((reeve, is the sword magical, or is it reeve magic that has changed it's size?))
Rippuku doesn't even seem to register the condensing of air around him. In fact, he takes a deep breath of it and says, " mmmm, smells kind of like home. "
He then looks around, and disappears for a moment. As he moves, Iri could feel her attack pop. He reappears inside of a nearby food shop....eating all the food within reach.

(( The sword itself is magical. It grows on its own- Reeve can only change it's shape slightly.))
Reeve barrels through the window of the shop in a fighting roll, rising with the sword held level against Rip's neck.
"Enough."

Fenris blinked as he disappeared, and jumped down from the building she was on. "The... hell?" She looked behind her, hearing something; only to see him... eating... "How ignorant a monkey can be..." She said before snapping her fingers and saying a quick word in an unknown language. Black chains popped up all around the man, catching him by his limbs and pulling him back towards the ground.
Of course, the chains would not break to physical force; and the pull on then seemed unstoppable. After all it was not being pulled by a person.

Caught mid bite, Rippuku is drawn onto the ground before Reeve can get his blade into place. He swallows his mouthful, and looks around. Next, he tried to pull himself up. Failing in this, he swung his tail around and aimed the tip at reeve. "Release me or the loud mouth gets it."

The attack's failure doesn't phase Iri. She just follows Sage's, or Rippuku's, movements. But she is reconsidering her options. As long as he can just disappear, long range attacks might not work. She can manipulate the air from distances, but not with quite the same effect. Better to stand by and wait for when she can really help. At least for the moment.

Reeve frowns, then moves his sword in the way so that if Rip moved the tail, it'd be cut, if not severed. One by one, kunai slip themselves from his belt and hover around, ready to strike.

"Hmm... let me think..." She walked over and looked down at him. "No- no... and no." She sighed and shook her head, looking to Reeve. "You want to throw a few blows?" Nothing critical though, Reeve. This is still Sage's body.

As reeve moved his sword into position, Rippuku moved his tail. It wasn't a slow movement either. It moved with blurring speed, and the tip jabbed into the blunt part of the tip of reeve's sword. He then used the leverage to hold reeve's sword back and away from himself.
Rippuku then glanced at fenris long enough to fire a burst of energy from his mouth. It was a small, condensed ball of energy.

Fenris hopped back as the ball of energy was shot at her. Though... as it went through the roof; which in turn started collapsing, she would create a wall of yami above them.
"Oi... quit being stubborn." She looked to his tail, not really liking the idea of it. She snapped her fingers as a small chain popped up and slipped around it, holding it down tight as well.

As his tail got dragged onto the ground, he narrowed his eyes at Fenris. "well now you've killed my fun. There are other places to eat...I suppose there's no point in keeping this one..."
He took a short breath, then let out a yell. As he yelled, energy was emitted from his entire body. His clothes would be incinerated, but so would most of the establishment. As well as the food, the puppy across the street, the fire hydrant the puppy was pissing on, reeve's shuriken, and possibly reeve if he didn't get his a** out of there.
As the energy pushed the chains of darkness off his body, Rippuku disappeared. He would reappear elsewhere...a clothing shop to be precise. Where he would be putting on a new pair of pants.

Fenris lept of Reeve as the blast shot from the man. A black bubble covered the two as she held him close. "Y'okay, Reeve?" She asked with a smile.
The chains disappeared, and as Rippuku ran off and everything was safe, the barrier would go down, leaving them in the center of a destroyed food shop.

(( I'm back! *takes a bow* ))
"If there's anything you want me to do," Iri thinks to Reeve and Fenris, "Just say something. I could try to deprive monkey man of air long enough to make him pass out. No lasting damage should come of it."
Then, of course, Rippuku obliterates the shop. Not to mention many things surrounding the shop. How lovely.

Right now, the important thing is that people are out of the area safe. This place has been destroyed before.
With a sigh, Fenris remembered that time, shivering at it. It only made her feel worse and uncomfortable.
This guy is very serious now though, Iri; and I'm sure Reeve would be upset if you got hurt. Do not let him get too close to you. (( Reeve is out for a bit. =P ))

Not far away, screaming could be heard, along with more explosions. If followed, they would be able to find Rippuku raiding a Barbecue party. He had a large chunk of meat upon a bone, and was munching on it while throwing hot coals at people.

Iri winces. More screaming. You'd think most people would have abandoned the city by now, but apparently not. The sounds of pain and fear just aren't enough for some people.
"I don't intend to get close unless absolutely necessary. But there's a party I think I need to crash. From a distance, I promise."
And Iri flies in Rippuku's direction.
