tree, knowing from a brief glimpse at his surface thoughts that he didn't speak the same language as he did.
He smiled when he saw Mina hiding in the top of the tree. He allowed a wave of soothing energy to pulse from his mind to hers, hoping to calm her enough that she would listen to him. After a moment of maintaining the energy link, he began to float up after her, working to maintain his concentration while getting closer to her. "Calm yourself, Mina. I am not here to take you back. I don't know if you remember me, but my name is Gaoth," he replied to her crying out. The sound rang in his mind and nearly drove him to madness, but he kept himself calm. He began to telepathically send her images of him bringing her food while the others of the tribe discussed what to do with her on multiple occasions. "I didn't know that they were going to send you here," he mused, smiling lightly at her and offering his hand.
"Mina, I don't want you to be afraid. If it were up to me the day we found you, I would have let you choose your fate. But... some of the tribe felt responsible for the fact that you lived in the wilderness. I don't ask you to forgive them, only to trust me. I will not harm you, nor force you to return to the tribe," he told her softly, letting his mind open for her to explore at her leisure, a sign of an Illaeli's ultimate trust. when it came to thoughts of bringing her back to the tribe, his mind only expressed revulsion at the subject.

A call from below reminded Mina of the elf below her. In her terrified state she couldn’t figure out what his words meant, but the tone was obvious enough. Her body trembling she could only shake her head no, though she knew that he wouldn’t be able to see her from his perch below. This wasn’t how she thought this school would be. Fifteen minutes in, and they were already coming back to get her and force their traditions and language on her. She wasn’t ready to go back, and she didn’t want to. She didn’t want to go back to the grave and disapproving faces, and watch as her peers turned their backs on her because of her lack of education and naivety. Wasn’t it enough that they had forced her from her home? Wasn’t it enough that this lone tree was the closest thing she would find of her forest at this hell of a school? No, apparently it was not.
A flood of calmness flowed into her mind, and Mina was forced to stop trembling though she knew it wasn’t of her own design. A similar trick had been pulled on her when she was taken. So even if she relaxed against the tree, she knew that this was false calm, false trust. But, she could only watched subdued as he floated slowly up to her his voice ringing in her head, and images flowed through making her own memory flash back to the past events. The tribe had discussed her fate that was no longer hers, while Gaoth brought her food that she refused to eat. It was too foreign to her, for it to bring any comfort or nourishment. He had been kind, however, despite her brooding silences and did not question her main form of communication.
She believed him to an extent. He would not hurt her, but that was no reason for her to trust him completely especially one from the Illaeli. She regarded his hand warily, and disregarded his open mind not bothering to rifle through it. She believed his words and his past, but his future actions would decide whether she trusted him or not. Touching his palm lightly with her fingertips, she answered with a short, ‘Fine.’ Retracting her hand, Mina disregarded any help he might have offered, and began her descent down to her original spot. She landed lightly on her feet, the branches moving for her to help with balance. Sitting down, she sidled sideways closer to Rand as she watched Gaoth floating with ever cautious eyes.
Mina lightly placed a hand on Rand’s shoulder showing him why she was wary. He would see the memory through her eyes, hear her thoughts, and feel her emotions at the particular moments she was showing him. It was the one where she had been taken. She showed him how when she wouldn’t come quietly they used force--using their telekinesis to stop her thrashing, and their telepathy to subdue her. She showed him how she was put into a room with a guard outside to quickly stop her, if she planned escape. Finally, she showed him how many had turned their backs on her when she actually tried to fit in, but she cut the memory short quickly retracting her hand and thoughts. The recently old memories were becoming too much for her to relive at the moment, and she didn’t want to put herself in a compromising situation where she couldn’t control herself. She especially didn’t want to lose control with the Illaeli nearby. She cleared her throat, and said in a high soprano voice, “So…I am…here.?” A slight uplift in her voice turned her statement into a question as she tried to communicate to Rand without using her telepathy to make him more comfortable. Many did not like how she conversed.

