[Joy Dares - no rule breaking]
It wasn't that Joy had a hard time coming up with good things to say about someone she didn't know. It was that there were so many people she didn't know in this group. While she was making her choice, a fight broke out, and now it just didn't seem like the right moment to do her dare.
She tried to subtly inch towards Seren to whisper, "Not that I'm saying no to your dare but uh, parang di na bagay with the moment. Y'know? Maybe something else? You can gimme like two as a penalty."
She gave Kai a quick wave.

Guess who spotted you, Jolene. Brittney did. And she wasn't about to just let you get outta here unscathed. "Heeeey, where do you think you're going? The fun's this way," she grinned.
[Terry Dares - nothing sexual, nothing rule breaking]
Terry should have been over his little crush on Melvin. After all, the man was taken, so very thoroughly taken, and Terry himself knew he wouldn't do anything to hurt Kim. But, well, emotions were not always something you could control and while there was a resulting backlash to the kiss, Terry managed to keep himself from slamming the shield into Mal.
Instead, "Why don't you stay a little longer?" he asked Mik in monotone, "Maybe you could show us how to do CPR on hairpin trigger over there."

Merric was not drunk, per say, but conceivably a little tipsy. And also in nothing but a pair of briefs that had a panda on one hip.
He gestured at Sam from across the room, the other associate he knew to be a good, reasonable person.
"I dare you to ask her - " He pointed at a young woman with brown hair standing a short distance away; her face was unfamiliar, but then again, Merric also didn't know anyone else in the room. Or really, very many people at all, all things considered.
" - to dance," Merric finished. "And don't take no for an answer. And I mean a good dance. A romantic slow dance."
As if Merric had any idea what exactly a romantic slow dance even entailed.

October, either oblivious or deliberately ignoring the tension in the room (likely the latter), now gestured at three specific people.
"You, you, and you," he said, sounding more animated than he ever did on a normal basis, and for once looking wide awake and not about to immediately keel over into the fetal position. "I dare all three of you to make a pyramid. Like a cheerleader's pyramid, two of you on the floor, and one on top. And then stay like that for at least five minutes."

Before Seren could give Joy another dare (or two), she got herself a new one. And it was the physical sort! Great! With a grin that suggested she was down for (almost) anything, the moon trainee didn't even need to argue what position she was going to take.
She got to her knees and gestured to the spot beside her. "O, geym, You two decide who gets to be on top."

[ SEREN DARES - Nothing Romantic/ No Rule Breaking ] [3 Dares, 1 Penalty] She looked at Joy, startled, her face still wet and somewhat stricken by the events, and blinked a little, having COMPLETELY forgotten that she'd asked Joy to do that. She stared for a moment, and hiccuped a little before responding "I... no, you just take one penalty... I think... it's like, 3 and you... do chores for some one or something? I wasn't clear on that, but honestly, I dunno, it's not your fault things went nuts..." She looked at October, surprised, then smiled a little at him, a watery smile but a smile nonetheless. "I like your dares... They tend to be nice." She then looked up at Kai. "Ready for a hug?" She stood up and held her arms out, still trembley from her upset, but... grateful to the big guy, and hoping a hug would help. She hadn't had many comforting hugs before, though, so she wasn't sure.

[Dottie/Sonja/Joy] - Anything goes, Dares completed: 3 Dottie had been fully engrossed in the action that was going down, the fact that they were meant to be playing a game barely registering anymore. This was much more entertaining than all of that. She had actually just placed a hand on Sonja's thigh so that she could lean across her and reach the whiskey that the other woman had set down, giving the leg a teasing squeeze as she clamped her hand around the bottle and settled back with it in hand, eyes now even brighter than before, when she heard a familiar voice and caught October's gesture towards her, Sonja, and some woman she hadn't met. She turned and gave October her best are you ******** serious? look, and pointedly took a long swig from the whiskey bottle while still looking at him, before passing it back towards Sonja. It burned, of course, all the way down, but left a achingly pleasant warmth in it's wake, one that seemed to spread from her chest to her finger tips. That was better. She smiled now, and it almost actually reached the bright sharpness in her gaze as she stood up, stretched, and promptly flopped on her hands and knees to the floor, sidling up next to Joy. "Alright, Hot-lips, hop on top." She'd craned her neck around to call out to her pink haired accomplice, while offering her a wink.

