She deflected the kinetic blast with her resonance force and attempted to kick her leg straight upwards and hit Mirai directly under the chin. |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use: +Entanglement: SC shoots out multiple string-like multi-colored resonance lines from her body that criss-cross the battlefield. The bridge that leads from you to me

Without a second glance you left me stranded
I climbed I slipped I fell but at least I tried
If you turn your back, I'll burn that bridge ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Mirai ended up flying upwards from the kick and flew back a bit. She ended up laying on the floor before managing to get up. Obviously she wasn't in the best shape for fighting. Still... She wiped some blood from her mouth and got up rather slowly. Mirai glared at SC before her wavelength flucuated, hinting that she was close to going berserk again if the fight didn't end soon. Two panels of wall suddenly came at SC from both sides, aiming to crush her. Despite being low on energy, Mirai could still use her territory to her advantage.

The panels crumpled to the ground before SC turned her attention back towards Mirai. She pulled her arms together as if she were trying to draw something towards her and suddenly the multi-colored strings surrounding them began to pull tight, coming towards Mirai like a shredder as they prepared to scythe right through her. Though they wouldn't cause any physical damage to her when they passed through, they would cause huge resonance and wavelength damage. |♥| ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ •♥ ☯ ♥• ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ |♥| Abilities in use: +Entanglement: SC shoots out multiple string-like multi-colored resonance lines from her body that criss-cross the battlefield. Mirai swore under her breath as she watched SC's hand movements, knowing what may come next. She created a sort of telekinetic armor around herself as the strings came at her. She grimaced as they collided with the 'armor' and began damaging it rather easily. She gritted her teeth and held up the armor though as much as she could. Suddenly the armor broke and the strings went through her, causing her wavelength to go out of wack. She coughed up a large amount of blood then that was slightly tinted in purple and fell to the ground. Her wavelength began fluctuating rapidly as she was trying to gain control of it before she began coughing again. Mirai gripped the ground and glared up at SC then.

She stepped forward and stood over the girl, looking down at her with a smirk. "Oh well, too bad for you I guess." Mirai continued glaring up at SC before seeing that she was going to attack again. Was she going to kill her? No. Mirai had to live. Her eyes flash brightly and a surge of familiar madness went through the area as Mirai managed to create a telekinetic barrier around herself to take the hit. It did but with her wavelength being unstable, it wasn't a very strong barrier. Mirai was blasted back and slammed against the wall before landing on the ground with a yelp of pain. She stirred again and tried getting up. She muffled another small painful yelp as she pushed herself to her knees.

It wasn't near enough to stop SC's attack. She walked over to where Mirai was as the girl tried to get up. She stood over her again as Mirai pushed herself to her knees. "No, you should probably stay down," she purred. Mirai took the full brunt of the kick and flew to the side like a rag doll. Some blood could be seen dripping from her mouth as she seemed unconscious at first before she suddenly began to move once more. Mirai turned and hit her fist on the ground before she pushed herself upward. She was panting rather heavily and was obviously pushing herself now to stay awake even.

"Come on now," she said as she began choking her. As SC began to choke Mirai, she began to flail her legs to try and break free. Both of her arms came up and grabbed SC's to try and get her to let go but that didn't seem to work. "T-Texas," Mirai managed to cry out using telepathy. She began gasping then to try and breath, her grip tightening on SC as adrenaline kicked in. Though, with each second, that grip weakened as Mirai's vision began to get blurry. She began panicking inside of her head. Was she going to die? She couldn't do anything right now. And what if SC had poisoned Texas. That would mean he was dead too. No one else was there and her wavelength was still out of balance and rather damaged so she couldn't use her telekinetic or telepathic abilities even if she tried now. This was it then. She would die here and no one would ever know. She weakly tightened her grip on SC for a split second as it was starting to get difficult to even think straight now and the tunnel vision was beginning to set in.

"Sorry, but this is the way it has to end," she told her as she focused on her in the eyes. After a few more moments SC's smile turned to a small frown. "Come on..." she muttered, the slightest trace of worry in her voice. She squeezed slightly harder and it seemed as if there was nothing to stop her. But at Mirai's tunnel vision grew darker she would suddenly feel something warm in her hand. It was solid; the grip of a sword. Texas had apparently woken up and seen the situation, silently slipping into her hand before SC could notice. This didn't last long however, as a sudden jet of flame shot out of the sword engulfing SC. SC dropped Mirai in surprise and jumped backwards. "What the-!? You weren't supposed to wake up yet! You're ruining everything!" She told the boy as the flames retreated back to the sword. "What are you even doing here!? Get out!" Texas replied angrily. "I thought you were on our side!" "Simple boy," SC replied, recomposing herself. "I'm not on anyone's "side". I'm here to do what must be done. And it doesn't involve you. Go back to sleep." "Oh my bad your highness, let me just get right back into bed," Texas replied sarcastically. He looked back at Mirai. "Are you alright?" He asked her worriedly. "What happened? Despite being almost unconscious, a small smirk managed to appear on Mirai's face as she felt Texas appear in her hand and attack SC. She landed on the ground when SC let go and coughed a few times before air reached her lungs. She caught her breath for a moment or two, her vision clearing again. "She drugged you and did something to my realm as well as Herald's," she muttered to Texas as she managed to push herself up on her feet. She breathed inward for a few more moments, mainly trying to concentrate enough on stabilizing her wavelength. Now that Texas was here, that made it easier. "Thank you. I owe you..." she told him as she glared at SC.

"Yes, I should be mad about my partner interrupting you choking me to death. Sorry," she said before launching a huge wave of flames at SC. She glanced down at Texas then as he asked the question "I don't know and doesn't look like she wants to talk about it," she muttered to him.

As soon as Mirai sent a blast of fire at her, SC pulled in her arms and the multi-colored threads that had spread across the battlefield rushed in front of her quickly weaving into a shield. The fire hit the shield and burned it away completely but SC was unscathed. Clearly Mirai's power had increased greatly with Texas but it still wasn't enough to defeat SC. The threads immediately formed again and spread out across the battlefield though now they weren't as close together as they were before, giving Mirai more breathing room. It seemed her attack had reset them.
