Cala smiled to him as he found himself a seat in the living room. There were tons of random feline and canine animals all around him, sleeping peacefully on the ground at his feet. "Alright." She then hurried off to her room. On the walls of the living room were pictures, paintings if you would, of all the housemate anthros. Christmas was in a golden frame, and beside hers was Aphrodite. Jonathan and Felicias were on the opposing wall, with Byakko beside Jonathan's. Aussi's glaring picture was beside Felicia's and beside Christmas' was a sad Sayeh. In the middle of all these pictures was a small photo of Leena.
Not long later, Cala came bounding back to Love, dressed in a long white dress that fit her curves very nicely. Her one hand had a short white laced glove and the other had a long white laced glove. Around her waist she had retied the katana. She came back to Love with a smile. "Sorry if I kept you long. Would you like something to eat or drink?"

Love looked at all of the paintings, and the photo, considering them. He frowned, standing, and moves to Sayeh's, touching the frame, wondering why one would paint a portrait of some one when they were sad.

Cala blinked as she saw Love touching the frame with such a sad look on his face. She came to walk up beside him. "I see you are not happy with Sayeh's picture?" She looked at him before hugging his arm. "Why does it make you frown?"

"She is sad, Cala... Why is she sad? Why would you paint a portrait of some one when they are sad?" He turns, looking at her. "I do not understand."

Cala looked down at the ground. She then stared up into his eyes. "Sayeh is a girl bound to her past by heavy chains. Leena paints a portrait of us when we all first move in to show us how much we grow here. Sayeh first came out of shame from her past and horrors that had fallen on her. Now, from what Leena tells us of her, she is very happy. So please, do not be saddened by this, as it is of the past. Leena likes the past a lot."

Love frowns a little as he thinks, then he smiles and nods. "Well enough, Cala. If that is so, then I will not frown at it anymore." He nods and turns from the portrait.

Cala released his arm and twirled away, her new white dress much more flowy then her last. "Would you like something to drink or eat?" She clasped her gloved hands behind her back and beamed. Her bengal markings showed up so much more against white then usual.

Calanthia laughed and walked forward to take his hand, intertwining her lacy fingers between his and squeezing gently. "Leena is a great cook so I'm certain there is plenty of snacks." She beamed and led him into the kitchen. On the countertop was a HUGE plate of steaming hot cinnamon rolls covered in both vanilla and chocolate frosting. Vanilla one side, chocolate other. "Would you like some of those?"

"Oooo! Yes! Those look yummy indeed!" He smiles warmly to her. "Never had cinnamon rolls with chocolate frosting before! What a clever idea."

Calanthia giggled and released his hand. She moved over to a drawer and pulled put a spatula and lifted up the baked good onto a plate she had recovered from a cabinent. She placed it down carefully and handed it over to Love. She turned after setting the utensil in the sink and fetched a glass to pour some milk in. "Leena loves to bake but she hardly has time to anymore since a new anthro has come to stay with us." She then came to sit on a stool next to whereever Love had been seated. "After this, may I please brush your hair?"

"Ahhh I see." He sirs down and then takes a sip, before nodding. "Of course, Cala." He smiles warmly at her, then eats and drinks, a happy look on his face.

Calanthia smiled and leaned against him, resting her head on his shoulder, smiling as her eyes closed. "You're so much more handsome with a smile." Her bengal tail swung over the stool behind her. A soft purr vibrated from within her chest. "You always make my day when you're happy." Her long red ponytail hung down his back.

Love blushed a little and soon finishes his snack. "I'm glad to hear that, Cala." He hugs her shoulders, and ponders his plate and cup. "That was most excellent. If I don't get to thank her myself, will you tell Lady Leena thank you for me?"

Cala openned her eyes and sat up fully after happily nuzzling his shoulder from his hug before she glanced over at his plate. "I will let her know you called her lady and she will probably want to give you a hug for that." She smiled. "Would you like anything more?" She leaned backwards, flipping backwards off the stool and coming to stand behind Love, brushing off her hands.
