 Aurora sat down in the camp group by the bus, and it really looked like a campground now. It turned out the tent crew didn't need any help, they might have had a rough start but they managed their task and Aurora was rather proud of the juniors and seniors on that team. After all, all she had to do was walk in a direction and hope she got lucky. Trying to set up a tent, not a matter of luck. You had to read the instructions and understand them. Aurora yawned and stretched her paws above her head, then pulled out her notebook and pencil. She made some more notes about the tent crew finishing their task and then started to doodle pictures of the tents themselves. ((Open to rp))

 Ghester couldn't help loving the fact that Bibiana loved being just as close to him as he did to her. It was fanfreakintastic! And the fact that she had even managed to bring something along in her pockets was just awesome... even if he wasn't a crackers kinda guy. But the enjoyable closeness of the ride ended far too fast for his wanting as they stopped to make camp. And what was worse? The fact that he and Bibi got split up into different teams! Damn! As she set off to set up tents, the grimm sulked and snuck off into the woods.
What seemed like forever later, Ghester pulled himself up from the forest floor. "Awww shite..." he had fallen asleep and gods only knew for how long! It was darker out and that wasn't going to help his situation at all! The grimm at least grabbed up a couple sticks from the ground -- such a big help he was! -- and tried to find his way back to the sounds of the camp! Since he hadn't really paid attention to which way he had come from earlier, that was about the only clue for him.
Finally!, he came across the camp site! The tents were put up and the wood was all gathered already. Cringing some, he tried to just slip back into the group without bringing attention to himself, dropping the couple sticks he brought along where the rest of the wood was. His mission now? Find Bibi! Which wasn't too hard. That bright pink lil cutie geist was something easy to spot! "Hey Pinkie!" he shouted out, waving his arm before bounding over to her. "So how was tent building?" It was such a lame question, but he was just happy to see her!

 Suddenly the camp seemed to be bustling, Lillith looked around and noticed that it seemed as though all of the tents were set up and the Nightmares from both groups were milling around interacting with one another. Smiling at the younger girl who had come and sat beside her and then had promptly bounced off again, the dryad raised her handon greeting to the folks around her, "Hey feel free to relax here, I'm Lillith."

Midway through rummaging for another bag, Rei blinked a few times as someone- she didn't know who, yet- called out that all of them had already been put up.
Pulling herself out of the pile of tent-bags, some of which she was sure contained more rocks (Who DOES that?), and made her way to where a majority of the campers were standing...sitting...Well, overall hanging out.
Gripping the tattered edge of her plain dress to pull it down a bit, she shuffled her feet before making the decision to sit on a large boulder, and observe.

The hybrid was taken by surprise with the question. Her tail curled slowly as her eyes widened and a tinge of blush touched her cheeks. Her eyes focused on Bibiana's eyes before she broke them away to look at her hands. "Um... Well... I..." She didn't want to tell her that Her long bangs were perfect for hiding her usually puffy, tired eyes. The thing that gave Harley away would be the tears that stained her cheeks. "I'm just... Too lazy. I usually leave my hair loose. This is a special case for our trip!" She gave a small worried smile. "But your eyes are nice. They seem sweet and suit you." Harley turned to see that the camp was hustling and bustiling with talk. "I guess we're all done here then!" She was glad that they would soon be able to eat and rest for the night.

Well- there weren't any more tent bags to use! Turning, he heard Zahneel call out to Claire that she thought they were all done. Oh thank the Gods... he shuffled back over to his friend, feeling all sorts of worn out and tired. It was definitely bedtime for this Grimm. "G-Good job Zahneel.... th-those tents were r-really hard to put up... w-weren't they?" If he never put up a tent in his life again, it would be too soon. He'd have to tell Maria that if they ever went camping, she would be in charge of tent duties... he'd rather go forage for firewood.

 Turning slightly to smile up at her friend, Zahneel nodded vehemently.
"I never want to see another tent again," she whispered. "After this, any camping I do is going to involve a prepared cabin or nice hotel."
Yawning hugely, she rubbed at her eyes and eyed the tents almost longingly. It had been a long day, after all.

 It's gotten pitch black outside, but luckily the groups have finished! Now that wood and tents have been finished, it is time to eat and relax! During this time, you character can partake in food, conversing, or go to bed. This is a rest period! The fire has been freshly started by Claire! The food being offered is:
Hot dogs, both vegetarian and meat versions, which can be cooked over the fire!
Chips of various sorts, including salt and vinegar, sour cream and onions, plain, and cheese smothered chips.
Various types of melons, strawberries, grapes, and oranges.
Salad materials.
And pasta with a simple, canned red sauce.

This rest period lasts until August 10th, where a new event will pop up in a new thread. The next stage of the Meta will be finally approaching the forest, so have your character rest up! They'll need it.
The Meta has ALSO unlocked a familiar, which will be dropped relatively soon for everyone to grab!

