Supplies. He needed to get supplies. He cracked his knuckles (which was nowhere close to ominous) and started out, ready for a mad dash. Hopefully with his slight build he'd be able to avoid most attacks.
But then he saw the children. Two little whelps hiding out when they could be in the safety of the Great Hall. "Move your butts!" he yelled at them, making his way toward them.

Apparently yelling at them did nothing to get them to move, and the children refused to budge.
He refused to believe that it was because he didn't look strong enough to protect them. He was a badass, they were just too stupid to realize it.

Following the lead of some of the other knights who were already moving at Gawain's instructions to line the benches and tables up as makeshift beds for those whom they were going to tend to shortly, Nellie moved quickly to join them, eager to make herself as useful as she could possibly be despite her own inexperience. There was no time to sit around and harp on that as well as the limitations of what she could do because of it. Instructions and tasks were shouted out every now and then so Nellie figured that focusing on them, one at a time, should serve her well for now at least.
The first task was to gather as much supplies as she could get her hands on. It seemed to her that it would make sense to get a little of everything that was available and that was exactly what she did as she weaved her way through the crowd.

THE TOTAL HEALING DONE IS 550
Now that Nellie had everything she needed, she looked around to see if she could locate someone who hadn't been tended to yet. Just as she did that, a knight was literally dragged into the great hall by two others and onto a table not far from her. This was it. Time to see for herself if she had made the right choice in following Gawain.
Approaching the trio with her heart literally in her mouth, she gasped softly at the very deep gash that the knight on the table had sustained to his abdomen. This was bad. Very bad. Was he even going to make it with the amount of blood he was losing? She was about to back away and find someone with a much less severe injury that she could possibly hope to treat with her level of competency when a more senior knight came up from behind to check on the situation.
"This your first time handling this?" The question was directed at her, the tone of voice non-condescending nor spiteful which prompted her to respond truthfully without any delay with a wordless nod. "It'll be fine. I'll guide you." It was a while till they were done, the knight in question stabilised as Nellie thanked the knight who had stepped in to guide her on what needed to be done before taking her leave to throw out the basin of bloodied water.

THE TOTAL HEALING DONE IS 555
It seemed like more and more people were coming in. Nellie observed as she approached another knight who also had to be half-carried into the great hall by two others. This one was deathly pale and it was rather apparent to her why given the multiple lacerations that he had all over his body. Severe blood loss. She was going to have to move fast so that they didn't lose him.
Instructing one of the knights who had helped to bring him in to give him as much water as he could tolerate from time to time, she started her work of poking and prodding at every injury he had and using the fire to cauterize any of them that were still bleeding. By the time she was done, the knight was beginning to look a little better, a heartening sight that convinced her that all her efforts had been more than worth it.

Oh boy... Xanther thought as he saw the other's face redden. A small chuckle escaped his lips. Something about his description of the girl made him wonder if there wasn't anything between them. Nevertheless... he did enjoy watching people blush. "You seem to think highly of her...." He said as he helped the other up. "In any case, if by any chance I find Camilla..." Hoping she wasn't dead of course. "I'll tell her you've been looking for her, ok?"
