"Well I've been asking people about that myself." He chuckles. "Some of the people here seem to have a bit of a dark background... But mostly I have no idea." He scratches his chin. "Personally I just think he thinks we all have great potential as trainers. A bunch of young people who love and trust their Pokemon as well as love to battle make much better fighters than nameless grunts who just want money. Especially if he can get us to fight for his cause."

"I suppose that would make sense." But what was Archie's cause? The thought bugged him. Even if the cause was worth while, how long could Allen follow Archie? Sure the other night hit the nail on the head for Allen, but the guy seemed like there was so much more behind him than just raiding businesses and destroying police cars. "There are just more and more questions, I suppose." He sighed, removing his cap to scratch his head. "So I need to get out and stretch my legs, you're welcome to join me." He stood, stretching his back out. "If not, see ya around."

Dark gets up and stretches. "Some fresh air would be nice." He checks his watch. "Although I don't have a lot of time."
Dark hears Cody and turns around. "Nothing really. Just another quiet day."

Cody peered around the corner, careful to stay out of sight as he eavesdropped on the conversation between the two trainers. "Building a weapon? Kyogre?" he thought to himself. There was a lot said that he couldn't quite wrap his head around. Taking out his TADS device, he made a few notes before slipping it back into his pocket and appearing from around the corner as the conversation seemed to be coming to a close. The trainer waved to the two individuals sitting in the common room, not expecting to be noticed as Dark was involved with his computer and Allen's back was turned. "Hey, guys," he spoke as if not expecting a response, popped into the kitchen to grab a soda, and headed for the couches, plopping into the same armchair he had claimed the past couple days. "Any news?"

"Oh, hello, Cody." He turned as he heard the other apparently arrive on the scene, "I was just on my way out. " He said when he came back into the room. "No news to my knowledge." He shrugged, it's not like he didn't mind other than being a little bored at times. "You're welcome to join me on a walk as well." He left the room, not entirely sure if anyone would follow him, what with Dark having to leave soon, what what he'd probably never know, and Cody having just got situated in the room.

Cody hopped up from his seat and took off down the hallway after Allen. "Hey, wait for me!" he called to the trainer, pulling a pokeball from his belt. "Poochy, let's go for a walk!" the boy tossed the ball into the air as he caught up to his team member. Looking to him, he asked, "Allen, right? Sorry. I'm really bad with names."

Abigail walked into the common room, Squirtle tramping wildly behind her and racing past. He was running rapidly from something... Wingull quickly followed, swooping past and trying to take a bite out of the pokemon. "Will you two stop it? Goodness gracious.." She took a quick survey of the room, then asked, "Where is everyone?"

Cody pulled out his TADS communicator and shot a message to Abi's device. It was convenient that all of his team members had automatically been synced into his phone. Heading out to the beach. Waiting on you, slowpoke. He slid open the familiar steel door and popped out into the night, waiting by the door for her response.

Allen heard the commotion from the main room and called out behind him, "Out here!" "Yeah, I'm Allen, it's fine, I've not been acting like a very memorable person since I joined. Conversation isn't normally a strength of mine." He shrugged, pulling his Cubchoo's pokeball from his belt and letting her out. She immediately noticed the Poochyena and thought it was the one she played with the other day, Reaper's. She stepped over and bumped into it. "Choo!" "Aw, Cubchoo, come on..."

Abigail heard the call and also received a message on her TADS. "Oh shoot!" She quickly returned Wingull, then raced to find the others.
Once outside, she greeted the two with a warm smile. Squirtle did the same, though his was more of a cheesy grin. "Hey y'all! Where are we going?"

Cody nodded in understanding. "I'm usually the same," he admitted. "I just didn't want to be the new kid for once. The one that everyone looks at funny cuz he doesn't talk. That's usually me," he forced a laugh to lighten the mood. "Come to find out, being social feels good. Who knew?"
Poochy jumped around the Cubchoo, barking playfully. He bumped her back, jumped backwards, and proceeded to run around in circles. Upon hearing Abi's voice, Cody turned around, waving to the girl. "We're just kinda walking, becoming more acquainted," he responded with a smile. "Believe it or not, apparently it's better to know the people you work with. The more ya know, right?"

Squirtle, upon seeing the action taking place between the pokemon, crept behind them with intentions to pounce when they were unawares. Abigail laughed at Cody's answer. "Ah, yes. Getting to know people is probably great; especially when you're working in a dangerous field." She continued to walk alongside them, eager to listen and learn more about the two.

He nodded to Cody, "Yeah, it does feel nice being sociable.." Allen to the two of them, not sure if he still wanted to do any training today. There really weren't even that many people around but he guessed that wasn't too terribly important "Well, I've been studying maps and we could go out passed Route 121 to Route 120, if you guys are interested we could head out that way." He thumbed towards Lilycove City.
Cubchoo giggled, jumping forward attempting to catch the Poochyena every time he came around, her giggles matched whenever she missed.

"Tell me about it," the boy agreed. Cody could see making a good friend out of Allen, their social mannerisms and feelings being very similar. "I'm pretty down for whatever, honestly," he commented, not caring about catching any pokemon, per se. "I know my Pikachu hasn't seen any action since Sunday, and is probably dying for a good battle, though."
Poochy backed up, preparing to tackle the Cubchoo to the ground, but gained too much forward momentum upon takeoff and launched himself way over the friendly pokemon's head, getting a mouthful of sand as he landed. Looking down, Cody laughed at the Dark-type's stunt. "That's what you get," he laughed, shaking his head.

Abigail continued to walk alongside, keeping quiet and listening to the conversation. The two seemed like nice people; she was beginning to wonder, though, how this strange group of people had been recruited to Team Aqua. Everyone seemed too nice to be considered part of a somewhat criminal organization. Whilst thinking, Abigail kicked up bits of sand.
Squirtle, meanwhile, continued to follow the other pokemon, but upon seeing their playing decided not to pounce.
