Google images and photoshop if you lack mad art skillz? Or...find a Homura. We can do the fistbump in towns. XD

That sounds reasonable.
Also I wonder what's going on, as MasterAnime09 hasn't been keeping much contact after the Instant Messaging got removed once more.

I'll go look for a Haseo x Homura brofist pic then.

You can say that again.
The common grounds the likes of That Jason I mentioned earlier and Balmung of the Azure Sky aside, hope you have 'fun' reading it as much as I am.

I'm at the part where Frank discovers he's the son of M. Ultura...after that, it's all Red Badge of Courage. -.-'

....on another note, I think I spelled something wrong there. Oh well.

Mind if I spoiler tag that bit, please?

In a way, I find someone like Frank to be pretty much a more violent version of Silibus of Canard from the dot hack universe*, yet he might be stuck in the same kind of predicament as Atoli at a later point.

To say how would be spoiler-worthy so I'll refrain from saying it in-depth for now, I'll just say that next time you find a revelation, take care to spoiler tag that, okay?

1.) (Technically that would also mean he's a counterpart to Neville Longbottom of the Potter-world, only with more immediate bite more or less!)

To be a spoiler, the readers of the series might actually have to have mastered the entirety of the list of Gods and their various names. I actually had to back read three paragraphs and flip though the book twice to figure it out. I know 'ave' off the top of my head, but have to research roman preferences.

**The tragedy here lies in the fact Camp Half-blood is being described throughout the chapters and it seems..inhumane. Made me think we should stop institutionalizing our school system. I vastly prefer Jupiter already, and I haven't 'experienced' Half-blood yet. sad

Off topic..but it's Harry Potter we're in. XD Not CHB. I think we can save those spoilers for Harry Potter at the moment.

**You know what else I love? Touhou PROJECT PICTURES.[~spoil~] all references you make towards that show if it ain't pictures with links to it all. CHB being described isn't a spoiler. It's in the same series line up. We knew there were mermaids, but Rowling didn't go into detail there in that first year. You do this during debates on public vs Private schooling too, I suppose? JUST FER YOU.
Camp Half-Blood is full of mutant ninja turtles armed with M26's and half psycho. Friendly human names simply fool the visitors to this particular theme park before the gates close behind them and tourist is left to his or her grisly fate..car keys chomped and car left to rust......THAT's Detail right there. Very spoil worthy.

I read the entirety of The Aeneid, its not too big a problem for me really.
I feel glad to have read the late Vergil's work to be honest.

That time its just the middle segment.
Just read the earlier novels before you get to THOO, at least Pre-Son of Neptune and you'll get to learn more, all I can say

Funny enough you could say something about a Golden Dagger that would help against Magical Defenses to bypass or destroy and how its delicate and it'll make sense.
PostPosted: Sat Jul 13, 2013 10:28 pm

A dagger? The items each god possesses are apparently symbolic. Zeus still has lightning bolts. Hera still has feathers. Harry has a lighting bolt. The Charms classroom has feathers. Somewhere there I'm sure, there's a cup that was once a mouse. Instead of CHB items in HP, it'll be the opposite.

I just need to find me a few images. Seems silly to draw what I can google. Takes a load off my shoulders. Particularly if it's a cup.
Another spoiler for you 8D:
This avatar..Tektek.org yourself a Homura if all else fails. There's a freebie forum for art. Just make a new topic with the avatars.

-Grassy field
-charm
-the green falling stuff..marketplace under "goggles" it's called Hack or something.

"*#@%$ frackin rackin~"...I HATE some of these powers a vice has. I could swear I'd quoted you!! D:<...Too much was lost at this point. ;.;
.....with a Monstrous apology, X.

Potter-world items in CHB?
Well considering that Merlin connected them both by degrees never quite agreed on by either party in particular, that makes sense.
That's without the Dresden Files being factored in, Merlin has plenty of multiple in-group Avatars its suspected.

I'm going with magical accidents for the moment. A Hogwarts student says something wrong and bam! There's a magic cup sitting in Thailia/Thala/..tree of girl.

Its only because Harry's been cursed by his cousin, you know that and its not so different from Haseo being cursed by Morganna either.
...Harry's bullying cousin is magic free. A third cousin from the black line or what? I didn't know about Haseo actually. I never finished it.

I just went through the Walking Dead Video Game, it was not easy.

At least you survived? No one ever just loses limbs in zombie game.

There's plenty of avatar shops around, but you'll likely need to ask an artist or three if you can use reference images instead.

