[Deepwater Coves: Ūrī found a cute fishy friend to battle against!]
Ūrī was so happy to find a new friend - especially one she hadn't seen before - that she ran around in little circles at the water's edge. Then she leaped toward the water to give that friend a big hug, Tackling it in the process.
Uh oh; fishy friend was weaker than Ūrī had anticipated. Maybe she had come on too strong?
...whatever the case, it was time to find a new friend. But she had to hurry because she didn't want to go so far from her trainer that she couldn't find her way back to him.

"Alright then, Nord." She looekd back to the eevee. "Are you a handful, Bill?" She asked the pokemon. She wondered how Nord would eel knowing she could talk to normal types. Could he talk to pokemon? Was that a thing that would freak him out? Best not to mention anything. She was distracted playing with his pokemon and hadn't seen the seel until Nord exclaimed something and caught it. "Ah? OH! You caught a seel! I just caught one of those earlier! Congratulations!"

Shaddaling [Scrub land path w/Oliver, keeping the swinub] "I think it is perfect." She picked up the swinub and pet it, then turned towards Oliver. "I love the city but when I was little, I lived in a big house so it was quiet. I treasure solitude when I get it."

Chibi_Kokoro143 [Scrub land path w/Michiko] Oliver picked up the heavy stick, tapping it before using it as a staff to climb up the scrub path. He lift a brow as Michiko simply picked up a swinub, petting it and gave a slight hmm. "I grew up in foster care, so this is pleasant." It was quiet and had places to just curl up and relax. "Though I could do with a bit warmer weather." (What sort of booby prizes can we get)

Abel took the offered sandwich from Taavi with a grin and a "thanks," then unwrapped it before taking a bite of it. Mmm, sandwiches... Carefully, he set his thermos of coffee down next to him and reached up with his free hand to pat the Lapras that didn't seem too inclined to leave him alone.
Indeed she didn't, as she gently pressed her nose into his hand. The appearance of a third of her kind caught her attention, though, and the Lapras crooned a greeting to it.

[Jetty with Captain Whittard]
After exploring the cove, greeting the various pokemon that came to say hello, offering them food and taking pictures of them and their surroundings, Alice finally departed the deepwater cove with her two pokemon in tow. Cassandra and Captain, their new Seel companion, followed the young woman around the island, up onto the scrublands for a bit, then down and around the cliffs. She paused to take a few pictures of the only buildings she could find there, at various angles, and afterwards walked along the beach, reviewing all the pictures she'd taken while Captain flopped gracelessly through the waves that lapped at the shore.
It would be some time later that Alice approached the dock again, looking for the captain once more. "Captain Whittard!" She called eagerly as she trotted up the jetty with camera in hand. Captain the Seel had rolled off the jetty and into the water, and had taken to weaving back and forth around the beams.

"Sounds like we've got quite a little picnic, with quite a party too!" Taavi laughed as a third Lapras broke the surface; this was unbelievable! "Uh, you know? I miiiight have to visit the clifftops another day," Taavi grinned at his companions as he passed Abel his share of the sandwiches; so long as the Lapras and the friendly Dratini remained tearing himself away from this was going to be pretty tough!

Like he was greeting by smoke signal, Captain Whittard blew a large cloud of pipe-smoke as his eyes moved first, before his head, to find Alice approaching. The pipe moved to the corner of his mouth as her grumbled out a simple; "Y're back."

The newest Lapras crooned back the greeting, settling on the shoreline content to relax on the sandy shore.
Lex grinned, paused and then clasped his hands together. "I nearly forgot, but I might be able to help with both?" He lifted a hand up, tugging at his hair slightly. "I understand Dark types, and 'Tron is with me... so we could see if they would like to hang out a bit when we head back towards shore? If you really want to explore the cliffs." This was a special trip and all.

Abel gave a breath of a laugh and nodded his agreement. "Yeah, it'd be hard to leave this kind of picnic, huh?" Even if it was cold and damp, but he at least still had hot coffee left. And now sandwiches! The blond turned his attention to Sasha with a curious expression. "Yeah? That's cool," he said with a brief nod, then glanced to the trio of Lapras. "Well, that might be a good idea, though I dunno if that's totally necessary. If you want, though?" He shrugged. It wasn't like he could talk to any of them, they weren't ground-types.

"Yes, we are," Alice said brightly as she quickly panned through the pictures she'd taken. Upon coming across one in particular, though, her demeanor brightened further and she presented her camera for the captain to see a picture of a serene-looking Lapras in the coves. "I think I found the lovely pokemon you were telling me about before. That's it, isn't it?"
