Sylvester: -He was humming the Superman theme song as loudly and cheerfully as possible, swinging Franky along next to him. His duel with ninjas as he escaped from the Prison of Perishables had been satisfying, but very brief, and now he was looking for another glorious adventure.-
Saber: Is hoping from rock pretending that the ground under the rocks is lava*
Syl: -He paused in his humming as something caught his eye. Making sure Franky had the Pasta Pulveriser at the ready in case this was a trap, he slunk low to the ground and crawled forward. Ah, what a curious sight this was! It was a girl hopping around rocks with a look of intense concentration. He wondered wny. Maybe it was a special summoning dance in her culture? Oooh, now that sounded like fun! Syl popped up from behind the foliage fortress (a simple hedge bush).- Hey there! Will you teach me your summoning dance?
Saber: heard a voice and she let out an eep as fell of one of the rocks before looking around* What?* she asked confused till her eyes landed on the male* That's not a summoning dance. I don't need dances to summon things. I was playing a game
Syl: -It wasn't a summoning dance? His ears dropped a little in disappointment. Shame, Daddy Seth would have loved to see something like that, especially if he could summon waffles. The energetic kit perked right back up though.- What kind of game? Were you trying to avoid the mole people?
Saber: Well its normally called Hot Lava monster but you need a couple of people to play. So I modified it to Hot Lava so I can play by myself. The rocks are safe but if you touch the ground you get burnt up by the hot lava.
Syl: -His eyes grew wide.- Really? -Oh gosh, was the ground starting to feel hotter? It was, it totally was! Dancing from foot to foot and squeaking, he quickly bounded forward and hopped onto one of the rocks. It was a bit small for him, so he looked a little silly balancing on it.- Quick, hurry up and get on a rock before you're burned to a crisp!
Saber: rolled on to her feet and hopped up onto another rock* Your thanks for poking me a long. You cant stay on a rock to long. Our weight will make it sink into the lava and than your still burnt. So you have to keep moving. You cant touch the same rock twice unless 50 seconds have passed * with that said she jumped to another rock
Syl: -He squeaked again in alarm (or it could have been delight) and quickly hopped to the next rock within his range. Just in time too! When he looked behind him he could see the rock he'd been on sinking into the lava.- Phew, that was close! Thanks for warning me! -He looked around and picked a new rock to jump on, a little further away but steady-looking.- I'm Sylvester, and this is my buddy, Franky!
Saber: giggled as she hopped to another rock* nice to meet you Sylvester and Franky. I'm Saber
Syl: -He grinned widely, turned to make his leap (he almost got his back foot scorched in the process!), then refocused back on Saber.- You should join us in adventures! Franky's all kinds of amazing, but I'm not so bad myself! Plus you look all stitched and I look all scarred, so we could definitely get into some epic stuff!
Saber: Oh? what type of adventures do you guys go on? -smiles at him- We do make quite a pair
Syl: Well, just earlier today I had a duel with ninjas. They were trying to keep me from escaping the Prison of Perishables. It's cause Franky's wearing apple juice pants, but I wouldn't leave him so they tossed me in with him! -He leapt to another rock, dodging a falling chunk of molten magma (a falling leaf), then looked around him. Hmmm, seemed like he jumped to a fairly isolated rock. This next jump would be tricky.- And yesterday, while shopping for groceries, persimmon primates kidnapped my brother Kaiel! Franky and I found him lost in the juice section, so I think the persimmon primates are in league with cranberries to take over the world.
Saber: that sounds crazy I don't know if I want to go on such a crazy adventure. Maybe one more mellow would be okay * she says as she jumps from place to another*
Syl: -He tilted his head a little to the side. Crazy? It seemed like a perfectly normal adventure to him. Daddy Seth encouraged creative thinking, and Syl didn't think he had nearly so much talent at being creative as Daddy Seth had!- But it was fun! Who'd want to do the same boring adventures that everyone else has done over and over already? -More leaves drifted lazily down. Syl gasped.- Falling magma! Everybody run! -He bunched up and executed a huge leap, aiming for the closest rock that looked like it would hold him and just barely making it.-
Saber: feel to her side in a giggling fit* there is no falling lava silly. I don't think my daddy and mommy would want me going on such an adventures adventure just yet. I only came out of the bowl today
Syl: -He sang his next words, pretending he was in his own little action show.- Magma fallin' from the...skyyyyyy. Gotta avoid it or we...fryyyyy. Syl and Franky, ninjas to the rescue! -He laughed at his own song. It wasn't a bad start, he was sure he could think of a more words or a decent story to go with it. He hopped to another rock, heading towards the middle cause that's where the magma people were keeping all the cold drinks hostage! Awesome adventurer that he was, he still managed conversation with his co-star.- Really? Daddy Seth made waffles when I first came out of my own. We made a castle out of them, but I got lost in it so Daddy Seth had to eat the castle to find me!
Saber: Hmm my daddy hasn't done anything like that with me. He just kind of watches me from a distance but your daddy sounds way fun
Syl: Daddy Seth is lots of fun! Daddy Shayden's pretty fun too, but he's better for rescue kinds of fun. I got lots of fun people in my family, cause I got so many brothers and sisters! -Leaps to a new rock, now humming a theme song to go with his lyrics.-
Saber: jumps to another rock* I have a small family just me my sister and my mom and dad
Syl: -Has almost made it to the middle. Just one more daring leap, and Syl and Franky will have saved the cold drinks! He paused to consider the leap. This was gonna be a tough one!- You 'n' your sister can always come over to my place! Sebastian and Daddy Shayden are good mother hens, and they even cluck sometimes if you ask! And Daddy Seth makes the best waffles in the world!
Saber: Oh my gosh really that sounds like so much fun
Syl: -This was it. His final, daring leap. The fate of all cold drinks rested on him making it, even if he had to go out in a blaze of glory! He gathered himself, then leapt forward like a coiled spring. He made it on the rock, but at the cost of his left back leg which had fallen in the magma. Crying out in "pain", he picked up the "cold drinks" and handed them to Franky.- It's too late Franky, I'm done for! You have to save the drinks yourself! -Franky flew away (Syl threw him towards the bushes) with his precious cargo, vowing to return for his buddy. While he lay "injured" on his back on the rock, Syl looked over at Saber.- Yup, anytime you want! Just ask for the Lyndburger house. It's pretty noise usually, so you shouldn't have trouble finding it!
Saber: Hopes over to the rock Syl is on- You okay? *smiles at him* I will have to talk to my sister and see if she wants to travel away from home but if not Ill come on my own maybe to see what is up

