Seshiro smiled at the newcomer. "Kon' nichi wa Kain. Hajimemashite. I am Seshiro Tokugawa, leader of the village in which you find yourself." Seshiro then pointed towards Takara. "This beautiful woman is my fiance, Takara. You are currently in the Village of the Firebird in the lands of the kingdom of Nippon. But enough formalities, please, sit down, rest your feet and eat and drink to your contentment."

Takara smiled at the newcomer and then looked out the window, "Runa, where are you, you know I want you to be here with me. This place is so peaceful and beautiful, its like what we always wanted a place to just get away and relax. So please hurry to me, my dear friend." she softly whispered to herself as she continued to stare out the window.

Seshiro returned his attention to his fiance and saw her staring out the window and sensed her discomfort. He leaned over and kissed her cheek, "She'll be here as soon as she can...I'm sure of it." Seshiro smiled and returned to eating and playing with the children, thinking of the son he would have had and the son he was sure he would have.

Smiling softly at him she looked away from the window and finished eating her meal. Sitting there quietly as she watched him carefully and thinking to herself, "He's going to be a great dad, I just hope one day I'll be able to give you a child, Seshiro." softly she laughed as she watched him playing with the children nearby.

Seshiro laughed as he played with the children. Suddenly he stopped and held his head in agony. As the children stopped and stared at him in concern Seshiro let go of his head and started laughing, "It's nothing, kids, I just hit my head and need to rest for a little while." Seshiro walked over and sat himself behind Takara and rested his head on her shoulder and put his arms around her waist. "I'll never leave you..."

Somewhat concern she watched him carefully and when he sat behind her, Takara leaned back against his body and softly whispered to him, "And I'll never leave you my love. I want to spend the rest of my life with you and with our family. I mean that's if you want to have a family." she winked and softly giggled under her breath.

Seshiro smiled and kissed Takara, "That's why I love you, you can put a smile on my face no matter how I'm feeling. And of course I want to have a family silly, what man wouldn't want a family with the woman he loved more than life itself?" Seshiro kissed Takara deeply and lovingly.

Wrapping her arms around his neck she kissed him back as compassionately as he kissed her, then slowly she pulled away, "Seshiro, we have guests here and plus there are children around." she softly said blushing softly as she still had her arms around his neck and was smiling as well.

Seshiro laughed heartedly. "I suppose you are right." Seshiro rested his head on her shoulder once again. Not too much longer, most of the guests said their goodnights and headed for their own homes to rest for the night. The only ones left were the ones who had already fallen asleep or the staff. Seshiro asked for the sleeping guests to be put into guest rooms and just continued to sit with Takara and savor the moment.

Takara felt so content at that moment, for it had been a long time since she could just sit quietly and be in the arms of the man she loved. "Seshiro, will it always be like this? Just peaceful and contentment, no fightings to deal with?" she softly said, to not disturb the guests that were sleeping.

Seshiro smiled as he felt himself drifting into a much needed relaxing sleep. "I pray to all the gods that it will be like this." Seshiro slowly drifted into sleep, and for the first time in all those years of being tormented by those horrible memories, he slept a peaceful sleep.

Seeing that Seshiro had fallen asleep, slowly she got up and walked to the nearby window, "Runa, I know you must be busy. Please hurry to me, for I have a funny feeling things aren't completely over with; especially since now that pax is in the picture and has taken parth's heart. Poor dear parth, I'm so sorry you didn't find your true love as you had hoped, hopefully you'll be happy where you are now, with your beloved Sandra." she softly whispered as she watched the moon slowly rising to the nightsky and the stars shining brightly down upon the land.

*thinking to himself -I think fate wanted me to end up here i'm not entirely shure but until fate leads me away from here i'll stay-* "If I could stay a while i will help out around here just until something calls for me away. Takara turned around to face the stranger, "You are more than welcome to stay here, sir. As for helping around that's completely up to Seshiro and those in charge." she softly replied and then smiled at him bowing her head slightly before returning to face the window once again.
