I thought I was bisexual for a couple of years (I am actually asexual), and although I came out to very, very few people, the ones who did know were very supportive.
The first person I came out too was entirely accidental. A girl in my art class was talking about how she loved her brother, because he knew she was a lesbian and she could go check out girls with him. I said something to the effect of "I could never do that, my family is Southern Baptist," then froze. I have a rather loud voice, and we were talking during our art class... Our silent, silent art class. So everyone knew. This caused me to panic a bit, because my brother attended the same small college as I do. I was just certain that one of my classmates knew him... >< Fortunately, they didn't.
The second was uneventful, as he was gay and didn't care. The last was my best friend, who told me she might be too... then we got to talking about how we found both sexes aesthetically pleasing, but we didn't feel drawn to engage in sexual acts with anyone at all, really. It kind of opened the door to discovering my asexuality.

To be honesty I don't see how anyone could be asexual, considering sex is often the one thing on the minds of us younger people. But it's not like I have any say it in, if thats the way you are then good on ya 3nodding

Aurei To be honesty I don't see how anyone could be asexual, considering sex is often the one thing on the minds of us younger people. But it's not like I have any say it in, if thats the way you are then good on ya 3nodding I will agree about the younger people part. With the mix of hormones pumping though people around puberty, most everyone turns into horny little things, myself included. It is common among the asexual community to have been sexual around puberty. I grew out of it around age 16, though. It isn't something that is on my mind, anymore.^^;

Suppose that means you have a lot less to worry about. You never need to worry really about STDs or getting pregnant or anything like that, which in a way is best I suppose. Me, I'm still a virgin, hell I haven't even made out with someone yet, so I don't either, by in a few years..... sweatdrop

I do fancy the idea of kids, though if I do opt to prefer guys, I'm not going to bother, I won't put my child through the toture of having gay parents, it wouldn't be very fair. I know what it's like to be picked on, and that would make it twenty times worse than what I had to deal with. Though if I get married to my sweetheart, then I'll follow up on the kiddies ideal, I love the idea of having a little daughter I can watch out for or a son I can teach how to be manly to 4laugh

i knew i was bi when i got into my 8th grade year of middle school and now only my friends know but the best two that i can think of were:
my best friend/ ex g/f at sleep over
me: like have u ever questioned ur sexuality
f: yeah, im actually bi and i know it known for a while
me:really *stary eyed look cause she was the one that made me realize (two years of crushage come on!)
f: yeah, y do u seem so suprised?...are u hiding something from me?
Me:*mubles* im bi my self
F:couldnt hear u what?
Me:*in an almost whisper* im bi myself
f *stops smiles and then kisses me* will u go out with me
Me:blushes really bright red and nods at the same time*
F:please dont let this be a dream
At the lunch table to three of my guy friends all at the same time but only one of them knew..(guy...3 knew(thats what im calling him)
F1:do so like have u ever made out with a chick
M:yeah...
F2 biggrin id u enjoy it?
M: Yeah...
F1(had also dated me at one time):Are u bi?!

I'm gay, and my mom and step-dad were the first to find out. My mom was okay with it I guess. But every now and then she'll say, "I guess I shouldn't be expecting grandkids from you, huh?" it get's annoying... My grandparents found out and they were like w/e... and they'll ask me every now and then if i'm still gay... DUH it's not something that changes. But all my friends are cool with it, and I don't get picked on at school or any of that, and I don't have any problems otherwise 3nodding

Okay so mine..was strange..to me anyways. First, I told my friend Corinne and then his is how it went.
Me: Um..Corinne..what if I liked you?
Corinne: Are you bi or les or something?
Me: Yeah. I like you.
Corinne: Cool. I like you, too.
Me: Really?! *sparkle*
Corinne: Yep!
So me and her hooked up for a while then her mom found out, kicked me out of her house(istayd at her house for 3 weeks so I could be close to her and we kissed at night in her bed and held each other in our sleep and yeah..) Anyways..later she hooked up with a guy she had liked for awhile before me, so now I am single and searching for a g/f..
Second, my sister. She is bi too, so..
Sarah: So...what's up?
Me: Um..can I tell you something?
Sarah: Yeah. What?
Me: Remember how you told me you dated your best friend for year..
Sarah: Yeah..so what? You implying something about you and a friednd?
Me: No..just I am bisexual... redface

Then my dad.
Me: Dad how do you feel about multisexual people?
Dad: They are cool just like everyone else. So what if they love the same sex.

I told my friend Jess and she was so cool with it and thought it was great!
My other friend i told Cassie said that it was cool and she was bi,too..so yeah..it worked out for me..but I have only told 3 of my many bst friends..so..yeah.. crying

Haha. Most of my friends weren't shocked. Which is not unexpected, as I have like... One straight friend that I hang out with all the time. My sister found out somehow, but she just makes fun of me when she's mad, and never really asked me. Whatever. My parents don't know yet. Someday they will. I doubt it will shock them either.
