My name is Doug but everyone calls me D. I'm 39. I've been reading The Anita series for a few years now. I have re-read all of them at least twice.
My girlfriend and I both read the series. She usualy gets first read because I work alot.
We had 4 goldfish. One died today so now we have 3.
Mango 6 years old feeder fish from a county fair, proof they don't all die.
Goldie a fancy koi 3-4 years old.
lemon a yellow koi 3-4 years old.

Uhm, hi. My name is Rosanna, or Strawberry. ^^
I started reading Laurrel K Hamilton's Anita Blake series just a couple months ago.
I honestly don't know if I'll remain sane long enough for her next book, said to be titled Blood Noir, to come out.
I'm 14, a Freshman in high school, and owe all my knowledge of Anita to my 18 year old sister Samantha.

Ohs, and Jean-claude is my fav character, purely for his hidden self. lol

my name is x_Hopeless_Hazard_x, hazard for short. I've been absolutely in love with the Anita books for at least 4 years now. the three things that keep me coming back for more are 1.Nathaniel, 2.Asher, and 3.Edward!! of coarse who wouldn't love them they rock!!

My name's Brittany. I'll be 20 in January. My mom got me into Anita Blake, actually. That was before there was any intercourse in it. By the time we got that far I was old enough for her not to really care. Glad to see Anita's slowly starting to kill things again. Edward is my hero. heart

Katt, 19 I adore Laurell K. Hamilton from top to bottom. And her Anita Blake series is one of the best fantasy series out there. She is a goddess of writing.

I've been reading Anita Blake for a small while and loved the action-based style of LKH. Since I have a comic collection, it was the most interesting thing I had read in a long time, and it moved around like a comic storyline as well, so it's easy to get caught up in the action. :3
I own the Anita Blake Guild down the street. It's an informative/RP based area with lots of random stuff beside it. We have some really excellent RP ideas and I was interested in this guild because we have AB in common. I can't wait to get to know everyone here! biggrin
Oh, and I'm a librarian! biggrin

Hey, I'm not sure if I've posted or not in here yet sweatdrop .
Hi, I'm 28 and an Anita Addict xd . I started reading them beginning with Circus of the Damned about 5 or 6 years ago. My friend lent it to me saying that I'd really enjoy it and I wasn't disappointed. Since then I've bought all the books and read them all at least twice and my favorites even more than that. I also buy 2 of each comic, one to read and one to keep. Laurell K. Hamilton is my absolute favorite author in her genre. Although I do like others, just not as much as her. Her world and characters seem so real. She takes you in and holds you till the end and still you want more. It's hard to find an author in any genre that makes a story so enthralling.
My favorites are The Lunatic Cafe, The Killing Dance, Burnt Offerings, Incubus Dreams, Danse Macabre and The Harlequin.
I adore Jean Claude heart I'm also quite partial to Jason and Edward as well 4laugh
I can't wait till Blood Noir comes out on June 3, 2008. It seems so far away gonk

Hey!!! I'm Jade. I've been reading the series for about a week now, but am currently at the end of The Lunatic Cafe. The series is just so captivating!!! My friend Nichole, taintedmoon on here, is the one that introduced me to the series. I know I have a lot of catching up to do on the series, but I'm very excited about all of it. As of right now, I think my favorite character would have to be Edward, other than Anita of course, lol!

Hiya ^_^ my name is Saya and I'm 16 years old. I've been reading the ABVH novels for about 7 months. The person who got me interested in this particular series was my hairdresser... kinda... err... weird... but I'm glad she did ;D So far I've read Novels 1-10 and I've read the first of the Marvel comic book series. I'm obsessed with Vampires and the band Depeche Mode. I'm a unique person and fun to talk to, so hit me up anytime :3

I'm Vanessa. I've been reading the Anita Blake books for a couple weeks now. I was introduced to them during my Calculus class one day. My teacher and I just started talking about books and he recommended them... no turning back now. I'm on Bloody Bones. I hate Richard and I <3 Jean-Claude; I think Anita misunderstands him. I generally love Vampire books. So far, Circus of the Damned is my favorite. I also like Edward. He's amusing.
Let's see, a little about me should go in here... So i'm 17, senior in high school, a writer (working on getting published), and I'm a librarian (just don't get me talking about my job, it'll scare you).

I'm Josephine, though you can call me Josie if you prefer. I'm 23, almost 24!, and I absolutely adore Anita Blake and LKH.
I've been a fan of the series since some time after Blue Moon came out. A friend bought the book for me for Christmas one year, and I fell in love with it and just had to read the rest of the series. smile
My favorite book right now is probably Incubus Dreams, though I love them all. However, I have not read The Harlequin, partly because I haven't had the money to buy it, and partly because the bookstores near me have stopped carrying it and are waiting for the paperback to come out. My fiance told me he would buy it for me for my birthday, though, so all is not lost! smile

hello fellow anita obssessers! my name is casey. i'm pretty new to the whole gaia thing but i am up for anything. i was just excited when i found an anita blake guild. i've been reading the books since i was 11 years old (so i guess it was about the year 2000). anywho, laurell k hamilton is such an awesome author and i'm glad i can share my obsession with others who love anita just as much!

Hi, My name is Carrie, I am 33 and I have been reading LKH since 2000, my friend introduced me to her and I have been obsessed ever since! I love her books I have read all of the Anita & Merry books, Nightseer, all her short story books, and her Ravenloft Novel. I am systematically getting all my friends and family members addicted also, my father-in-law is so addicted he has the Merry books on cd and he is walking around work listening to them, its soo funny.
I am the mother of 6, 4 girls and 2 boys, as soon as they are old enough to read the sex scenes I will get them all into it also! Its so great!
I have 3 cats, Muchka, Scampers and Shadow, a few fish and a rabbit.
So thats about it about me I am very unpatiently waiting for Blood Noir to come out in June, and the next Merry book to come out at the end of 2008.
