WAR - April 16th, 2018

User ImageAfter the recent name change from "Mayhem" to "WAR" on the recent Monday show, we decided to get down to business with a few matches, in which one would consist of the debuting Io Shirai going up against the current number one contender for the CWF Women's Championship, Alexa Bliss, as the two would indeed put on a match the people definitely deserved to see just two weeks before No Way Out, in which Io Shirai would do her best at pulling out none of the stops, completely neutralizing Alexa just weeks before her match. Alexa Bliss had no idea she was even going to compete, but in CWF you must be ready at all times. Unable to put Io away, and nearly coming close, Alexa would've been down in defeat, being pinned clean by Io Shirai off a bridging German Suplex. Right afterwards, I would come into the ring and interview Joey Garcia about the actions Triple H took two weeks ago on Throwdown, putting his hands on Joey right after his match. Joey Garcia would be warming up for his big title match upcoming, as he would take on a familiar foe in Matt Morgan. With the two going back and forth, Joey looked to pace himself in cutting yet another match short, making quick work of The Blueprint by submitting him with the Joey Stretch, thus keeping his undefeated streak as he would go into the Elimination Chamber match with the most momentum. Later on that night, the CWF Women's Champion Becky Lynch would be in another match, this time against Alexa Bliss's close and reliable friend Nia Jax! however, Nia Jax wouldn't had been too reliable as she was unable to put Becky Lynch away for the match. Nia Jax would've tapped out to the Disarm Her, and Becky would go into her championship match against Alexa Bliss in two weeks undefeated. Becky and Nia would put on a main event worthy match, with the two going back and forth! however, it is concerning in what condition Becky Lynch may be in, considering Nia Jax did make sure to inflict a lot of punishment before submitting to the Irish Lass Kicker. However, will Becky be well rested in two weeks time to defend her title one-hundred percent!? In the main event, the CWF World Heavyweight Champion would take on Mr. Monday Night's Rob Van Dam in a exhibition bout, where the two would look to square off and kick things into gear. However, right when the bell sounded, Joey Garcia's theme music would hit and interrupt the match, causing a distraction for Triple H as Rob Van Dam would get the advantage early in! after a few minutes of trading blows, RVD would have the champion reeling! but after a few moments, Triple H would gain an upper hand, going all out with a vicious attack, thus pinning Rob Van Dam off two pedigrees. After the match, Joey Garcia would come into the ring with a microphone and trash Triple H, as he would soon then be met with a pedigree, with the champion towering tall over both downed men.