Dottie/Sonja - 2 dares completed Vash applauded, but it was slow: a clap, clap, clap that was more condescending than anything else. That was, of course, the point.

[ Dottie/Sonja/Joy ] [ Anything goes; Dares Accomplished: 6 ] Thank whatever holy being above for someone having brought booze to this little event. Not that she needed it to really do any of the dares she was given but it was a satisfying addition to the games. The steady glowing warmth of the whiskey had reached all her joints as she took a quick swig before setting it down once again. What caught her attention more than the antics going on were the sudden warmth on her thigh and watching electric fuchsia enter her vision once again. A bemused expression crossed her face before letting a smirk greet the other after feeling the 'light' squeeze to her thigh. "Hey, now..." Her accent was getting a little harder to hold down but it wasn't as bad as it had been. Alcohol and anger did that, it seemed. Separately and both. She was a little late in hearing the dare, only following Dottie's gaze to a familiar face. She took another long swig before licking her lips and rising to her feet. She bent her arm behind her back for a full stretch and a grunt before shaking any tension from her arms to see the other two on the ground. Welp! "Pfff, alrigh' bu' no peekin', goes for both'a you." Sonja returned the wink with a lop-sided grin before tilting her head in thought as she pressed a foot onto the unfamiliar girl's back then onto Dottie's as she boosted herself up on top, hands on her hips. "Hah!" Even with whiskey running through her, she could still do this! For how long was another question.

[ SEREN/KAI DARES ]Kai waved back at Joy and patted the spot beside him if she wanted to come join them. Then, turning to the young lady, to which he still didn't know her name but would ask, adjusted himself for a more accessible hug.
"Always." He said, and went over to pull her into a hug, one that brought her into a wall of the cotton tank top he was wearing and a smell of men's deodorant and cigarettes. Despite trying his hardest to be as delicate as possible, the hug still had some pressure to it, and he tilted back just a bit before setting her back down.
"You don't need dares for that from me." He added and looked around. "No body."
He patted her shoulder. "Whatyour name?"

[ October/Melvin dare ] Melvin looked out to people making out and giving out hugs and looked down at October, keeping his eyes away from the doorway. With a tentative poke at the man's shoulder, he said. "I dare you to sit in my lap to let me hug you." It was more a request than anything with force, and his words had lost all of the playfulness of their previous dare.
He just really wanted a hug right now and didn't care anymore about how pathetic that might look. Whatever image he had today had been punched out of commission.

"Dean," he said, turning to smile evilly over his shoulder at the other. "I dare you to go climb atop Moon Moon's shoulders over there and get a piggyback ride from her around the room."

[ October / Melvin ]
Kai and Seren received a faint smile from October, which looked strangely unfamiliar on his face, as though it was not something that happened often. It was also, oddly, a little wistful, but he merely fluttered his fingers in their direction before his gaze went to Melvin.
He had no idea - and didn't care, really, to know - of the drama or whatever it was that had happened between everyone involved in the shooting shenanigans. Drama was something October resolutely refused to get into, even if he was entirely interested in Dare or Dare; drama meant stupid crap.
But Melvin's voice was quiet and almost a little desperate. October gave him a studious look, then slowly peeled himself up off of the floor. He padded over to the other man, stooped, and plucked the pile of clothing off of his lap and set it on the floor. The scarf was back around October's neck, but both it and the kerchief were loose, not up around his face.
With a surprising amount of grace for a tall, socially awkward man, October slid neatly sideways into Melvin's lap. Arms lifted and draped loosely around the man's neck, October rearranging himself easily and comfortably, expression quite calm.