Some of those that burn crosses . . . Rothrandir was now rather worried. He could almost feel the anxiety rolling off of Mina, and wished only to help. It's what his ada and adar would do for him, so he should do the same for others, right? Though Mina didn't really seem like she wanted help. So caught up in his unsureness was he that he didn't notice the other blue-haired teen until he was— floating!? His mouth literally dropped open, amber eyes widening to impossible proportions as he watched, transfixed. Was that something else these blue-haired beings could do? Telepathy and floating? Fascinating! Though now they were almost out of sight; had he been fully Terran (human), then he wouldn't have seen them at all, but his keener Elven eyes could make out the barest movements between the twining branches and leaves that obscured his view. Rand had half a mind to climb up there himself — he was tree savvy, he could do it with ease — but he could tell their interaction was better left without him interfering, even if his intentions were good. 'Sometimes the best of intentions have bitter outcomes,' his adar would tell him sometimes when he was a bit 'too helpful.' Yeah, he needed to work on that.
...Okay, they'd been up there for a long time now. Not that he would voice it, but if they didn't come down soon, then Rand would assume he was unwanted and would wander into the school. However, he could barely tell that Mina had done the same finger-palm-touch...thing on the other blue-haired boy that she'd performed on him. Perhaps this was how she normally communicated. Interesting. Did all other Terrans use this form? The only people, Ada and Adar not included, that Rand had met were Elven relatives. Though he was still an elfling at one hundred and twenty-two, he'd had very little interaction with other humanoid races. Well, if this was the preferred form of communication, then Rand was a bit uneasy; after all, he was unable to communicate telepathically. They seemed to understand him somewhat, but he could tell these two weren't fluent in Sindarin. Just as Rand was sighing and getting ready to make his leave so they could continue with their telepathic interaction, Mina descended the tree to sit next to him again. His heart buoyed, and he smiled, though refrained from speaking. He sat down where he was, his smile fading slightly as she placed her hand on his shoulder. What...?
And then it hit. His eyes widened again, smile now completely forgotten, as he was guided through memory after memory. The emotions were almost overwhelming, the overbearing anxiety and anger, then to despair and sadness, the inevitable rejection. He felt tears p***k his eyes that weren't his, finding it strange that this voice in his head that wasn't his was protesting everything that was happening in these memories. It was heartbreaking, and somewhere in there he thought he caught a glimpse of the other blue-haired boy, whatever his name was, but maybe he'd imagined it. He couldn't tell which thoughts were his and which were Mina's. Abruptly, it didn't matter, because he was brought back to reality in a screeching halt. He brought a freckled hand to cradle his forehead, blinking away the moisture in his eyes and breathing deeply. That was certainly an experience. However, her next words confused him. He could understand them, but wasn't exactly sure what she was asking. Though, since she finally spoke, he could tell what language he should use. Having lived with an Elven father and his other father fluent, they'd almost always exclusively spoke in Sindarin. Though he knew some English (or Terran, as the Elves called it), his wasn't very good.
"Yes," he answered slowly, not quite comprehending what she was asking. "We are here." The words were mechanical sounding, like a robot; he had to carefully pronounce each word as if he were a Terran toddler first learning to speak. He pointed to the school ahead out of the trees. "Ten-shi You-nuh-ver-suh-tee." That last word was really hard for him, and he scrunched his nose up at his inability to speak correctly (and the thick Elvish accent probably didn't help). He felt foolish. Good thing he had an extra English class to help him learn to speak it better. His eyes flickered up to where the boy was floating far above them, wondering if he was a bad person. Though Rand could tell that Mina was a bit frazzled and overwhelmed, and tentatively placed a comforting hand on her shoulder. In his family shaking hands was for strangers, they hugged for comfort, but he somehow felt that it might just make her panic more. He couldn't send calming waves or anything, but hopefully his small, dimpled smile would help, if only a tiny bit.

//Alice |The Hero| Lovette\ Alice flew high in the air, making her task of trying to read the Tenshi University directions harder than it already was for her. “Too bad I don‘t have a sense of direction, ugh! If I needed to get somewhere to save a life, it would be hopeless.” Alice chastised herself. She slowed down until she was able to see the dirt road that she was supposed to follow through the dense forest that surrounded it. She landed, knowing that if she were to follow the dirt road it would be easier by foot than by flying.
Even though Alice made her pace quicker than the average human’s walk, it still seemed to take her quite a while to get to the brightly lit open field. ‘Finally, it took me long enough!’ Alice thought to herself, reaching the edge of her patience. She was carrying four suitcases full of her essentials and it had been such a long day already, she just wanted to find the damned school so she could rest. The blonde took the road that lead down to gigantic rod iron gate that had walls just as tall stretch out from the gate in both directions. Just beyond the gate, she was able to see many buildings and students going about their rutines.
After about five minutes of looking inside what would be her new school, Alice finally noticed a woman that is standing at the side of the gate. She was slender, her hair was blonde and was thrown into two pigtails that were high on her head with a few strands falling at the sides of her head. Her turquoise eyes and whiskers took Alice aback, it had been a while since she saw someone with whiskers. The memory of the two girls she befriended that were feline, even though it was so long ago that she last saw them, stung at her soul.
“Hello, my name is Laura. Welcome to Tenshi University!” she recited, Alice could tell that the girl probably said this to everyone that crossed her, though, the girl still smiled as though it was her first time welcoming someone.
“Hello.” Alice’s voice sang out, it was sweet and irresistible to people. “My name is Alice, it is a pleasure to meet you, Ms. Laura.” The light eyed girl looked around and found what looked to be the main building. “One quick question before I leave to explore the grounds, I can get my dorm room key at the Main Building right? Oh- and I need another question answered,” Alice pointed to the building that she believed to be the main building, “Is that the main building?”
“Yes it is, Miss.” Laura replied to Alice, with the same smile. “You should get a guide to help you out around the campus until you get comfortable with your surroundings.” Laura advised.
“No-no guides. I’ll be just fine, thank you for your help Laura.” Alice said hurriedly as she left the girl before she could reply and she made her way inside the gates of the school and to the main building to receive her dorm key.
(Rec room. :]) "I‘m not really the hero here..." ”…But, I feel horrid when I hurt someone, so I guess I‘m not a villain either."