Will this do, or would more contrasting colors be needed?
Actually its as safe a bet as any to wager that all the factions involved have dark secrets they carry on them, two things to note is whether they want to be smart about it and not just in leadership and how honest they wish to be would be the things that must be known, right?

It doesn't necessarily require a Skeleton in one's closet to have a dark secret after all, although all Closeted Skeletons are Dark secrets.

We all know the Fudge Era MoM of Britain is legendary for its Incompetence, and that any faction would be hard-pressed to get even worse leadership overall, correct?

We've only ever seen Fudge though. We don't see much earlier then him. There could have been several uglier scandals from his predecessors. We aren't exactly getting, "James Potter and the School of Magic" any time soon. They just weren't considered cover-ups or scandals in the same way
a white woman could have been raped by a white man in "To Kill a Mockingbird". Social stigmas and such, considering 'mudblood' had to base it's origins somewhere in time.

If the wizarding world prefers to stay in the 1800's setting despite a few technological gadgets, they could very well have been in the 1600's in 1800. Half vampires and such had limited rights before Harry entered that school and it was mentioned somewhere that the battle kept being brought up. It's the Roe vs. Wade/voting rights of our era. Half-Vamps and other potentially dangerous 'creatures' might have had to fight just to get into Hogwarts long before Fudge entered the picture.

While this means your 900 year old OC can screw with our OC students, it doesn't negate the fact you'll need to find a 'social scandal' that fits the 1800's to pull it off. We've only seen a fraction of the laws. Historically, witches may not have always gone to Hogwarts. The older and more discriminating the law, the more today's society makes it an example of what not to do. 50-some years after blacks could go to school with whites, research may be pointing out that girls shouldn't be taught along with boys. People jumped on the discrimination bandwagon there.

Okay fair enough, Magical Accidents it is.
We can worry about the bridge of people dropping by to kill an enemy monster and request entry when we get to the bridge, so many ways to deconstruct why the deployment was needed without demonizing any party actually.

Also when I said Harry's Cousin, I meant Tom Marvelo Riddle of the Peverell line actually.
I feel I have to specify the hell out of matters like these. sad

No kidding, not to mention in an actual Zombie Apocalypse there's no way to guarantee that lopping out your own limbs will prevent the infection either.

Wonder where to find them.

Between you and me, I would hope not if it comes to the Pre-Fudge days Post-Medieval Potter-world onward.
The Badass Decay is already horrid enough Post-Medieval days that nobody knows what happened as far as Power output's concerned.
Granted I'm not sure if its immune to the species-based regards either but at least they decided to use all their assets in regards to the Powers they have.

We're not exactly in the War of 1812 through the U.S Civil War, we're above that yet we're stuck with it for some reason.

We all know that Hogwarts isn't the only Magical Potter-world school either.

That's an odd mix you got there.

I was going to hunt down a real life ref pic if you decide to find a better artist. XD
Some art shops want a reference image as well, if you can't say what kind of pose you'd preferred for your avatar/OC/friend who's getting a secret birthday present...

Simple as googling images for 'brofist' and the artist wouldn't have to ask how it's going to be done.

You've got other countries, with other magical schools. Different values and such in the 1800's would bring into question why every parent is thrilled their child has gotten into Hogwarts if it was set in a land where the sun never sets. Britain and England had a lot of power to wield. There could have been a good number of smaller private or public institutions that we'll never hear about because of Laws brought on by the Empire. Snuff out the competition, and you've got an "A+" school with D- Standards on essentials and reliable curriculum.

It's not a new trick. If the Wizarding folk were influenced in some way about business, despite the denial, Harry could have gone to a school without taking King's Cross Station. It really could have been for the best. Dumbledore held him in Hogwarts, when he needed Durmstrang. That's all he ever did battle against, dark magic. Dumbledore certainly wouldn't have been able to trick him for as long as he had. Longbottom might not have been the first choice, but he might have been the best choice concerning Voldemort. One had an extra charm and long term psychological abuse at the hands of an authority figure. The other lived with his grandmother. I'd prefer Neville.

Is that better?

I have to wonder whether or not the Potter-world Schools in the U.S had to lend a hand to the Revolutionaries at that time if that makes sense/

Who knows how radically different things would have been, in-depth?
I don't know, that's for sure.

I don't do mecha well. I know it's just a series of circles, blocks, and triangles, but me and mecha aren't friends. If that's the pose you were hoping to get hold of, you'd at least have a posing reference. If the artist doesn't do mecha, what you get is the result of an attempt. You might find a human picture, for all the muscle and bone, the alignment of unencumbered hips.

I wouldn't be surprised there wasn't some assistance.
