*Shortstraw nodded* "I think that your more worryed about how others see you and thats why your diffrent around others. But you know that either way you are i like you either way. To me thats the true Keria. I just hope you can somehow put the two ways you are together. Thats what i think. I already know myself, i'm a human that lost his life and started a new one with knew people in it and a life not many others could bare. And if i'm spechal in anyway its only becuse you guys made me that way. You, Ms Veria, Ms Eve. I'm whatever you all make me to be. Becuse when i set my own way and path... it turns out that no one will follow. And i turn around becuse i don't want to walk the path alone. You know what mean?" He asked in the same vioce looking up at her.

Kiera nodded and looked away, flicking one of her wrists. "It's all psychological." She said sarcastically, and laughed a little. "But lighten up, seriously. Any wrong that i could have possibly done to you was always for a reason. To toughen you up. To survive in this kind of world you need to experience the usual. And i'm giving you that. So that there won't be any nasty surprises on the way. And of course you're getting some of that by being around Veira and my family anyway. But even so." She chuckled. "I have no path. I'm just an observer. A spectator. But i guess that isn't the case any more. I wasn't used to so many eyes on me when i felt so... weak. I was so close to just running away." She looked back deeper into the woods, her thoughts no longer clouded.

*He smiled* "I think thats one of the things Eve talked about wanting to teach you. We talked about you for a while once. She said that you may be alot like her with not wanting to be seen from many people, else they may think of you diffrently. She said she's the same way, however she is alittle diffrent. She wanted you to learn that you shouldn't care how others see you all the time, theres a limet, but to worry aobut it constantly makes it so theres no point of living becuse you can't be yourself even once in a while. and if you keep yourself hidden becuse others may see you, sooner or later your be lost from being able to be you. Or somthing like that..." he smiled, "Also this may be bad timeing, but Eve put me in charge of giving Ms Veria the okay for fixing your inner body stuff... i don't like Ms Veria too much... but she's the only one that can do it and she offered before i left ((he didn't know what eve said to her he left before that)) so instead of me choosing i want to knwo if it's okay with you. It's your body she would be messing around in. And that is creepy as it is, but you wont hurt as much. and i speak from experince i guess, i never relized what she was doing to me when i slept untill resently, there was never any pain. So i think you would be takeing a fifty fifty chance. So it's up to you. I wont choose for you." he replied.

Kiera grimaced. "I really do not like Veria sometimes." Kiera looked down to her own stomach, and just shut her eyes, sighing. "Less pain would be nice. Veira tampering around with my body would not be nice. Who'd think of all the modifications she'd also do while fiddling around with my organs." Maybe that was the fun of it. She shrugged, but didn't open her eyes. "I don't know. I wonder what would happen if i just left my body to rot. I would probably die eventually. But slowly and painfully, no doubt about it." She coughed a little blood up into her hand. "Sounds fun either way." She said sarcastically.

*Shorstraw nodded and smiled, "then choose. WOuld you rather deal with me somemore or just leave everything behind." He asked it softly feeling he already knew the answer however he poited somthing out, "and i would try to watch but i think i would pass out when i saw her do whatever she does... so I'm not going to be too much help there i guess..." He smiled, "also can you get off... your kinda heavy it's hard to breath..."

Kiera raised an eyebrow at him. "You callin' me fat?" She lifted her shirt and slapped her belly, and her phoenix tattoo that glistened on her side shimmered a little. "You're lucky i'm a skinny teenager. Otherwise you'd probably be dead right now." She stood up and gave him a hand up, letting her shirt fall down again. She looked back down the path back home, then looked in the opposite direction once more, then back to Shortstraw. "And you talk as if being around you is something hard to deal with." She frowned a little.

*SHorstraw chukkled as he took her hand, however didn't let her pull him up for she was still injured. Instead he stoo dup himself making it look like she held him up. "Well I'm sure with me around i get in the way somtimes, and i'm always asking quesitons, and i'm always following you... and i'm always..." He smiled at her warmly, "able to talk to you like no one else seems to have the chance of doing."

She shrugged, and soon found out that it hurt to shrug. So she made a note to self not to shrug from now on, or at least until she got better. If she got better. She still wasn't sure. "You don't get in the way. You make things different. Maybe i need different. And you're never gonna get anywhere without asking questions." She sighed. "And as for being able to talk to me. Well, that just makes you special now, doesn't it?"

