"You don't get it. You can't order me, and I will visit her when I wish." maybe this wouldn't improve, it didn't seem like he was making friends quickly. Pale didn't know if Jay knew of the brother or not.

"mm" Jay said as his pale green eyes stared coldly back as his lips formed a meloncholic smile. He stared at Pale, noting her weariness as he then said "Pale, please sit down...you look tired" He said as he looked back to the man and said "I'm aware that you're currently upset over the current situation, so if you have an extra five minutes and if you agree to ask no follow up questions, I'd be happy to explain the situation"

"No, I'll stay here. I'm not so tired as I can't take care of my own affairs." she held Jays hand, and looked at him for a moment. It would be settled now.

"Allow me to start from the beginning. Shortly after our marriage, Rayne seemed a tad...depressed. This caused me to think that I was the reason for her depression, leading myself into a period of self doubt and making myself feel inferior in some ways. Then Rayne dissapeared. This led me into a state of severe depression. After hearing that Rayne had no inclination of returning, I decided to file for divorce, since I believed she wanted nothing to do with me."
Jay cleared his throat and then continued "Then I started talking to Pale on a regular basis, since her fiance had done something quite similar recently. We promised neither of us would get attached to the other, and just use one another to try and mitigate the incredible pains of being alone. So, eventually I developed feelings for Pale..which she soon rejected." Jay said with a nod "A few weeks later Rayne returned. We thought we could...rebuild what had been destroyed, but by that time it was obvious that both of us had changed. I hope I explained it in good enough terms"

He sighed. "Oh, but it was nothing like that Jay. She didn't disappear because she really was put under some strange sleeping spell that had put her into a coma-like state. But what bothers me is.....atleast one of the clan members knew of her whereabouts, yet nobody tended to her. Now, she is weak and hungry and defenseless, because someone would not take care of her in her time of need. That is why I am angry." Kasai turned his head. "You do not need to answer. I must be going. Rayne is waiting for me. Thank you for clearing atleast some things. Farewell to you both." Kasai took a small bow before holding his hands out in front of him and disappearing in a flash of light.

"No one ever knew where she was" Pale replied "This clan is a family, they would have helped eachother!" How dare he! She never wanted to see him again in that castle. Trembling, she took the note out.

Jay scoffed at this and said "Yes, like I wouldn't know where my own wife was" He said, watching that flash of light and growling. "How dare he question my devotion..." He said as he balled his hands up into fists and looked at Pale. "It's the doctors note from Aes..."

"It..." she opened it slowly, and read it. An anti-depressant?! "That would explain most of yesterday" she thought aloud sarcastically "Jay, this means that...' she leaned on his shoulder, and trailed off

Ultima walked towards the castle, he was near the top of the hill. The castle before him was huge, why he had never visited it really was strange, it was like a small mountin on a hill. He walked further and saw a brief bright light come from a window pane as he came closer to the door.
He looked around at the windows for signs of life, he saw some and figured people were up here, he walked up rightnext to the door and held him hand on the door, it was wooden and strong. Rather then kncock or push on the door he payed close attention to its grain, the smooth texture over a rough inside. He sighed at the door, he had no reason to vist Jay, no excuase so he felt as if he was wasting there time. How diffrent he felt from normal, how down he was tonight. 'Why' he wondered as he stood next to the closed door.

"Yeah..." Jay said as he felt her lean against him. He gently took the note from her grasp and set it on the end table. He swallowed and sighed, saying "That explains all of the pain you've been expiriencing as well. I suppose I was right in thinking it was my fault"

Ultima moved away from the door, he walked down the hill again. He had an idea better then just popping in to Jays house. He walked all the way down the Hill, then he heard the trees talk how Reaper was in a field, she was training even when she was still blind. He hadnt seen her really since the fight betweeen Jay and her.
He should go see her now, he had always gotten along well with her. Yet he knew her training was somthing she valued, he had to get to work if he was gonna do what he wanted anyway. He needed a peice of paper and a pen, he needed silence to make music. 'How ironic' he thought as hewalked into the shadows

"Jay" she felt awful, thinking about it. It was usually just assumed that something was wrong with the girl. It might have been easier to accept that. "But we can see Aes?" she asked, hopefully

Jay just nodded and said "Perhaps he will have some sort of...medicine I could take to eliminate the allergy" Thinking that could get both of their hopes up, so he looked over to her and said "But it's always worth a try...even if there isn't a...cure"

"Aes and Kas will have a kid in a few days" she blurted out, turning to look him in the eyes. She sat like that for a moment, then held his hand.