[9/14/2014 10:32:49 PM] Jinx: Hmmmm. Maybe during their first meeting Syl finds her after one of her machines broke? Like she's drinking and staring at it and muttering, and he comes up all bright greeting and full of curiousity about what the machine does?

[9/14/2014 10:36:00 PM] Jinx: Knowing Syl he'll probably laugh and make some comment about how amazing it was at being an exploding machine though. If the machine had some unintended effect, rather than just exploding, he'd likely point that out too, but he thinks explosions must be fun and interesting. He'd probably ask if Sherry's made many different kinds of explosions, and if those were just as fun-looking

[9/14/2014 10:39:38 PM] Jinx: Syl would probably ask why she'd want to melt the polar ice caps, and then, without waiting for an answer, would instantly launch into a detailed scenario that likely involves giant water slides and underwater kingdoms where you can raise horsefish and have horsefish races and everyone would travel via giant beaver. He'd also happily agree to lend Sherry a hand, cause it sounds like it could all be fun.

[9/14/2014 10:46:49 PM] Jinx: Hmmmm. So that's the start. They probably continue like that for a while, Sherry attempting to make things and Syl attempting to "help", but mostly just explosions. Or maybe successes, but way tinier than they are supposed to be. Like her giant heat ray can only produce enough heat to melt cheese and chocolate, so they use that to make the fondue or just as a super-large hotplate or something XD
Hmmmm. I don't know if Sherry is particularly romance-y?

[9/14/2014 10:54:42 PM] Jinx: XD Well Syl's not actually insane so much as hyper with an active imagination, and a bit oblivious. I see him slowing reacting. Like he starts have dreams with Sherry in them, and when he's near her or they touch he notices his heart going all fast and his breathing shallow and feeling all warm and sweaty. At first he'll think he's sick. He may or may not mention it to Sherry to see what she thinks (he'll think she's absolutely brilliant and the smartest person he knows, since he thinks all her inventions are interesting whether or not they fail). I also see it being like this epic quest where he asks his family and friends what they think is wrong with him and they all tell him he's probably in love. So he vanishes for a bit, thinks about it (with a lot of crazily-embellished mental pictures), then shows back up at Sherry's lab after being missing for a couple days and announces he's in love with her and kisses her.
