"That is why I cam here, to see if you held any value to this plan," Nema stated with a smile.
"Now if you'd rather tell me you are otherwise unable to aid me in this and would rather lose your memories like the rest that will be affected by my curse than I will take my leave and find someone else who is capable." He continued snapping his fingers causing a portal of darkness to appear below Xanitos causing him to fall in and reappear in front of Nema. The heartless grabbed the little nobody by his neck and lifted him into the air.
"But of course that means I will be taking this one and returning him to a place where he can't interfere. Just like I did so long ago when I made a deal with one of the former leaders of this organization." Nema explained becoming cold tightening his grip on Xanitos' neck. He leaned in close to Xanitos' ear.
"I know who you are but our better half doesn't know who you are or that you were the one last connected to your shared heart." He whispered to the nobody
. "Oh and that also means I was the one who made your favorite leader the man you respected like a father and would have died for, betray you and seal you away all for a chance at obtaining his heart funnily that caused him to no longer exist," Nema whispered again but ended with a laugh.
Xanitos couldn't speak as Nema was crushing his throat but was becoming filled with fear and rage the more Nema spoke. His eyes were starting to close when as he was losing consciousness until he heard of how he was betrayed and who betrayed him as well as what happened to him afterwards caused his eyes to shoot back open as darkness and shadows from around the room flowed into Xanitos' body.Jaxon would sense energy leaking from the heart he had sealed away and know the energy was flowing to Xanitos nowhere near as much as it had when it was inside of the nobody but still an unstable power "You!..K..killed him! I'm going to
EAT YOU!" He could barely speak but as the darkness gathered it caused his voice to become distorted as a wave of darkness forced Nema to release him allowing him to kick off and increase the distance between them. Darkness covered half of Xanis' face leaving only a bright red eye to be seen through shifting darkness. "YOUR DEAD!" He yelled but was stopped.
Willow turned her body into a barrier around Xanitos keeping him in and Nema out separating the two.
"Why must you always be a heartless monster!" She yelled at Nema revealing she knew him.
Nema was pushed back a slight distance from the wave and Xanitos' kick but remained on his feet.
"Interesting. You were indeed connected to your heart but now it is sealed away clearly very close hmmm" Nema raised his right hand to his chin as if in thought.
"So you are useful after all boy, I believe we have found half of our answer this little nobody here has two halves of darkness inside of him what it was like before and after I was reborn as a heartless, he has its hunger and potential to guide." The heartless explained walking towards the group again and passing Xanitos and Willow.
"Find someone of light magic that is just as unstable and we will be able to use them as components in making some base form of void magic and that should be enough to open the scroll. So do we have a deal?" Nema asked raising out a hand to Jaxon as if to shake sealing the deal.