"I... I don't either..." He sighed, though perked up as soon as Claire announced dinner was ready to be made. Tail wagging a little, he shuffled off towards the set up of dinner supplies. Mmm, what to eat, what to eat... He picked out a couple hot dogs, made a small salad, got some chips, and then some of the fruits. He then headed over to the fire to cook the hot dogs before finding a place to sit down. He wasn't really one for pasta... or this many greens, but he knew if he didn't eat he'd regret it a lot in the morning... ugh...
Once he was settled in, the started in on the salad, figuring he'd get his least favorite thing out of the way first. Maybe after this he'd go pick a tent or something to sleep in... were they going to be paired up? He hoped his tentmate was nice and... didn't snore or anything..

 Samhain lightly bit on his lower lip to keep from smiling. He had guessed what had run through Nashira’s mind when the nightmare glanced over to where Bebe was. He had been dragged around by the Bakeneko albeit willingly a lot during this trip so he supposed he could see the logical jump would be to assume Bebe was that girlfriend. “It would be nice to see everyone again as well, and Lace is a people person so she would be happy to meet you all as well.” He went back to watching his little squad, happy that they seemed to be relaxing as well, Bebe with her antics with the pictures and Nashira with her dancing. She seemed like a pretty good dancer although he did give her points for just being able to loose herself in the music and not worry about any one that was watching. “Yeah he’s pretty used to strangers. When I first rescued him I was with a small group of people and he lapped up all the attention. Personally I think he likes people a tiny bit too much.” Samhain stated. Seeing as Dublin had permission from his owner, Samhain watched as the flitterat jumped and glided over to Bebe’s hands. “Ah looks like food is ready. I’ll go grab something. Since I’m already going anyone want me to grab them something to eat while I’m over there?”

Azure snickered slightly , but quietly amused at Bebe's insertion into the group before asking if she could join which did not bother him one bit. " You know I think we're all friends here now so you don't relly need to ask, " he said with a smile but was still amused with her personality. He continued to play the relaxing melody as the forest amplified it just enough for anyone close enough to hear him play. As he watched the group build he felt relaxed and at ease. He had his eyes on his guitar as he heard callix's camera go off as he had already been smiling. Azure enjoyed music so he often got lost in the music when he played but looking up as his new friends spoke he listened quietly. his eyes fixated on Nashira as she danced. it was delightful site to see, knowing that she was enjoying herself doing something she loved, He thought she was an amazing dancer. He watched quietly and couldn't help but begin to sing, he heard the tour guide announced that food was prepared, but h wanted to finish his song before he went to eat. but soon heard Samhain offer to get food "anything not sweet is ok by me." he said as he slowed his stums slightly.

Normally, a student, when offered food, would gleefully partake in the meal. Normally, a student would probably take the chance to fill their plate with as much as they could, join in on the conversation and probably get up to mischief.
Far from doing the normal thing, Rei only grabbed a small bowl of fruit, a few lettuce leaves, and made her way to the edge of the camp. Her gaze fixated on the path before all of them, and she was, indeed, anxious to keep going.
A soft, haunting melody could be heard from her position as she toyed with the fruit in her bowl, humming and singing to herself to calm her nerves.

 After all of the wood was gathered and the tents had been assembled, Joseth waited in line to grab some food. He chose a salad and vegetarian hotdog to roast over the fire. He chose a spot on a log near the fire, stabbing his sausage with a stick to warm. The Litch rested his plate on his lap and began to pick away at his salad, taking in the night sounds of nature. Quote: quote me if your character interacts with Joseth! He's wide open to make some new friends!

 After everything was said and done, Divone was eager to get to know some of the other campers. It was a beautiful night out and roasting things over the fire was just the solution.
The hybrid grabbed up some hotdogs, both vegetarian and meat options, finding herself curious if there really was a difference in the taste. She was contemplating becoming a vegetarian, but she wanted to find some options so she didn't end up starving. With a handful of grapes and chips thrown onto her plate, she made her way towards the fire.
Still not knowing anyone, she made her way towards a friendly looking Litch, "Excuse me, may I sit by you?" Delicate Rose Bud Hope you don't mind! ^^ <3

 When Shamhain offered to fetch some food, Nashira didn't miss a beat in dancing over to him. "Could you, maybe grab me some fruit and salad? Noodles if you can carry them. If not, it isn't a big deal." She asked sweetly. Sure she was capable of grabbing her own food, but she was having fun dancing. It was a way to blow off her nervous, anxious energy, and wind down after the stresses of the day. She did feel a little bad asking someone to do things for her. But he DID offer after all. Then she heard Azure say they were all friends. Were they? That caused her to break into a genuine smile. "I like that we are all... friends." It was such a nice thing! And when Azure started singing, she couldn't help herself. "You're voice is amazing, Azure." When his music slowed, her dancing did too, till she was dancing like a leaf on the wind.
