s**t! I look at the reflection of me and my mind screams. I flip out of the way to try and avoid it. That was entirely too close for comfort. flex my hands and my claws push out and scrape my wand that I am holding. This is going to end badly. I flick the wand and a stream of black energy rushes to the double. as it came closer to the double it looked like a black panther. s**t, its getting away from me. I tried to calm down. I have to calm down. That isn't my family's blood. "I hope you aren't afraid of fangs!"

I look at the double as it trips me. I messed up. I'm trap in it's arms so I struggle to break free. I wiggle my arm that is holding the wand. I didn't even try to do a spell, I just poured my power, my desperation into it. Hoping for it to free me. More and more of my panther is slipping and as I look down I see that the charm I am wearing is starting to loosen from my neck. In a last ditch attempt to free myself and stop the battle before my panther broke through I aimed at the double. "GET OFF!" I scream while holding the tip of my wand to it's face. I have no idea what exactly I did but a bright flash exploded from my wand. I couldn't see what I did if anything at all. I have no idea if i even harmed the double.

I look at the double as it starts back where it was at the beginning of the battle. I defeated it, really? my heavy breathing starts to calm and I stand up to look at the teachers grade he has given me. Wow, this is amazing! "Oh my gosh! thank you sir." I jump up and down at the news. I look cautiously back at the double as i move out of the area that I fought in. What exactly is that, sir?" I ask while I stand back with the other students.

Sai
I look at the double as well and ponder about the fight I have just witness. That "double" is the same shadow that I have seen earlier. How can he summon it at will I wonder. I peer at the young girl that has fought. She might actually be a threat to the plans that the group has. What to do about her i wonder. I look at the teacher and start to dread that moment where I will fight. This is going to be one hell of a school year thats for sure. I think of sweet blue eyed girl. Oh if only the world was simple.

I watch it dissapear and wonder where it goes after it does. "That is amazing sir. I didn't know those kinds of things were real." I look around the other student to see who is going next. Peering at the teacher, I see that he has yet to make a decision. I suppose he goes about pairing us off the top of his head.

(OOC: yea me too. It seems like the story doesn't progress that much if the others don't comment.)

I peer at the teacher's feet and see the shadow disappear there. It really is amazing and I am sure there are many uses for one. I glace up from my observation and look at Luna. I smile a weak smile at her. "Well, my head is aching from the stress that fight caused my mind." I place a hand on my head and tried to banish the image and my personal fears from my mind. There was so much blood on the mirror me. I look at the water bottle and toke what she offered. "Thank you very much, Luna." I politely say to her.

I feel the magic that flows from Luna and start to relax. The image still plagues me but at least I will be able to better handle it. I hear the bell and decided that It may be better to go to my dorm instead of doing the extra credit training. I Wave to Luna and my other friend and exit the class while waving at the teacher.

I look at Luna and smile softly at her magic. It seems fitting that her magic contains healing. I hear the bell but decided to stay for the extra credit. It seems like an opportunity to do some recon on the teacher. I have a sneaky suspicion about his shadow that doesn't sit well with me. There is also the matter of figuring out exactly what it is capable of. The young girl seemed terrified of the "image" she saw which makes me wonder what the shadow did. I look at Luna and smile at her. "You have a wonderful talent, Luna"

I call from the hall way to the teacher as I walk down it. "You too sir!"

I look at her smile and grin a sad smile. If only the world were different. I harden my expression against the emotions that show clear as day. I can't allow myself to show those emotions because they are a weakness to the people who will battle me. I'm here on a mission and I cannot afford to put other people around me in danger.
