Sriina smiled to Ashta, glad he was loosening up and willing to try a little bit of everything with her. When she realized their first stop would be a dessert stall she had to glance quickly at Ashta and keep the smile on her face. Sweets... not her favorite, but she did say one of everything and... well... if he wanted to, she could want to, too.
She looked down at the sticky cake that he was offering to her and accepted without hesitation. She popped it into her mouth and chewed. Her face slowed and she squinted her eyes before looking up to Ashta. "It's... it's good..." She swallowed the rest of the piece before feeling her throat shrink a bit. "That syrup..." she hesitated for a moment. "Ok that was awful. You should try some." She was sure that if she liked super sweet honey flavored treats she would be more than thrilled with it, but the level of sugar was sure to leave some sort of effect on her health.

Jhana nodded her head at Jerami's choice. It looked like pure sugar with more sugar on top. It was a good pick to start with, she thought to herself with a giggle. Jerami would be bouncing around even more than he already was if he stuck with choices like that.
She held out her hand to collect her flowery cake concoction from the vendor and exchanged coin before looking to Shima with a tilt of her head. She chose something squishy and sugary looking with a powdered outside. It looked delicious. Shima offered to trade off snacks so everyone could try a little bit and Jhana grinned in agreement. "You better believe I'm gonna try whatever that is." She said with a laugh.
She nodded her head to her two siblings and waited for the cue to take a bite. With a short little nod, they all bit in at once.
I'm sorry gonk We'll get to 7 even if it kills me lol

Jerami gave a slow nod of his head, "That sounds like fun." He said, liking the idea of sharing with his sisters though as he studied the sugar coated animal cookie he said, "It almost seems like a shame to eat it since it's so pretty." It was like a cute little piece of art, but still, his sisters were offering to share theirs with him. He could do this he thought to himself as he set to work breaking up the cookie in his hand into three pieces that were as equal as he could given it's odd shape.
"Alright Jhana, Shima, here are your pieces of the cookie." He chirped, giving them both a smile. If he wanted one to hold onto he could always come back for another. Once the cookie was divvied up he turned to inspect the booth again, finally picking out a good sized bag of colorful, hard candies that he could share with everyone back home that wanted some. Once that was paid for, along with his sugar cookie, he tucked the bag of candy away into his pack... today the top though so he could access it if he wanted one as they wanted along. He'd have to be careful though, he didn't want to end up so sugared up that he wasn't able to sleep.
Or did he? If he wasn't sleeping he'd be able to see a whole lot more after all and there were a lot of things to be seen in this new place. It might be a boon for him to stay up with the help of the sugary candies.

The final rounds had started and the crowd was cheering! This was it! They would find out who the strongest really were in these final moments.
It was only a matter of time before a winner was declared once and for all.

He had been smiling.
He had looked pleased with himself, flush with two victories in a row — three total, now — and it was a pleasant change for a face so often either neutral at best or turned down in some form of dissatisfied pout or judging frown.
Damis supposed he oughtn’t have been surprised when the look almost immediately vanished.
He snorted, one corner of his lip hooking up regardless as he shook his head. “Careful. I might start thinking you’re allergic to smiling around m—” No further than that, though, Damis’ words lost traction, gaze thinning to a barely suspicious squint as the other man went on—and then evening out again as he scoffed, expression caught somewhere lodged between disbelief and amusement. “‘Pretty and tempestuous,’” he repeated. “So you think I’m charming and pretty now, do you? Next time the opportunity arises, I’ll have to encourage you to join more tournaments. Clearly having your head whacked about improves your attitude towards me.”
‘Their communication skills are s**t.’
“If not my parents, I suppose,” he added as an afterthought. “But I don’t see why you’re going to such lengths to downplay their ‘decision making skills.’ They did choose you. And I had meant it as a compliment…is it worth it to insult yourself just to be contrary to me? Or are you just humoring me because I’m so charming and adorable and you’ve learned how much I love a good debate?”
Damissan flicked the last scrap of his second-lunch towards Gadot before letting his gaze sweep his guard in an assessing once-over.
“Your fears about him overreacting in a crowd seemed mostly misplaced, by the way. At least, he didn’t attempt to eat any small children on our walk. And you look as though you could use a bath. Is it long before your next match? You smell.”

She had tried hard, fought hard, but in the end the mage had done more damage then she had. She would be lying if she said she wasn't a little annoyed by the outcome. She would've won if the fight had gone on for longer. But still, she wasn't all that hurt and her daughter was proud of her, that was what mattered the most.
"One day Las, you'll be able to fight in things like this and maybe make it all the way to the top!" She encouraged her daughter. "Or maybe you'll be selling things you made yourself like all of these people." She wanted her daughter, both of her daughters really, to know whatever they did she would be proud of.
She held onto her moms hand, as proud as can be. Her mother had fought for so long and did so well! So what she didn't make it to the final round, she made it to the semi finals and that was awesome! She only hoped that one day she could be so strong. She was sure with parents like the ones she had she would be able to do it.
"Oh I'll be fighting all right. Me and my trident," it was her current weapon of choice, "will be undefeated and all of the family can come to cheer me on!"

