r3d enjoyed this part. They were easier than the bats and scattered much more quickly. With a roar of power she jumped into them, grabbing two of them and slamming them together. It was messy but she did away with them quickly and went to the others, smirking all along the way. They were nothing to her at this point and easily fell in great numbers. It was like being back in training with dummies and watching their heads lob off at the easiest of blows.
It was rather enjoyable, actually.

She was so caught up in the previous victory that she failed to notice the others nearby. Sadly that was the way of arrogance and she unfortunately had slipped into it for the time being.

Luckily she snapped back to her senses and made quick work of the remaining two. They were down quickly and she took to the treasure quickly, making off with it. There were places to explore and other things to destroy.
