"Perfectly synchronized... Sounds more like how they fight is a deadly dance..." Kira said quietly. "Well, I think we've stayed in here long enough... It's night fall already..." He said, cracking his neck and standing up. "Shall we?" He asked with a grin.

Rivera smiled back and kissed him before she stood up and ran off to the lockers to dry off and get dressed again. All the hotspring warmth really got to her head and made her really bubbly inside. She toweled down and threw on her clothes, loosening her hair ribbon. The air felt great... on the way out, she bought two bubble teas, one which she gave to Kira. They were really good!

Kira was toweling his hair as he walked out and took the bubble tea Rivera had bought for him. He sipped it a bit and sighed. His head was light and spinning, but he felt more relaxed than he had before going there.
Duo walked into the hotsprings quietly, looking around. The ground was wet where he had chosen to go, so people had just left. He thought a soak in the springs would do him good tonight, so he had bought a pair of red trunks and went to the springs. Now here he was, alone to enjoy the springs to himself. But there was one person who wouldn't mind sharing them with.

Joy yawned, almost expecting her jaws to crack. It had been a long night cramming for a major test, and she wanted to relax, after getting a perfect score, of course. She wandered in to the girl's change room and lazily stripped off all her clothing until she was standing in a sheer black string bikini top and frayed short-shorts held up with a black belt.
Slipping into a pair of black flip flops, Joy walked out of the changing room, batting her tired eyelids over sapphire blue eyes. When she reached the warm water, she unsheathed her feet from their plastic prison and somniably shook her hair out from her pony tail, letting her long black tresses fall around her waist.
Joy then entered the water, breathing a heavy sigh of release as she let the water surround her. She had been dozing for several moments before she noticed a familiar french-man sitting across from her. She raised a hand in welcome and beckoning, flinching as water droplets flung themselves towards her eyes.

Duo stood up and walked over to Joy, barely disturbing the water as he walked. "Bonjour madamouiselle." He said lightly as he sank back down into the springs, nearer to her this time. He realxed against one of the stones lining the spring and let it warm his back. "So... What is it you're here for? I was up most of ze night cramming for zese damnable tests..." He said, unaware of the fact Joy had been cramming too.

Joy grinned and patted him on the head like a dog. "Aww that's so adorable. I don't really have to study, so most of the time I just read all night. What did you get on the biology test? I got 105% I corrected a question, so the teacher gave me bonus points," This infact wasn't a lie. Not even about the part of her not needing to study, but Joy did it anyway. She was too bored not to.
The girl sank deeper into the water, letting her straight jet hair dance in the small current. Watching it intensely with her tired blue eyes. Life was so boring nowadays. Joy missed her mother terribly much, if not just for her prescence, then surely for the adventure she brought with her. University was turning out to be terribly dull.

Duo was a little embarassed. "I got about eighty-five percent... I don't know that much about biology... And unfortunately I'm stuck in a magical shapeshifting class when my shapeshifting, though created by magic, is influence through the DNA strands I've collected... I ace each field test where we have to become a certain animal... But I fail everything else..." He said quietly. "But either way this school is boring..." He said quietly.

Joy sighed and threw her head back. "It sure as hell is." There was nothing more to say. It about summed up her experience in Mirandal so far. Tests, classes, books, the greenhouse, archery and her powers all amounted to almost nothing. Without her mother and her crazy entourage all she saw was endless days of boredom. With no one to devote her time to, Joy was pushed to her limit. Even reading was starting to lose it's appeal. "I wonder if this is ow it feels to get depressed...?"

Duo laughed slightly. Joy had obviously never been depressed before. "So, what your saying is: You feel alone, bored, and without someone to devote time to right?" Duo asked with a knowing smile. He knew loneliness and boredom all too well.

Joy nodded somniably, her eyes almost closed. She wasn't the kind of person that could waste her day away doing nothing... yet here she was. Joy thought of her books at home and lazily registered that she had a major history exam the next day, and that she should probably study. Dates weren't her thing. Passively she began running events through her head and placing beside the date it happened. It was very boring and Joy was soon sleeping.

Duo noticed Joy was sleeping and inched up to her slowly. He leaned her against his shoulder so she wouldn't sink down into the water while she slept. He sighed as he kept her body against his. Now if only I could make a moment like this happen while she was awake... He thought to himself as his cheeks flushed bright red. Every aspect of her was beautiful to touch, smell, sight, and sound. She was absolute perfection as a woman. Her personality and everything. But, he just couldn't figure out how to take her and make her his beloved. He would never resort to underhanded tactics. He was a French-Asian gentleman and would win her heart properly.

Joy was laughing uncontrollably-- in her head. She had waken up, but had a habit of never opening her eyes until she was safe, and since her sense of touch was so sharp, she could tell he was holding her up with his shoulder.
Joy rolled her eyes in her eyelids, she liked Duo, sure and fine, but his personality was so... boring. She didn't like shy types, forceful and manly were more her kind of things, someone to control her. If he kissed her gently while he thought she was sleeping, she would pull his eyes out of their sockets. Maybe that would help him get mad and violent.

Duo sighed as he continued holding Joy up. His arm had already placed itself behind her back and around her hips, but it seemed like a certain opportunity was calling out to him and teasing him as he held her. Her lips seemed to be just calling out to him. I'll just... Lean down real quick and... Give them a little smooch... Nothing else... He thought nervously as he started leaning towards her, and before he knew it, his lips had planted on her's for the few seconds he had wanted. He pulled away, his face now completely red.