Perhaps he just expected all girls to like sweet things, and the fact even after Sriina placed the treat in her mouth her face said it all. He couldn't help it, it caught him to so off guard he had to smother a laugh. The swordsman didn't like sweets either and had forced them to stop at a stall neither of them enjoyed.
"I suppose its only fair if I try this unholy sweetness as well." He placed his own portion into his mouth, chewed and grimaced. Ugg...it was terribly sweet. Forcing a swallow he laughed again before coughing.
"Lets get something...to wash that down." He managed smirking as he took Sriina's arm and lead her away. "Sorry I made you eat something so ...sweet. I probably should of asked what you prefer than assuming."
Shima was very excited to get a bite of both her siblings treats, one would think they were still younglings chattering about treats rather than almost 'adults'. Perhaps that was the naive side of Shima or arrogance...it was hard to tell.
Looking to the cookie Jerami had neatly split up she looked to her own chewy treat and realized ..it wasn't going to split nicely at all. There was already a bite of it from herself so it would be best to offer it to the next person whole.
"Okay! Mine won't break so nicely but open your mouths and I'll let you both take a bite!" Shima proclaimed noticing the bag of sweets Jerami had picked up and wondered if that was going to be for later.
"After this I promise we can go back to the meat stand Jhana." Shima promised as she went to offer bother her siblings a bit of her treat.

"Great!" Vodyanoi rubbed his hands together. "I've been eyeing a particular stall all day. Well, smelling it, more like it. And growing hungrier and hungrier every moment. Come, come! I'll take you! You'll love it. I think. I'm pretty sure."
He lead the way through the maze of stalls towards one that was manned by an older Matori male, with thick blue hair pulled back into one frayed braid. He was selling what, at first glance, didn't look much like fish at all -- but some sort of vegetable. On closer look, however, you would see that it was a mixture of spiced fish and grains roasted inside of a leaf-like envelope. This was one of Vodyanoi's first favourite Matori foods, and not an opportunity he was likely to miss.

Just as the sprite seemed about to approach the honey-bun, there was a burst of cheering from the crowd in the stands. It must be the final round of the battle! He'd seen quite a few of the valiant losers stumbling around looking for post-battle snacks, and given how impressive some of them looked... well, he was sure that those in the final round must be something to look at. He wanted to get back to the action, but... there was no one around to watch the stand for him.
"Oh, well." He shrugged at the little sprite. "I guess I'll have to get someone to tell me all about it later."

Bisera turned as he heard Vodyanoi, turning to look toward where he'd heard him, and he gave the Water Tribesman a smile and a wave, "Welcome back, Vodyanoi!" He chirped, glad that he'd been able to catch back up with them as he was an interesting one, the sort that Bisera loved to be around because he was inspiring. Just look the man made him want to sit down and sketch... but he couldn't allow himself to get distracted by such things. Instead he would focus and force himself to be... well, focused. He couldn't just go off into his own world when he was surrounded by others. Not just Xarnith an Vodyanoi but the rest of the crowd as well, as distracting as they also were.
As the other man asked if they had found anything yet he shook his head, "Not yet, we were sort of sniffing things out that might be good." There was so much in this area that smelled nice, so many things that he wanted to try, and at the mention of 'seafood' he perked up some. That sounded really good, "Mez, the village I'm from, is pretty land locked so we don't get a lot of seafood there. Sometimes fish from the rivers, but not ocean fish. I would like to try that though."
He looked to Xarnith to get his thoughts, lifting a hand up to smother a giggle at the mention his uncle, kind as the man could be, was poor at cooking fish. Now seemed the best time to try the fish! As Vodyanoi said that he'd been eyeing a stall all day and that he'd lead the way he nodded his head, "That sounds good!" Reaching out he wrapped his arms around one of Xarnith's arms, pulling him along so that they could follow Vodyanoi to the tasty food that was awaiting them all.

With the final rounds starting up she took a seat behind her daughter and next to Draven. The tall Alkidike was glad to be off her feet and placed a hand over the bandage that was around her stomach. It still felt sore but she didn't think the stitches had ripped. Thankfully. When she got home she would have Virain look at them to make sure that she was still alright.
Dem turned her attention to the arena to watch what was going down, all the while keeping her other senses tuned to her children.

To be fair, he was pleased with himself, even still. It was just most everyone else he was displeased with, and since there were a lot more of them than there were of him, the dissatisfaction did mostly outweigh everything else. He scoffed, and his gaze flicked back to Damis. Xilarn cocked his head ever so slightly to the side, casually, blatantly analyzing the younger man from the corner of his eye and taking his time with it as he did. A moment passed. He shrugged. "I'm sure someone thinks you're pretty, anyway," he decided noncommittally.
His attention tipped back toward the arena and mentally sifted through what he'd said to figure out what precisely had been an insult to himself. 'Nothing,', he concluded. "And I'd hardly say I was insulting myself. I didn't claim to be incapable or bad at doing anything, just that I could've been, and they wouldn't have known if I was. Besides," Xil turned fully to his younger companion, the very faintest beginnings of a pout-frown forming on his lips, "I'm not being contrary, I'm trusting you with my feelings, confiding in you." He leaned sidelong, brushing his shoulder against Damissan's. "For all your complaint about being ignored and abandoned, I thought you'd be just a bit more... appreciative that out of everyone here, I decided to share with you."
"If anything," He reached, looping an arm around Damis' shoulders and tugging him in fully, fitting them closer together. "I'd say you were the one being insulting. If the smell bothers you, don't feel obligated to stay." The statement was accented by Xil leaning and resting his head against his companion's.
Amarone spent most of her time lightly conversing with the girl as the soudns of the crowd continued to build. She glanced around the vendors slightly before turning back toward Neryssa with a bright smile, her aqua eyes glimmering with genuine happiness as she bounced about like a youngling.
"How about we hunt down your brother? I dont have much I need, but I'm always curious to see unique treasures. That is part of the reason why I am traveling, afterall!!"
With that, she gestured for the girl to lead the way, excited to see something new and interesting.