*He smiled with a nod* "Well then i guess we should both stick around. Or will i have to carry you the entire way back" he replied with a snear becuse he was making a point that she didn't say wether or not she wanted Verias help or not. Shorstraw needed to kow before they went back. And ever moment they were out here, was the less amount of time Keria would have left.*

Kiera looked back the route home. "Well, considering all the crap that i've already been through, you carrying me back would be tenfold more demoralising than even those events." She joked, but her face stayed serious. "I guess i'll just let her do it. Who knows, i may be 'pleasantly surprised.' I doubt it. But one person can have hope."

*Shortstraw nodded leading the way* "Then after you Ms Keria. I'll open the door for you to enter Veria room." Veria suddnely appeared form the long grass out of no where, jumping up with her face in to shorstraws with a happy yell, "NO NEED I"M HERE!" He about fell over jumping in fear supprizzed she appeared out of no where. She smiled however, "we can do it here so Sister would not walk out of the room with everyone standing at it. Dad found out and he annoys me yep yep." She looked to Keria and slapped her hands together to rub them with a smerk and a squilly vioce, "so lets begin!" Shortstraw crossed his arms, "i said early don't follow me." Veria nodded and held up a finger, "yep yep. But i didn't lisen anyways." she giggled, "if i lisend to you all the time i wouldn't ever have any fun." A snake rapped itself around her shoulders from the cuff of her shirt. She looked to Keria agian, "lay down and close your eyies. I will have to let Norman here bite you to put you into deep sleep..." her vioce changed full again, "okay?!"

Kiera looked to her little sister lazily, and her tears were still crusting on her cheek as she took a deep breath and nodded. "Fine. But no bullshitting now. I don't want any modifications other than just fixing the s**t that you messed up. Alight? Alright." She looked to the grass and held her stomach tight. She didn't like this at all. She looked back to Veira, and her eyes thinned slightly. "No. On the other hand. I want you to do it back at the house. Not in front of everyone if you don't want it to be, of course. But i want to be back home." She dared Veira, and wondered on her reply. Kiera's familiar cunning flashed back in her eye, and she smiled with quirkiness.

*Veria shook her head* "If i do Daddy will take you away. He would have one of his personal people to do it, and he would enfouce alot on you too afterwords. I promes you wont feel any pain after the work is done, and you certainly wound have any wound left over. That and if i snuck you into my room..." she glared alittle eviliy, "then i'm alowed to do anything i want to you becuse that is my domain... and trust me on this shiny one, i have many experiment awaiting in there for you inperticular..." she smiled and loooked up with so cutness and a childs happy vioce, "and momma too but thats not hte point."

Kiera wasn't threatened, and her eye found a crack.. "Surely you of all people wouldn't care if our father were to try to take me away. Surely you of all people would know that i wouldn't let him. Surely you of all people wouldn't care where you do your 'magic.' So why here? eh? I stick by my wanting to go home. I don't know what it is that makes you feel so compelled to not be near home, but i don't want to be in the middle of a forest with you in my gut." She stood her ground, and the tight clasp she had around her stomach grew tighter.

*Shortstraw shied. he did understand both sides. However he wasn't sure if Veria was lieing aobut Mr Yuji knowing anything or not.*
Veria shied, "well it's either you want my help or not. I was told to be nice and not do anything other then fix the stabing in your orgens. But if i take you to my room, which no one enters without a price to be my pet forever and ever, you would have alot more done. I wanna see how you work, i would pluck you apart peice by piece then tryt o put you back together..." she was thinking about it and picturein it in her head dooling in the idea. However she relized she wasn't in her own world yet and shook her head out of it and wiped the droof from her mouth and continued, "And i don't want o get anyone else involoved else i wouldn't be... focused. I might poke the wrong thingy." she giggled and put her hand on her hipswith closed eyes and a smile as she leaned forword, "so it's eithe ryou accept my help or don't. Anywhere outside the castle will do. Theres too many people in there. And shorty straw ill be keeping gaurd," she looked to him, "wont you." He nodded, "um... yea..." he looked to Keria and shrugged, "i sorta she her point. But i see yours too. Perhaps there is somewhere else we can go thats not at your home?*
